Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Ed in October. I teach 10 exercise classes per week, run daily gym x4 per week and enjoy participating running events. I was keen to find a combination sports therapy to keep me moving well and pain free to look after my body. Ed is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and so professional. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ed now for a few through this time I have had many injuries from a bicep reconstruction to needed a shoulder replacement. Eds knowledge and professionalism has helped ease my shoulder pain, he helped aid my bicep injury and give very good health advice. Recently I have had neck issues which after every session it feels amazing and I need a sleep. Other than injuries I use Ed and his services and expertise to maintain being about to go gym train and help the body recover and grow. Maintenance does help massage the muscles and will most probably help blood flow to grow. And we always have a decent interesting conversation about lots of things. No injuries fine but overall maintenance to loosen muscles tendons ligaments is a must and will prevent injury! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I went to Edward because of very severe nerve pain radiating from my neck down my arm. The pain was so strong that my arm became weak and it was difficult to hold anything. Normally I have a high pain tolerance and I almost never take painkillers, even when I am in a lot of pain. But this pain was something completely different – the worst pain I have ever experienced. It was so intense that I had to take strong medication prescribed by my GP, and even that only helped a little. When the pain started, I tried many things to help it. Before coming to Edward, I saw a massage therapist, a physiotherapist and also tried cupping. I also tried to help myself with exercises, movement and yoga, hoping it would improve. Unfortunately nothing helped. To be honest, I was starting to lose hope that anyone could really help me. After my first session with Edward I honestly couldn’t believe the difference. For the first time in a long time I didn’t need to take painkillers and most of the pain started to ease. Throughout my life I have met many therapists, including osteopaths and physiotherapists, while dealing with different issues in my body. But no one has ever made such an impression on me or achieved results like Edward did. You can tell he really knows what he is doing. He is confident in his work and very focused. I am very grateful that I found him. I truly recommend Edward.

Fantastic experience: With my ski holiday coming up, I’ve been keeping up regular exercise to stay in shape. While that’s obviously healthy, it can also create stiffness and muscle tension. Recently I started experiencing some leg muscle pain, particularly in my right hamstring and calf. I went to see Edo, who quickly located the right spots and treated it with a few precise manoeuvres. At one point it honestly felt like a bag of crisps cracking! The result was incredible as always! I woke up this morning completely pain free. What I’ve learned is that prevention is always better than treatment. Don’t wait until the pain becomes too big to sort out in one session. Regular check-ups are definitely worth the price. Fantastic experience: I arrived with a shoulder injury that has loitered for years, a rebellious hip and tight pelvis. I was getting nowhere despite multiple, well-meaning but ineffective and expensive treatments elsewhere. What I find here is different; real progress and I’m genuinely being fixed rather than politely patched up. It’s thorough; think acupuncture, deep tissue work, stretches, articulations, and in my case, dramatic finales of back and neck ‘adjustments’, which are intentional and purposeful. Yes, it can hurt, but in a reassuring “this is actually doing something” way. After, I’m so tired and sleep like a log but wake up feeling ten times better. Proof comes the next day at the gym, where everything feels looser, freer and more cooperative than in years. I’ve also embraced rest as part of my recovery, the importance explained to me in a non-patronising manner! Ed is focused on fixing the cause rather than endlessly chasing symptoms. Add to that top-tier chat, a great clinic space (including free parking spaces!) and genuinely impressive results, it’s an all-round fabulous treatment and amazing service. I highly recommend. 5⭐️s

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Edwardo enough. I came in with persistent back/neck ache from long hours at work, and after just a few sessions the difference has been incredible. He took the time to really listen, explained what was causing the pain, and tailored each treatment to my needs. Not only have my back aches eased significantly, but he also gave me simple exercises and posture tips to help prevent future issues. I feel more mobile, comfortable at work, and much more confident about managing my back health. If you’re struggling with back pain or tension from work, this is absolutely the place to go. Fantastic experience: Ed assessed and found my issues within 5 minutes, after some issues whilst running with my hips and lower back, Ed performed some acupuncture and adjustments and aided me to be fit to run a marathon. Can’t recommend him enough

Fantastic experience: Brilliant from start to finish with Jess today! I was asked how much pressure I would like and if I felt uncomfortable at any stage we would stop. Brilliant value for money and could choose between three oils. Was sat down before to go through some questions and after massage was given a brief aftercare plan also!

After suffering with slipped disc, nerve pain and piriformis syndrome for years, I feel the most positive I have about it all and the treatment/exercises are really helping. Fantastic experience: I came to Ed with the most painful injury to my hip, I’ve never experienced pain like it and could hardly walk. He was recommended by two friends and he managed to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I cannot thank him enough for the work he’s done to help me recover; I’ve had two sessions and I’m nearly back to normal after a week. He explains everything very clearly and is incredibly thorough, ensuring he has done everything he can in the appointment. In addition to this he offers a wealth of services, enabling a range of issues to be fixed. I would definitely recommend and I can’t wait for my next appointment! :)

Fantastic experience: Ed has done some outstanding work for both me and my partner, he is highly educated & blew us away with his pin point knowledge and accurate treatment techniques which helped us to a swift recovery, he is also very honest and won’t continue to book you in for treatment and take your money if he feels your ready to recover without him, he’s an all around great guy and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Powerlifter here with pains, aches, and minor injuries. Edward saw me promptly every single time I contacted him; his response was quick and comforting. Every single treatment fixed me, not only keeping me training hard for the sport I perform but also fixing many imbalances that I didn’t know I had. A week after each treatment, I was pain-free. Ed is professional and always keeps a record of your history to really get to know you as a person but also your body and how it reacts to his toolkit of treatments. I couldn't recommend him enough, and if you ever have doubts, remember that you can't put a price on your health.

Fantastic experience: I have had bad shoulder for a good 10 month's Waiting on xray and scan from doctors who said was arthritis in my shoulder and gave me a steroid injection and had no effect went to see ed and told me it was ligament , one treatment and what a difference I think one more and shoulder will be back to good as new !! Fantastic experience: From July 2023 I’ve suffered badly with problems to my shoulder and other Musculoskeletal issues which forced me to change my career away from the building trade back in late February of this year. I have tried physio for that duration but could not get it beyond feeling ok and anything I would do slightly different would flare the issues and I would be restricted again even once I came off the tools. Then finally I found Elite Osteo Clinic. In no time Ed is starting to help me. I really wish I knew him last year when this all started as I feel things could have been a lot different now if I did. Fantastic experience: Ed is extremely friendly and welcoming, he is very knowledgeable and has really helped me with my daily aches and pains (especially with my bad posture due to work) I would highly recommended Ed for someone who is looking for an Osteopath that offers massage, manipulation, acupuncture and more. Other places i have been to, only offer very little massage and manly manipulations, but i know my body responds better when the muscles have been warmed up and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Ed is definitely a wonderful and charismatic person, very professional, sociable and very confident in what he does. I was suffering from pain in my shoulders and neck for several months when I met him and it was truly a blessing. Since then I have felt very good and very grateful for his service. Fantastic experience: Never has there been a more deserving review. My husband had to help me walk into Ed’s clinic as I couldn’t bare any weight through my right leg. I had spent the previous 24 hours with agonising pain in my lower back. Ed listened to to my history and how my pain had impacted me recently. He then proceeded to identify my issue, treated with massage, cupping and acupuncture. He checked I was ok throughout and made me feel very comfortable (as comfortable as you can be!). Once treatment was complete, I was able to stand up straight and bare weight evenly through both legs. I felt very tender but 100% better than I did before going in! Ed answered all of my questions and gave fantastic advice. He is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I will be returning, most definitely. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Ed has always help me during my fights camps getting me in tip top condition and repaired for fight night But he done something extra special for me when I injured myself just two days before my fight I pulled my QL muscle and couldn’t use my right side for movement/punching he went out of his own time to help me with cupping and acupuncture on the day of injury It’s safe to say if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of preformed on the night and got the W I highly recommended if your an active in sports or if you are even working and suffer from aches and pains he is your man.

Fantastic experience: Ed is the best! His knowledge is incredible and very professional. I first met Ed when I had running injury to my calf. His treatments allowed me to run 10k and half marathon when I thought I will never run again. He was a godsend when my father suffered from back muscles injury. Dad was on strong painkillers for a month, they did not help at all. When he finally saw Ed, within 3 visits he was back on his feet and smiling. I highly recommend Ed to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Ed is really amazing. He is definitely an expert in his craft. I first saw him last year when I could barely move due to chronic lower back and knee pain I have suffered with for years. He did an amazing job and I now just see him for top ups now and then when my knee flares up again. He is always really nice, patient and kind.
