Fantastic experience: Kate at Plympton Osteopathic Clinic has been amazing in helping to reduce my back pain and improving my posture. This has been a big help to keep me upright and mobile after being diagnosed with mild scoliosis. I have even been able to travel and complete a small trek in Nepal! She is professional, supportive and gives great advice on what to do to help reduce the pain on a daily basis. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I contacted the clinic about one issue after a quick Google and on my first appointment found out it is related to something else. I have had 2 wonderfully gentle neck and shoulder massages (whilst laying on my back!) to release some tension and I feel great after each session. I have been given some stretches to do at home too. I would highly recommend seeing Kieron - he explains everything really clearly - what he’s going to do and why and I will be continuing sessions with him for massages even if/when the initial reason for my visit is resolved!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Kate on and off for a few years now. She has really been able to help and resolve the issues I have been to her with through her osteopathy and the gentle exercises that she has given me.

Fantastic experience: Megan has been fantastic in supporting my daughter. She has hyper mobility and suffers from migraines. Being a teenager on the Autistic spectrum she also needed a gentle approach and building up of that important therapeutic relationship. Megan’s insight into the links and predisposition to certain issues that can occur if you are Autistic has been an education and so helpful in helping to understand how to adapt to everyday tasks. As my daughter grows it will definitely help her to strengthen and learn ways to do so.

Met her yesterday for the first time and she was so lovely, but more importantly, she's in one session, improved the excruciating pain in my neck i've had for 2 long years! Fantastic experience: I had a very painful hip problem so I contacted Mike Bruce and had a series of treatments. Mike gave me exercises to do which I know helped. I am now feeling a lot better so would thoroughly recommend Mike Bruce .

Fantastic experience: First visited this charming little practice a little over a month ago. I was using a crutch my back was so bad with a disk issue and sciatica. Megan the practitioner was very professional, polite and put me at ease. I was quite nervous but the 45 minutes went well and I learned new stretches and techniques to help my recovery . A day after my first visit the massage of the lower right back area did something and I was walking without a crutch. The sciatica is still here but a lot more manageable with the stretching and walking. Megan is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes sense. My second visit finished and I had a little walk around plympton afterwards walking more freely than I have for months.Everyones issues of course different but for me has been a game changer. Highly recommend Thanks Megan!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Megan enough, initially I had back pain that I had been dealing with for 3 months (that I was taking pain killers for daily) and within 2 sessions my back was so much better. I’d never visited an osteopath before, and was feeling quite anxious about going. She put me at ease straight away and is extremely knowledgable and always really kind and caring. Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment right from initial assessment through to advising the right way to manage condition through exercise. The level of knowledge of the team is very impressive and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was suffering from acute back pain and within two sessions was able to restart running and cycling again.

Fantastic experience: At 70 ,with a hip that was keeping me awake and a back so stiff I was restricted in what I could do,I assumed I had a failing hip and would have to curtail my favourite activities. Megan and plympton Osteopaths has changed all that. I now walk upright and with a full stride and have no pain at night . I can bend and pick up anything without stress. To me it's a life changing and I feel younger now than when I was 55. I can'y thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first consultation and treatment session, atmosphere was welcoming and calming. I went in with anxieties and nervousness, but the gent was very professional and could be a competition small-talker as I soon found myself calm and enjoying myself! It's early days so I am unsure of the possible long term effects but I am definitely hopeful as I came out of the first appointment in less pain than I went in with! If you've got back problems, I do recommend giving this place a good chance.

Kieron treated me for tight calve muscles from running and was able to give me some great stretches I now do daily in the shower! Mike helped me learn how to deal with the hyper extension in one arm so I could continue to practice yoga without injury. Thanks team !
