Fantastic experience: Needed a sports massage with the level of beating I've been giving my body...we researched a few places around Burton and fortunately we landed on "AJG". The website was pleasingly well put together. The guy that I spoke to Alex was very informative. (After the session he went trough with me about a couple of things I can work on on the gym to improve some muscle groups. The topic was mobility) Very good after care for clients...I've had probably 3 companies over the span of 8 years do such thing. I was contacted by the same person Alex a few days after the massage asking how am I feeling is there an improvement on the areas he worked on...(There was). Overall top service if I have to roundup the experience. Good gym right next to his place as well. Proper big one with what looked good machines (I forgot to check prices on the way in and out).

Fantastic experience: First visit to Alex yesterday to try and get some relief from running pain (mainly knees). Alex took the time to listen to my concerns and show me on diagrams how all my muscles are connected and where he would be working. Really put me at ease and I came away feeling great. Definitely recommend. Bonus for plenty of free car parking on site too!

Fantastic experience: I still enjoy running and want to run as long as possible. Unfortunately at my age I do get issues. Alex is very knowledgeable and always gets to the root of the problem, (normally hamstrings) He talks through what he is going to do and what he is doing during the process, which is very reassuring. Fantastic experience: i went to alex because i was having pains and trouble with my shoulder when lifting and since going to alex i’ve been a lot better and now i’m able to train again properly, pain free. i will definitely be booking back in with him in the near future and would 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to Alex when I was in a real mess with extreme sciatica pain caused by a back injury. I was in so much pain I was literally crying. I could just manage to crawl to the loo. That evening having contacted Alex, I was assisted into Alex’s practice and was hobbling and in extreme pain. After an hours treatment with Alex I was able to walk out completely pain free. That was a miracle. Whilst I had heavy duty pain killers and muscle relaxants from my GP the difference that made all the difference was Alex’s treatment. The next day I was still pain free albeit a fizzy leg and my doctor asked me to see him. He was absolutely astonished that I could walk so well considering the amount of pain I was in the previous day. I told him about Alex’s work and my doctor took down Alex’s contact details as he was so impressed with my recovery. A week later I am still managing the after affects of the back injury and have had a further treatment with Alex’s colleague Liam. As far as I am concerned their treatment of a back injury is better than the pain killer route of traditional medicine. Than you Alex.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Alex for around a year, I have had various injuries and operations which Alex has assisted in recovery. He is very professional and knowledgeable and is always willing to give advice and exercises to carry on with after the treatment. I am a person who believes in the phrase "No pain No gain" and sometimes I come out of the room in agony but a couple of days later it feels amazing. Fantastic experience: Great sports massage. I came to Alex with a lower back injury I had picked up while training for a triathlon. Straight after the massage I was moving alot better and a couple of days later the pain had drastically subsided. I'm back training now and looking forward to my follow up appointment.
