Fantastic experience: I went to SA1 Chiropractic Swansea to seek help for a herniated lumbar disc with nerve root entrapment - so painful and distressing needing multi-modal analgesia in high doses. Rachel was so lovely and helped me considerably over many weeks. Her manner was so supportive and natural and I immediately felt better for just being there. She was clear that there was no quick fix but she would be able to support me over the week and months it would take for symptoms to settle. She helped with with some manipulation, deep massage and acupuncture as well as emotionally supporting me through what was a long physical and mental recovery. She also provided me with exercises and advice about how to continue with rehabilitation at home. I will always be grateful to her for her kindness, treatment and support.

Fantastic experience: Jon is amazing! He has massively helped my TMJ and relieved so much pain. When I first went to Jon, my jaw was pretty much locked and could hardly open it. Less than 2 months later it’s feeling so much better, and working as normal. Couldn’t recommend any more!

Fantastic experience: Would definately recommend Rachel Blincoe at SA1 Chiropractors. Im an active 73yr old. Who had severe back pain and Sciatica. I could barely walk, unable to sleep and in constant pain. Rachel determined (after a thorough examination) a course of treatment which included deep massage, accupuncture etc. I was slso given some exercises to undertake. I had 2 sessions a week initially then weekly. Within 2 months all pain ha d gone and movement and strength / balance had returned to normal. Rachel has been absolutely wonderful from very thorough first visit evaluation and through each session. She is very attentive with attention to detail how things felt since previous visit. Visited Rachel after months long issue with hip pain from odd something happening during regular Yoga class, as well as as a lot of fatigue in back and residual issues from years ago bicycle accident. Fantastic experience: Had a bunch of sessions with Johnathon to address an injury to C7 nerve (I think that's the right way to say it) at the gym which resulted in intense weakness on my left arm compared to my right. Through the sessions, I've managed to recover very quickly and back into going to the gym consistently. Great stuff :)

Fantastic experience: Trystan’s approach to my lower back issue from my first consultation has been very professional. Having spent numerous weeks in chronic pain with my lower back radiating my left leg the treatment and attention to detail has been superb. I received numerous sessions of treatment that increased my mobility and recovery. Due to the severity of the pain, I received an MRI scan that confirmed the diagnosis that Trystan had diagnosed on my first consultation. Trystan made a constructive recovery treatment plan that has stopped the pain and aided the recovery. Highly recommended for anyone with chiropractic issues.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Trystan with a muscle back problem, that was so bad I couldn't bend down to lift the toilet seat up ( lucky I have a walk in shower ). 2 weeks and 3 sessions later, I was golfing again. Although young, Trystan is extremely professional and was sympathetic to my injury, and with youth brought acupuncture as part of the treatment. Fantastic experience: Can only say great things about SA1 Chiropractic. From my initial consultation Trystan was professional, thorough in my diagnosis and explained clearly the best way forward in terms of treatment. After just a couple of appointments with Trystan the effects of treatment were noticeable. The pain was subsiding and flexibility & movement in my neck and back improved dramatically. Fast forward to after six sessions, my back pain has gone whilst my neck has a little stiffness which no doubt will be dealt with after a couple more sessions. Fantastic experience: This being the first time visiting a chiropractor, I was unsure of what to expect. Jon was fantastic and spent time explaining in detail what areas he would be focusing on, and reasons why. I felt totally at ease and reassured. After a few weeks of sessions I felt confident in lifting weights again because of the advice and treatment from Jon. A consummate professional throughout, Jon put me at ease immediately with his detailed assessment. He was able to begin treatment right away and with his excellent handling and treatment skills, we are well on the way to reducing the pain I experience daily. I’ve been able to get back on my bike and not be in tears the following day and to finally start to feel relief from the limited range I normally have is nothing short of a miracle.
