Fantastic experience: I came to Plymouth Chiropractoc Clinic pretty much on my knees due to vertigo. I'd read online that mis-alignment in your upper spine can potentially cause the symptoms that I was having so I booked an appointment with Jonathan Cook. And I can say, hands down, it was the best decision I made. Jonathan was very thorough. Going through symptoms, medication and an examination of my back and spine, we found not only the possible reasons for my vertigo but also that I am hypermobile which explained SO much of my other symptoms that I'd been having. Jonathan is very professional and sensitive but also very friendly, always has a smile on his face. The team are always a pleasure to speak to when I'm there, especially Adam and Laura. My vertigo episodes have decreased from every 3 weeks previously to only twice so far this year; but also the length of my episodes have gone from a week to a single afternoon. Positive experience: The staff are very accommodating and professional. However my first initial assessment, I was only in a robe and underwear when presumably a customer of theirs walked in on me. I am a young female and he was an older male, so it made me quite uncomfortable. The chiropractor was supposed to be waiting outside the door so no one came in whilst I was changing. My chiropractor was also getting later to appointments, and sometimes I wasn't getting the full 15 minute session which doesn't seem too bad, but when it costs £40 I'd like the whole 15 minutes. The work done to my back has helped me though, and the chiropractor is very knowledgeable and kind. I used to be in a lot of pain from a few accidents I've had and now I'm not in nearly as much pain as I was

Fantastic experience: Excellent, simply excellent. Interactions with the front desk team have been friendly and helpful from my first contact. My baby and I both see Hannah who is amazing (with speciality knowledge in paediatric care); I don’t pretend to understand the finer details of chiropractic care but know that I had a lot of headaches, limited motion in many joints and a few other post-pregnancy niggles and now I don’t. My baby was struggling to latch to feed on one side and he had limited movement when trying to move his head in certain directions, both of which have been resolved. Hannah makes us feel like we are genuinely important and she’s clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. She always takes the time to explain to me what she’s doing and why (for me and baby), then makes suggestions about stretches and exercises I can try to do at home to support the treatment I’ve had. From a practical point of view, there is a little car park there, which is very handy because I hate parking on streets, especially when kiddies are with me. There is also a portable ramp for access with a pushchair, baby changing facilities and a play space. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Pratice highly recommended. My Son and myself have been seeing Wayne for several years now. He has really helped us both pain wise and also with my seizures. I tried 18 different anti epileptic drugs and none of them worked. Since I have been seeing Wayne my seizures have reduced significantly. My Son is more mobile and completely trusts Wayne as he is Autistic and has Learning Disabilities. All the Staff are very friendly and helpful at reception too. Negative experience: This place was lovely and very professional, however since going for treatmemts my back pain actually worsened and I ended up going for surgery. If you have severe back pain, a chiropractor won't fix it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having chiropractic adjustments with Hannah for a little under a year now. Before my first appointment I was in a lot of pain with my neck and lower back and had been for over a year. I took pain killers daily, tried physio exercises, yoga, dietary supplements, bought orthopaedic pillows and mattresses and just really tried anything suggested to help. I had 2 appointments per week initially and I am now having adjustments as and when I think I may need one. I am practically pain free! I have less restricted movement in my neck and I don’t remember the last time I took pain medication or even had a ‘bad day’ with my neck or back. I can’t thank Hannah enough for the help she’s given me. It’s changed my physical health and had a huge impact on my mental health too. I’ve recommended Plymouth Chiropractic Clinic to all of my friends and family. I wish I had thought of visiting a chiropractor sooner!

Positive experience: Went there with friend- really friendly abd seems to work on friend but the poor fish are covered in fungus stuff- water looks dirty and one is super thin. Please treat and restore your fish tank to full glory. Its such a lovely building- lovely staff but the fish are suffering

After having had two micro-discectomies at L5/S1 I was petrified of further surgery, but over 8 weeks Tom has sorted my sciatica caused by a bulging disc at L4/L5, and allowed me to continue working throughout treatment. I am guilty of not looking after my back and ignored the niggles and pain I have been experiencing over the years! However, I managed to do something to my back which brought back painful spasms. Could not even put my socks on! ( Thank you darling beautiful husband for helping with this!) I called these guys and was seen the same day for an assessment. The next day I was booked in for treatment with Dr. John :) who is just lovely, I feel very comfortable with him, again professional but friendly and happy. The improvement after just one treatment I can only describe as a miracle for my particular pain. I could put on my own socks the following day!! The spasms and pain have reduced vastly. I know that there is still more work required. I am committed to seeing this through to ensure that I do not suffer again. So looking forward to more visits and professional care.
