Fantastic experience: I have been going to Moko on and off now for over a year. I tend to have Sports Massages as my choice of treatment. Due to different reasons and changes in staff, there hasn't really been consistency with the same therapist, which I understand. However, the standard of treatments has always been high. And I've always left feeling better and seen improvement over time.

However, everyone I have come in contact with has been warm and friendly making it a pleasure to go there.

Fantastic experience: Neve makes you feel relaxed and at home straight away, she is so friendly and beautifully gives you as much info as possible. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and tailors the session to what is most needed. This also includes any individual needs you have. I’ve never known a business that accommodates for you the way they do, like it’s normal. I’d recommend this place to anyone, super clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I had a therapeutic massage with Physio Laura and my experience from beginning to end was relaxing and informative. In depth questions were asked to understand a background to my work and medical history, allowing a more purposeful session. I really appreciate how every detail was noted, and the feedback and advice I received was very helpful. Well furnished and decorated building and rooms. Dimming lights and a heated blanket under the towel added to the relaxation! Can’t wait to come back again ☺️ thank you Laura!

Fantastic experience: After having my spinal discs screwed together and fusion to my neck through my throat I was referred to MOKO by Circle Health. My physiotherapist was Natalie Mee and what a super great girl she is, a listener, thoughtful with great understanding for my needs. Showed me the ropes and the movements of what I should be doing with great demonstrations and what it will do for me in the long term. Negative experience: Appointments re-arranged with unsuitable alternatives offered. When working to a structured training plan might be better to look elsewhere for consistency. The massages I did have with Jamie were good, when he was substituted it was not the same standard.

Fantastic experience: I had a hot stone massage by Laura. The massage was relaxing and Laura focused on my problem areas. Only downside is you can hear the gym/ heavy weights dropping… which is unavoidable being next door but just something to keep in mind if wanting a relaxing massage. On the whole, a great experience and recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated for 3 different injuries at MOKO and the service has been extremely professional. My physiotherapist (Ryan) has excellent knowledge and great communication skills, i.e. listens tentatively and is able to describe the condition simply but with all the detail needed for me to adopt a programme of exercise. The front line staff are also professional in their duties.

The service with Natalie was brilliant she was very professional and took the time to gather information around an injury i have, and we decided the best course of action. The massage she gave was brilliant and very comfortable. I would highly recommend moko and I have since made another booking.

Fantastic experience: The massage service was awesome! The therapist, B, was amazing. My wife, son, and I all had our sessions with B, and we all agree the experience was great. We even fell asleep during the session—it was that relaxing! The room was very clean, which we really appreciated. The receptionist on duty around 2:30pm (16/06/2025) was hospitable and explained well the packages. If possible, I hope in the future there could be a family room available for massage services, so we can enjoy it together. But overall, we received great service and I want to give special thanks to our excellent therapist. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Suzie’s lymphatic massage at Moko Mickleover today. From start to finish, Suzie was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and helped reduce my swelling and improve my overall wellbeing. The atmosphere at Moko Mickleover is calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind. I left feeling refreshed and lighter, definitely noticeable results! I highly recommend Suzie for anyone looking for effective lymphatic drainage therapy with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by my gym instructor to see Dan for a neck/ Shoulder massage. I certainly wasn't disappointed Dan was very pleasant and I felt he listened to my requirements and I felt so much better once he'd worked his magic!

Wonderful ambiance, smells nice not clinical like a lot of places, lovely decor; not dated like its not been refurbed since The Blitz. Half the other places Ive been idk whether to wait for my appt or duck & cover Abbey is top tier! For once didnt have to keep saying "go harder!!" Lol! Slept sooooo well last night and my arms are about 3" longer lmao! I can move my neck without pain, my shoulders are nice and loosey goosey, cervical spine & mid back aren't stiff Kirsty on Reception is so lovely warm, welcoming and sweet - not snotty, cold & rude like a lot of Receptionists are! Going to take out a membership. ...Hope they dont start charging me rent

Fantastic experience: Having missed a few Energy Flow yoga classes at the end of 2024, I was slightly hesitant to return . I didn’t need to be at all - the warmth, welcome and friendly atmosphere at Moko is just wonderful . Whilst Jules’ class is challenging, it’s also beautiful and heart warming with positive affirmations throughout the practise that couldn’t have been more appropriate for me personally right now . I felt lighter somehow afterwards ( if a little emotional and wobbly on my legs from our Eagle pose balances ) . Thank you Jules , thank you Moko ❤️

Fantastic experience: Moko was recommended to us by daughter’s GP when she was diagnosed with severe scoliosis in May this year. All the staff at Moko have been incredible and create a welcoming and inclusive environment. My daughter has had 121 appointments regularly with Laura since May and I couldn’t be more impressed with her work and support. Laura has designed a bespoke physio programme and she clearly explains the benefits of each exercise. She has also had a hugely positive impact on my daughters self-esteem and confidence at what has been a very challenging time. Laura’s naturally warm and caring nature, alongside her balance of encouragement and gentle challenge has really helped my daughter to develop a love for movement and exercise. Laura always goes above and beyond to provide an excellent service and my daughter looks forward to every session.

Fantastic experience: If your struggling with any vestibular condition such as vertigo or vestibular migraines etc, Naomi the vestibular physiotherapist is certainly the best person to see to help with these conditions, not only is she very knowledgeable within that area, she really tailors your plan to the best care possible. I would highly recommend anyone trying out a session with Naomi to support in this area. She also puts you at ease and is so helpful with lots of advice. I will always be grateful for her help at a difficult time.

Fantastic experience: These guys are brilliant. I am a runner in my late 50s and developed an Achilles tendon problem. I thought I may have to give up running completely. However, Natalie and Dan developed a bespoke exercise programme and after 2 months I managed my target 10 mile event. Very impressed with the staff and facilities. Stephen
