This is my second episode with sciatica & though it's been physically & emotionally difficult, being in the company of the staff makes it all the more better. Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic earlier this year around April time seeing Richard. I was struggling with a shoulder problem which has been ongoing for at least ten years with severe escalation in this last 2 years. I have in these last two years visited the GP, been prescribed medication, had an MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and been seen by MSK. I also spent a number of months visiting another chiropractor. Your clinic was recommended to me by a friend, at the thought of spending more money I almost did not come along but following discharge from MSK with absolutely no change in my condition, no progress and no signposting or further treatment I thought I’d give it one last shot and how glad am I that I did! After a number of sessions with Richard I can definitely say I am currently at least 85% improved, my symptoms are reduced and less frequent, I am back at the gym doing the classes I love, when others told me I should not be doing this, Richard actively encouraged it. I have returned to normal activities day to day and for me this also includes less normal activities such as lifting and laying patios in my back garden with my symptoms much more rarely flaring up than previously. I will likely be returning occasionally for a top up but all I can say is thank you and I wanted to share this positive feedback as people so often do not. Thank you

Negative experience: Being stuck to find answers I would of thought after receiving reviews this would be a good practice. Where has the customers compassion gone? Everyone is there for money. Avoid

Negative experience: Dr. Sohail Rehman – The Definition of Unprofessional!!! Let me make this crystal clear before the Wellbeing Clinic tries to distance themselves this man hires a room there, so while he might not “represent” the company, he’s still running his business out of their space. If you care about your reputation, maybe don’t rent to people like this. Now onto this so-called doctor. I came in for a serious medical assessment after a life-changing car accident, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead, I got a man who couldn’t even be bothered to show an ounce of respect. Spitting while he talked, answering calls mid-assessment like my time meant nothing, and blatantly ignoring everything I said. I had to correct him multiple times because he was straight-up making his own assumptions instead of actually listening to me. I told him what was wrong, he just decided he knew better. The whole thing was a joke. No care, no professionalism—just him going through the motions to get paid. And to top it all off? When I was leaving, he bolted down the stairs like he was running from something, jumped in his car, and wheel spun out the car park like some teenager trying to impress his mates. The level of disrespect was unreal. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, go elsewhere. This guy is a waste of time and a complete disgrace to his profession!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient at the clinic for over 10 years I would absolutely recommend the friendly, professional and thorough approach of the staff; both front of house and clinical. My back problem is now generally in control, experiencing only occasional flare ups that are quickly dealt with when they arise. Update:Dec-24. I’ve been treated for lower back issues for over 17 years. I usually see Ian, but have also been treated by Richard. My condition is controlled by regular ‘maintenance’ checks every 8-9 weeks that pretty much keep it under control, with occasional more regular visits if I have a flare up. Ian and Richard are both totally professional and provide me with an excellent level of care. And of course they can’t do their job without the excellent front of house team led by Abbi. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Saw Richard for lower back pain. Turns out I had issues with my ankle and my gait was poor so it came out as lower back issues. A few visits later and a lot better. Also sorted a neck issue where it always clicked when looking left or right. That was a whole 30 seconds to resolve. Very knowledgeable chiropractors and reception team are lovely. Friendly and professional place to visit and use.

Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation with Ian this morning and for the first time in 4 and half years I now know what is causing the pain in my back. I can't tell you how good it feels just to know. Ian explained everything so clearly and I understood exactly what he was saying. Such a lovely man, so helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the whole practice. I start my treatment next week, and feel more relaxed and confident than I have in years.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been going to the WellBeing Clinic to help him with his lower back. All of the Staff are very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. After seeing Ian, and with his expertise and help his back problem was sorted. With the after care he received he is now enjoying life again. I recommended the Clinic to my daughter. She has the condition of Fibromyalgia and the doctors and the medical profession had given up on helping her cope. I know there is no cure for her condition and pain killers just dull the pain. Ian reassured her of what he was going to do and so began her treatment. After two months of treatment the change in my daughter is brilliant, she is happy with life and improving everyday. Fantastic experience: Having been a long time sceptic about Chiropractors, I was amazed how professional and thorough Richard was. My back had been a problem since January this year. Richard soon found the problem, and with just 3 treatments I suddenly found I could literally skip out of bed in the mornings! Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Today been have appointment with Dr.Sohail Rehman hi been rough and harsh , doktor not been interested my pain, don't take serious at all ,talking very unfriendly... after this appointment feel very shocked how this people can work in this plays

Negative experience: The practitioner Ian made frequent racist comments about ladies in burqas. He was very unprofessional even swore in the consultation several times with examples, refused the suggestions of insoles or exercises first/ better shoes/ pain relief / for plantar fasciitis or even combined.. went straight on to the laser therapy (wherever the most money comes in for the practice) Uncomfortable environment around him, guided me out by my shoulders, rude cocky arrogant and undermining to other doctors but I don’t think he has a clue himself in relation to medicine. Reception staff were lovely though.

Fantastic experience: My son saw Richard after a motorbike accident. I am incredibly impressed with his attention to detail, interest in his client's recovery and his treatment. My son's suffering was validated as Richard could detect each area of pain and weakness. He has a wonderful rapport and skills. I felt he wanted to achieve the best result over the shortest time frame for the patient's well-being and my bank account :) Thank you. I have since visited Richard for one treated after suffering with pain (a year on from a car accident) and I now have no pain and greater mobility.

Fantastic experience: I can fully endorse all the reviews I have read on this site. I came to the Wellness Clinic on the recommendation of a friend. I have repeatedly suffered with low back pain for years and have always suffered in silence but since going to receive treatment with Ian I am a total advocator of chiropractor practice. After almost 4 weeks my pain has reduced and the amazing 'light therapy' is working. I feel I am 'on the mend' . The lovely lady receptionists deserve a mention as when I rang in extreme pain and desperate for help they were sympathetic and delivered on their assurance they would help if at all possible. I recommend anyone with severe back pain or any muscular skeletal problem to give this clinic a try.

Fantastic experience: An outstanding chiropractor. I had to leave this review as the whole experience at the clinic and my rapid recovery have been nearly miraculous. Having recently suffered an acute back pain episode which left me hardly able to walk or sit and even faint due to the tremendous pain, I ended up spending the night in A&E and was diagnosed with sciatica. Knowing that prolonged sciatica issues could lead to permanent nerve damage, I immediately looked into alternative healthcare options. The friend suggested trying WellBeing Clinic since she was able to resolve her long-standing neck problems with a couple of visits to the chiropractor. I was able to get an appointment with Richard the next day. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you are made welcome and cared for. After some diagnostic tests, Richard was quickly able to determine what treatment I required. His knowledge, patience and kindness during the treatments have been second to none. I attended a few sessions and to my surprise, the pain subsided very quickly in the next few days which allowed me to carry on with my usual active lifestyle, although with a few minor adjustments. I would recommend Richard to anyone with musculoskeletal problems. Many thanks to all the team at WellBeing Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I used to be a regular patient of Ian's 20 years ago and very satisfied with his treatrment back then. But since I moved house a long way off, and have had no problems (for a decade), I never saw him again until last week. On this latest visit, for which I drove 85 miles, I was as impressed as ever. He is very experienced and his knowledge of muscles and skeletal issues is second to none. Also, he's a really nice bloke ! Five stars...

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ian for over 15 years now - I have a damaged back from years ago and there is a history of bad backs in the family. I have had a number of issues, including a herniated disc, and Ian's care has got me back on my feet in a very short time every time. Lovely people and very effective treatment. I have been disappointed with Chiroparcters in the past but WellBeing have always delivered.

Fantastic experience: Have been using the practice for years now and have always had a positive result. From falling off horses and lifting heavy dogs badly, whiplash injuries and general old age related wear and tear. Last year I had a really bad time with my neck and Richard helped me through this with his usual "oh dear how have you broken yourself now!". I was a bit suspicious of the red light treatment thinking it was all a bit tree hugger and knit your own yoghurt but was really amazed at it. Cant recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: I suffer from lower back pain and the first time I visited Ian Reed’s clinic I walked in like an old man, doubled up in pain, and walked out free of pain, like a young man again. Nowadays when I go for treatment I walk out like an old man. However, that’s because I am an old man having been seeing Ian for over 40 years. I always walk out pain free whether I have seen Ian or Richard. I cannot recommend the Wellbeing Clinic too highly for the courteous, friendly receptionists and practitioners, and above all the success of the treatment I receive.

I have recommended the Wellbeing clinic to others. The PBM Therapy is good and used this before the clinic could fully open after the lockdown and found it did work is such a short space of time. Having the combination of the PBM therapy and the "mechanical" treatment works very well. All the staff are accommodating and try their hardest to get you an appointment, even in your hour of need if outside your pre booked appointments.

It's not only this knowledge and performance of magic that makes the practice so good, it is also their explanation of your issue(s) and what the best exercises and stretches are to enable you to help yourself. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Wellbeing for 25 years or more and you won't find a more professional, friendly and caring practice anywhere and their services cover many physical and lifestyle problems. After suffering repeated debilitating sciatic trouble, trying numerous treatments then being advised possible spine fusing by hospital specialists, I decided to try the world of chiropractic. After consultation with Richard, I was offered a short course of skeletal treatment starting from the neck downwards. Well, I couldn't believe it! Treatment started that day (Friday) and by Monday I was standing straight and pain-free. Since that time and because I keep active, I now visit Wellbeing on a regular basis and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Many years ago, probably about 25, Ian put my back together when it had been out of line and causing me pain for a long time. Since then he has kept me mobile and pain free. This with a 3 to 4 monthly check has improved my life considerably. If there are any 'niggles' in between regular appointments Ian is always there and willing to sort things out immediately.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ian since he qualified first when off Kedleston Road and then at the new site of Ashbourne Road. Whilst this is obviously a lengthy time my back problems are very sporadic and fortunately usually several years apart. When they do occur I see Ian as soon as possible and invariably each time I am quickly diagnosed, treated and cured. I have always found the staff to be understanding and helpful. The waiting room is pleasant and welcoming and the treatment rooms are similarly appointed. Over the years I have recommended and will continue to recommend the clinic and none of those I have sent have ever complained.

Fantastic experience: The WellBeing clinic is a great practise, it is thoroughly professional from reception staff, who welcome you as if a friend to the chiropractors who take time to understand your issue and provide excellent treatment. Fantastic experience: The PBM therapy bed has been incredible. I can genuinely feel a difference day to day after going on it for just 15 minutes. I sleep better, my mobility has improved and I have clearer thoughts. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Simply the best treatment I have ever experienced. Ian and Richard are always ready to help. I recently suffered a strain to the radial collateral ligament in my left knee. Ian knew exactly what I had damaged and was able to fix it for me in just two sessions. Frankly, I had feared I might not recover from this injury but amazingly with the right treatment I am now pain free!

Fantastic experience: Richard sorted out a very painful neck and shoulder problem for me after my GP was unable to help. This was about twenty five years ago before Richard and Ian set up Wellbeing. Since that time, regular treatment at Wellbeing (about every 3 months) has kept me mobile and free of serious pain. Richard has given me much good advice over the years, including when to consult my GP.

Perhaps the one thing that stands out to us is the family atmosphere engendered by Abbi and her crew when you arrive. This raises your confidence in the treatment you are about to receive. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Ian's clinic, off and on, as required, for many years. Prior to my retirement several years ago, he helped me to continue at my job for over six years. Without him. I would not have be able to stay at work. I still visit occasionally but my wife Carol, regularly uses the service to ease the inflammation of arthritis in her neck and back. The staff are very friendly and good at putting you at ease.

Fantastic experience: Have been using the Clinic now for around 20 years.I went initially out of desperation, struggled to get out of bed in the morning with awful back spasms,then I'd have to go and deliver potatoes to various retail outlets etc.Was not pleasant! I was recommended to Well Being through a freind and have not looked back.My back is not perfect and never will be ,but it's much much better than before.
