A particular word of appreciation is due to Dr Osama Malik for his successful treatment of my left shoulder tendonitis. I left all hopes but he was the one who helped me come back with alot of patience, Very effective exercises and used to feel so relieved after the treatment, Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Receptionist rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend if you're in pain or wanting help based on that alone

Negative experience: They are sending appointment letters out using washed stamps, ie ones that have been used before and cleaned. I had to pay £2:50 to get a letter from the Royal Mail posted by this company. I contacted them and the receptionist confirmed they had had a few people say this has happened to them. Still no call from them and no refund.

Positive experience: Very good explaining why you have to build up your mussels after 5 weeks in plaster with a brocken wrist and putting your mind at rest that it takes time to recover Exsersises are given to help you and massage to help I was a able to have this through my doctor ,4 visits The prices are reasonable for the treatment so if I can have a few more after the course is finished

Fantastic experience: Went in for a diagnosis. I was asked questioned regarding a minor back injury I have been suffering from for the past 8 months. After 5-10 mins, the problem was identified. I was given a 3-4 week treatment plan. It has been 4-5 weeks and my back is basically fully recovered. If suffering from a back injury and are debating getting it checked out, please do. It'll save a lot of unnecessary struggle

Fantastic experience: I have had an intense pain in my shoulder for several months. My GP just gave me naproxen and I also tried a physiotherapist (6 sessions) who told me to do some stretching which obviously didn't solve the issue. Matt Penman listened carefully to everything I had to say and he gave me the first plausible explanation for my pain. In just two sessions I improved so much with his exercises and I don't think I will have to go back.

Fantastic experience: I visited Matt Penman via Arthritis Action. At the time as well as my problem areas I was also suffering from sciatica which I had had for about 10 days which was affecting my sleep. Matt practically sorted that out on the first visit and by the second visit it had disappeared completely and has not yet come back. Matt immediately picked up I was very depressed. My other problems are osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, neuroclaudication (which means I can only stand or walk for three minutes without being bent over my rollator, and pain in both upper arms which on the right side travels down to my lower arm and hand when using computer mouse, sewing or painting. Matt has worked on all these areas with a good success rate with both manipulation and exercise although obviously the spinal stenosis and neuroclaudication is limited. He identified immediately that the pain in my arms was my shoulders. I didn't necessarily believe this as I have had no pain in this area, but once he started manipulation it was very obvious he was right. I now do not get the pain in lower arm and hand, though still work to do with strength and raising my arms. YOU MUST DO THE EXERCISES AS WELL AS THE MANIPULATION. I and my family were so pleased with my progress I visited Matt for over a month, and now will be going for top ups approximately every four to six weeks.

Negative experience: Variable service as they don't cater for emergencies in terms of having a slot from 2.30pm which is utter nonsense....

Fantastic experience: After many months of discomfort, previous useless treatments elsewhere plus a big hole in my bank balance, I have finally got a pair of custom made orthotics that have enabled me to walk without pain. They are relatively small and discreet but offer the support I need at the moment. Expensive but if they do the job that’s fine by me. So very pleased overall.
