Fantastic experience: After having struggled with my back for many months, I went to see Sian. She booked me in for an MRI to really see what was going on and finally after months of struggling I started to feel a lot better. She’s extremely knowledgable and professional. I felt safe in her hands. She gave me targeted exercises one we had established exactly what was going on and thankfully I’m now feeling much better. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was a bit nervous as I had never visited an osteopath before but I was desperate as I had hurt my back and found it difficult to walk. My appointment was a few days after my injury and while I could now walk I was still in a lot of pain. I was given a thorough examination and explanation of what I had done. I had a (painful) massage and (painless) acupuncture and the relief was immediate. I was given exercises to do at home. I cannot praise the service enough. At all times my comfort was considered and everything was clearly explained.

Fantastic experience: Great team I usually see Sian but today I had a last minute appointment with Henry, he had already been through my history notes before I arrived so had quickly picked up on my injuries. Treatment was very effective in easing my symptoms and can't thank enough for being there especially over Christmas week. Over the years everyone I have seen has been top of their profession and its really mind easing knowing whomever you see they will treat you too a very high standard.

Sian diagnosed a trapped nerve and after the first treatment (massage and acupuncture) I could feel a positive result.
