Fantastic experience: A cracking review from me! I’ve had chronic tension headaches for years, and Jane, and later Ben, have been absolutely amazing in helping me manage them. They are friendly, flexible, and really take the time to listen, adjusting the treatment to suit how you’re feeling. I always feel supported and genuinely heard. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Cedar Tree highly enough. I have suffered with back pain on and off for years and have had various treatments. But they’ve always come with a caveat. I’ll will need X amount of treatment over X amount of time costing X. Cedar tree and the team are a breath of fresh air. I first saw Kostas who was so understanding of my circumstances, polite, kind, very caring, knowledgeable. It was when I suggest a second appointment, Kostas highly recommended that I be treated by Ben, as he would be better suited to my issues. I cannot thank Ben enough for his treatment. He explained everything in a calm manner, treated me as if I was his only patient. You’re made so welcome and so cared for. I felt the most relief I’ve ever had and freedom for the first time in a long time. Then I have the misfortune to injure myself. Ben went above and beyond to book me in as soon as possible and worked his magic. Fixing my issue there and then. I can’t possibly thank them enough for what they have done for me. I’m not one to normally leave a review. But I could t in good conscience not leave one here. Do not second guess Cedar Tree. I shall be recommending them to anyone I know. Thank you again for giving me the relief of sought for so very long.

Fantastic experience: After having physio and then an MRI result indicated the problems with my lower spine I was advised to try chiropractic treatment. Immediately after seeing Lewis in Derby I felt an improvment and after 3 sessions I can feel a big improvement . Lewis is so understanding / knowledgeable and explained my problems in great detail so that I now have a better understanding. Also the receptionist Lilly is very efficient and friendly. Fantastic experience: I see Kostas every 2 weeks for my upper & lower back & I was initially on crutches for my first appointment. I can now walk a few metres & stand for a short period of time unaided after my treatments. He is absolutely brilliant & talks me through the treatments & he has used cupping & acupuncture with really good results. I have osteoarthritis which will always be there but he has lessened the pain with treatment. He is friendly, client oriented & friendly & really makes you feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with back pain for over two years. I've had MRIs and CT Scans and living on pain killers that have eventually stopped working. I've been referred to physio by the NHS twice and all the exercises gave temporary relief but no long term results. As a last result my wife did the investigation and put me onto Cedartree Chiropractors Derby Branch. I walked in to the practise with difficulty with my wife for the initial evaluation. All I can say is from the outset Heather was warm and welcoming and Kostas was the epitamy of a professional. From my first appointment up until now Kostas has got me walking upright and almost pain free. I look forward to my sessions with Kostas. He is friendly, welcoming and explains everything that he is doing and gets consent before he does anything. He has provided good advice, an exercise programme and is always positive that you will receive a result. When waiting for an appointment up until booking the next one Heather always engages in polite conversation and professionalism in the way she treats patients. I would highly recommend Kostas as a Chiropractor to find a solution to whatever problems you suffering with the back.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Lewis for the last couple of months at Cedar Tree Chiropractic Derby and Lewis's fingers are magical. He has worked wonders on my poor back and made life so much easier for me. Him and the lovely reception staff are fabulous people whom i would recommend to anyone.

She’s been wonderful and all the time I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with discomfort in my back and shoulder for a few months, which was quite painful, especially first thing in the morning. It was starting to concern me, so I approached Cedar Tree Chiropractic to see if they could help. My first appointment was with Kostas and I was quite apprehensive but after an initial assessment I felt immediately at ease. After my first treatment, I felt a lot of relief, almost instantly. After a few follow-up sessions, the pain has now gone and I have a much better range of movement overall. Kostas was very professional and reassuring, the clinic itself is a very calm and relaxing environment and the reception staff are very kind and approachable. I was initially sceptical about whether this was the right route for me to take, or whether the treatment would be beneficial, but judging by the results, it really was the right decision for me.

Fantastic experience: I suffered an injury in my lower back just after Christmas I was barely able to stand up straight let alone walk.. I booked myself in having very little hope that anything could be done for me. This is by far the best decision I had ever made after just one appointment with Kostas I was able to stand up straight and walk with much less pain I was going back weekly and with each visit progress was being made after just a few visits I was able to walk properly and pain free. highly recommended! I just cannot give any less than a 5 star rating as the staff here are so lovely and welcoming and they really have helped me be able to recover :)

Fantastic experience: I came to see a chiropractor as my back pain was awful. It was unusual for someone only 21 to be this bad, but after seeing my family and friends experience with the medical route, I decided to give a chiropractor a try first. I got Gabby, and I have to say that she has been critical to me being able to live properly and often pain free. It’s still early days, but the work she does is fantastic, and has made a huge difference to me. Very kind and friendly as well, always a great gossip when I go!

Fantastic experience: When I compare the difference from day one to now. I feel like a new person. I used to wake up with back pain. I couldn’t bend over the wash basin in the morning due to stiffness. I had shooting pain across my lower back with every cough and sneeze. That’s all gone now and I’m over the moon with my results. I started with weekly treatments to maintenance once every six weeks. Ben has been absolutely fantastic. He explains everything well and is so caring. I’ve also had massage treatments from Helen which have helped. The first time I walked in I was warmly greeted by Heather on reception. The facility in Derby is accessible, no stairs, all on one level. I’ve recommend Ben and the team to family and friends who have been happy with their results. Fantastic experience: Absolutely! Amazing place I am so happy as I have suffered for massive pain in my lower back for many years and having bad back posture, it was my first time trying this place, to help me with my back and I could say that it worked now my back is repaired and I feel no pain, I highly recommend this place. Prices are fair and not much expensive, I paid £65 for my first visit and for my next, I paid £42 which is 30 minutes session with the chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I visited Cedar Tree Chiropractic for an ongoing back problem having tried several practices previously in recent years. From the initial welcome by Heather upon arrival through the initial consultation and subsequent appointments with Lewis they have always been extremely professional and by far the best that I have been treated by.

Fantastic experience: I first used Ceder tree after I moved house in Derby and it was just too far to travel to my previous chiropractor. After trawling through google searches, this place seemed to be the best practice in the area and had some really good reviews. Making my booking by phone was very straight forward, the receptionist being very friendly and offering advice on who to book in with. After a short medical survey, my appointment was made with a young man by the name of Lewis. On arrival at the practice, the first thing you will notice is how clean and welcoming the place is. The receptionist ( Heather), greeted me with a warm smile, politely made sure my details were correct and then showed me where to wait for my appointment. After a short wait, I was introduced to my chiropractor Lewis. A very smart and polite gentleman who led me into one of the side treatment rooms. After explaining about my lower back problems which I have suffered from for roughly 15 years now, Lewis very calmly ran me through the course of corrective treatment he felt best for me. For the next 30 minutes, I was placed in all sorts of different positions and, although uncomfortable at first my back became more manoeuvrable and less painful the more the treatment went on, every step of the way being informed on why each correction was needed. Now I’m very old school and not used to all the new ways but modesty was respected at all times, gowns and towels used to cover everything not being treated. After the treatment finished, I left the treatment room standing perfectly upright and not hunched over as I was before and the great thing is that they also email all the details of your treatment and send a list of exercises to do at home. Making my next appointment was straight forward and I left the practice thinking, why didn’t I do this before. My first appointments were 2 weeks apart but I am now at the stage where I just need maintenance every 6 weeks to keep everything where it should be. I know with the current climate that money can be tight but this is the one thing that I don’t mind spending the money on. I can’t thank Lewis enough for his help and I always look forward to my next appointments

Fantastic experience: I started to see Jane a couple of months ago. I was suffering with severe pain in my neck, shoulder and left arm I can honestly say I was running out of ideas and after several visits to the GP I had resigned myself to the fact that this pain was my daily reality After several weeks of adjustments and acupuncture my health is significantly improved and I generally feel happy and well Jane listens and seems to know exactly how to pinpoint the problem areas. Her professionalism and friendly personality are second to none. Always going above and beyond!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cedar Tree and Jane in particular. Pain isn't something you should have to put up with. Be proactive and find a solution.

Rob the chiropractor is simply sublime, his approach and knowledge is superb. The staff have been brilliant. Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Jane. Jane very quickly diagnosed a slipped disk for my chronic pain, numb knee i had for 3 months. With 1 treatment there was a rapid improvement. I saw Jane weekly thereafter and my symptoms have reduced by some 80%. Jane is amazing and super friendly. 10/10 for Jane and the team who are all so welcoming and friendly. Heather also made me feel really welcome.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering on and off with back pain for 4 years and decided to give these guys a try. Jane who i saw gave me a diagnosis and began treatment straight away and within a couple of weeks i was feeling much better. Receptionists are very friendly and communications with me via email about my rehab exercises were excellent. I would recommend to anybody who is struggling with back pain, what you get is people that actually care about you.

Fantastic experience: Have been getting treatment from Ceder tree chiropractic practice for a few years now , for regular adjustments and sometimes for specific issues like sprains and back pain etc. Both Amima and Jane who I have done consultation and treatments with are very knowledgeable and professional . The adjustments have helped with my migrane and shoulder and back stiffness .. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming .. Fantastic experience: Had a problem with pain in my lower back area, something that time to time flares up. Had several visits to see Dan at the Derby branch. He has completely eradicated the problem with manipulation and a series of exercises to do at home which I am now following. If my back for some reason flares up again I would have no hesitation in going back to Cedar Tree for help. I wish all the staff my best wishes especially Dan and hope he has a good cricket season.

Fantastic experience: After having back pain for a number of years. I decided to see a specialist at the derby clinic. But after my first appointment my anxiety was diminished. As Jane explained in detail what was the root cause of my back pain. And since then the pain has tremendously reduced. All this was from having only 4 sessions. Can not recommend jane highly enough. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from Cervical Spondylosis for few years and had learnt to live with the occasional low level pain until November 2023, when I started getting daily headaches lasting all day. Having read Cedar Tree reviews I took the decision to book an initial assessment session. Ben took the time to listen to my symptoms in detail and diagnosed the root cause of my pain. Ben is highly skilled in tracing the areas of concerned with is gentle fingers and naturally gifted in relaxing his patients during each and every treatment. Fantastic experience: Trisha was fantastic at putting my mind at ease as I’m not the best with water or the dark. Trisha showed me the floating tank beforehand and described in great detail what to expect. I wanted to try this as I suffer from RSI. Not only did my whole body feel relaxed but the complete sensory deprivation does something to the mind that I’ve never experienced. It is actually impossible to think or focus on anything. A complete switch off from life is what you are given. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Very well organised chiropractic provider, providing great support across multiple areas including acupuncture and floatation. Myself and my partner are yet to try out the floatation tank but the lovely lady at reception gave us a little tour around and definitely looking forward to our sessions in a couple of week. The chiropractic assessment and adjustment left me with instant relief across some of my pain points.

Fantastic experience: Had a prolapsed disc and had been in pain for a week. Cedar Tree got me in straight away and I haven't looked back. Dan was amazing! He listened, empathised and was so kind. Fantastic experience: Well what a great team here!!! Had a bad neck for 3 weeks, managed to get in at cedar tree chiropractic with the assistance of a kind a receptionist Claire managed to get me booked in for massage to start with which eased off the muscular pressures, I’ve had been very tense and stiff! After my session with victoria I felt very relaxed but she advised I see a chiropractor, I have since been under the care of Ben and Tony and they have done a wonderful job, I feel great.

Fantastic experience: Years and years of chronic pain and I’ve finally felt relief for the first time!! As someone with Ehlers-Danlos it is very difficult to find pain management or someone willing to work with all of my problems. I had an extensive initial appointment with Jane and Ben who made me feel very comfortable and listened to all my concerns. After the 2nd appointment I was already feeling much better than I have in a long time. I’m able to stand on my left leg again and can sleep more comfortably now. I’ve never felt so relieved after any appointment than the ones I do here. They don’t charge exuberant prices which is doable and are always so kind. This has been the best thing that has happened to me and I’m so glad I chose Cedar Tree!

Fantastic experience: Having only been at cedar tree for around 4months ,I can tell you from my experience from, going in the front door to reception a smile to greet you , and the pressures on for Tony to relax and release my neck and shoulder pain which then is a great relief. Fantastic experience: If you're considering Chiropractic support and have never tried it, absolutely give it a go! I couldn't recommend it enough. I'm currently 29 and after 2 years of pain suffering with my neck and shoulders caused by my posture working at a computer all day, I finally decided to give Chiropractic support a go. And I'm SO glad I did! I went to the Derby Cedar Tree Chiropractic, I was so impressed with the cleanliness and overall set up. Jane is fantastic! Professional and extremely knowledgeable and provided me with personalised exercises to carry out inbetween sessions. I have had a total of 6 sessions (which included 2 sessions of acupuncture), the results have been incredible! I haven't felt pressured to continue with any further treatment, however, I personally will continue to have maintenance sessions a few times a year moving forward through choice as I simply feel amazing afterwards. Fantastic experience: I was having difficulty with my neck and shoulder after working on laptops for some many years. The immediate treatment and exercises worked well. I was given an exercise tracker and I am happy to day that after 4 treatments I am in great place where I feel like I have a different posture.

Fantastic experience: When booking my first ever chiropractic appointment with Artur at the burton branch I was very skeptical as I didn’t know if it would relieve the pain in my lower back. Artur did my initial appointment thoroughly and assessed each part of my body with the pressure points of where I felt tender, he was very friendly, welcoming and comforting. I couldn’t recommend enough to anyone, I have since got my partner to go and she has the same results as she suffered from migraines and they’re now none existent. It’s safe to say after an appointment each month I never suffer with the back pain and each time I leave I feel like I’m in a new fresh body, I feel so light and the stress from my body is gone.

Fantastic experience: I went to Cedar tree a few days after hurting my back playing rugby. The service I got was friendly and supportive and the treatment was superb! No unescisary back cracking or treatment, rather a thorough investigation, and effective work to resolve my issues. Within a few days I was back on my feet, and the follow up appointment reassured me that I was well on the mend! Fantastic experience: I suffered left shoulder pain for more than one and half years. I started receiving treatment from Miss Jane Chung on 24 August 2023. After 5 sessions, I am almost fully healed. Jane is very professional. Her knowledge and skills are excellent. She did careful assessment of my injury and provided clear explanation of the issue and treatment procedure. She not only treats but also patiently taught me the shoulder exercises to regain mobility and strength.

Fantastic experience: Had a bad lower back for years finally decided to try to get it sorted. 4 visits to chiropractor Dan and I'm pain free. Absolute magician! All the staff there are really friendly and everything is impeccably clean. Good aftercare too, exercises personalized to you to keep you pain free sent to you after your appointment. Hopefully never have to go again but I know I'm in safe hands if I do.

Fantastic experience: Came in with a sharp neck and middle back pains as well as shoulder pain. The chiropractors, Ben and Dan, were absolutely stellar. Fantastic experience: Ben is quite simply, a magician in my eyes. MS neuropathic pain, is very challenging at times. Ben has managed to do, what my various painkillers couldn’t do - relieve me from the hypersensitivity pain I get. He’s enabled me, to get back some freedom and independence again. I can’t speak highly enough. He immediately makes you feel at ease, gives you his full attention and is very personable, professional and polite. I look forward to my appointments! Fantastic experience: I had my first floating pod experience yesterday, and it was fantastic! It was very relaxing. Trish was lovely and helpful and explained the ins and outs of the pod. The clinic is very well located and also extremely clean (which is a huge priority for me).Will be coming back soon!

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful that I made the decision to visit Cedar Tree Chiropractic for my back pain. I was apprehensive and nervous having never visited a chiropractor before. Before my sessions with Dan, I had to crack my back multiple times a day for temporary release. Dan made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. It was great to finally target the affected areas for longer lasting results. After a few sessions and professional advice, my back has definitely felt a lot better and has improved. Fantastic experience: Dan was great!! I usually don't have too many issues, able to crack my own back and neck. Got something stuck in my neck, was an issue for 5 weeks that would not go away. Dan worked with me to locate the issue, worked on it, and got the pops and cracks needed!! Can't praise the service enough, including the lovely receptionist :-)

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben, he is absolutely wonderful. He will do all he can to help relieve your pain and try to resolve your problem. If he can’t he won’t keep taking your money if he feels he can do nothing more. Mine was complicated but Ben was able to give me some relief and I will certainly visit him again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. I can not recommend cedar tree more. I was suffering badly with my lower back and leg and no physiotherapist could ease my pain. After a few visits with the wonderful Daniel my pain started to ease. I felt safe. Comfortable and heard. The staff I’ve met on reception have always been incredibly polite, helpful and welcoming. I still have long term appointments to monitor my leg and I feel it’s more like a pamper session each time I go because the deep massages are so relaxing. Fantastic experience: Ben is a miracle worker! I'd been struggling for months, waking up 'wonky' all out of alignment, back + right hip/leg pain when sitting + lying (to the point that I dreaded going to bed), right leg shorter and externally rotated. I'd not been to a chiropractor before and didn't know what to expect so was nervous but I needn't've been! Ben is a lovely, knowleable and very experienced guy and soon put me at ease and gently sorted out my issues. I've purposely let a few months pass before writing this review to allow time for the benefits to wear off - they haven't and I'm good as new! Fantastic experience: I want to see Ben, at the Cedar Tree Clinic as I had a very painful back problem. . He was friendly, approachable and soon diagnosed my problem. He gave exercises to do in between visits and reduced the sessions as I improved. He has now discharged me but if the pian returns will happily see me again. He was recommended to me by my son and I thoroughly recommend him too.

Fantastic experience: When I found Cedar tree house I was suffering with a real painful lower back, I was a bit spectacle at first about how good this kind of stuff is. My first booking was sent to me very quickly with Daniel, He took me through everything no matter how crazy my questions was. He listened to everything I said about my back issue and then we set a plan in motion to fix the problem. I must say Cedar house is a life changer they are amazing. If anybody is suffering with any kind of pain issue please give these guys a ring its well worth it. 5 stars is not good enough. The whole team and experience is truly worth it. Fantastic experience: Ben has worked miracles! After a serious fall from my attic although my broken shoulder healed I was still struggling to walk for any distance. The hospital consultant told me no bones broken so nothing they could do. My mum recommended Ben as she goes regularly. In one session Ben was able to identify my left hip was extremely out of line - a result of the fall. He massaged and manipulated resulting in my mobility greatly improving and no longer being in pain. I continue to attend the clinic when I feel my hip niggling and each time I leave feeling 100% better. All the staff are so friendly and caring I highly recommend cedar tree.

Fantastic experience: Having never received chiropractic treatment before I was a little nervous about if it would actually work for me and the issue with my back that had been quickly getting worse. From the moment I stepped in the door I was made to feel at ease by both Ben and the reception team. My treatment plan was explained clearly after the initial assessment and I received treatment during this too which was a relief as I’d heard about other chiropractors that don’t do this on the first visit and I was really suffering with my back. There’s no buying ‘blocks’ of treatment, my progress was assessed on each visit and the next step decided there and then. I’m now in a position where I only need to attend every so often as my back pain is completely gone, I just like to keep a check on it. I can’t thank Ben and his team enough for how they have, and continue, to help me, they are absolute superstars!

Fantastic experience: This place is different in a very good way. They genuinely care about the outcome of your visit and your care plan. I’ve had chiropractic care before but never like this, and I’ve never had results like this either - I’ve been raving about it to my friends and family. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve been trying to relieve my headaches for 20 years and Ben did it in just one visit. I’ve only been 3 times so far but results seem to last easily for 7 days and improves with each visit. I now take substantially less painkillers and even my husband has noticed how much brighter and lighter I feel. AMAZING.

Positive experience: First time going to chiropractor and was really impressed with how professional and understanding the staff were here. Not only was Dan really helpful but even my sports massage was 5* level and will be booking in with her again soon. The receptionists were helpful and kind too every time I visited. Only reason why I'm giving 4 star is because the price was high for me especially with having quite a few sessions. However, will still be recommending to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: My husband recommended that I go to Ben to help me with pain associated with deterioration in one of my disks. Fantastic experience: I first went to see Ben at Cedar Tree chiropractic around Easter time as I had been suffering with neck pain for a couple of weeks. Ben was kind enough to phone me on the same Day to talk about the pain and subsequently booked me in for an emergency appointent one evening when the practice had closed. Ben was very friendly and listened to the problems and then spoke about how he thought he may be able to help. He then treated me on the same day as my consultation. He was quick to identify the problem, provided after care support via an email and I then visited 4 times after this. I cannot recommend the practice enough, they were friendly helpful and I did not feel I was being treated unnecessarily in order to get more money. Thank you Cedar Tree! Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling for a very long time with pain in one of my ribs and general lack of mobility. The rib was 80% fixed in my first consultation and totally fixed at the second. Other issues have also been addressed by Ben, who combines extremely effective methods with a lovely personality, and he is now actively discouraging me from coming back unless I need to see him. My previous experience of Chiro was the exact opposite of this. If you have pain and you want it fixing book in with Ben and you’ll be good to go really quickly.

Fantastic experience: Having suffered for years with a troubled neck, shoulder and back, I contacted Cedar Tree Chiropractic after they were recommended by a friend. After completing a short on-line form on the website, I was contacted the next day and within 3 days I attended my first appointment. Ben completed an assessment by asking series of questions, and I felt at ease straight away. After the assessment, and I also received my first treatment during this appointment. I was not disappointed, and was relieved that Ben was able to verify and very clearly explain why I was having the issues I had described. His clear explanation was very helpful and reassuring, and he did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had. After the treatment, I could instantly feel a difference in my neck mobility which previously had been very restricted. The other areas treated also showed a noted improvement and I bounced out of this appointment feeling like a new person. As a follow up, I was booked in for another appointment and I was also sent a personalised exercise plan that contained links to demonstration videos showing how to correctly conduct these. I have had a series of further appointments over the past 4 months and each time Ben takes the time to ask about how my recovery is progressing before administering further treatment. I also think it is important to note that my appointments have been staggered further apart over time as Ben explains when and how I need to be treated next, rather than booking me in at standard intervals. This also reassured me that I am assessed carefully each time I visit and my treatment is tailored to what I actually need. I was also reassured that if I felt I needed to be seen earlier I could phone up for an appointment sooner. The service that Cedar Tree has provided has been faultless and I am so relieved that I decided to seek treatment after such a long period of time suffering with these issues.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend the practise enough! Everyone at the practise is so kind and helpful! You can tell they really put time and effort into the practise itself and into their customers and customer care! Such a lovely atmosphere! I saw Ben for my appointments, he was so lovely and kind and made me feel at ease instantly! He really listened to my problems and explained everything to me in ways I would understand, he is extremely thorough and professional and made me feel completely comfortable! Fantastic experience: I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the diagnostic and ongoing relevant body manipulation expertise of Cedar tree Director Ben Roberts who, upon meeting for two sessions, has found the answer after many years to my longstanding hip problem and its problematic body connections elsewhere. Fantastic experience: I went to see Ben on recommendation from a friend , not having been to a chiropractor before was apprehensive and not sure what to expect . I went with a neck problem which was giving me chronic pain in neck and base of skull . Fantastic experience: I visited Cedar Tree Chiropractors in Derby when an old shoulder problem was aggravated by a fall. I had tried doing exercises on my own at home but felt things weren't getting better. Once I made contact with the practice I was able to be seen very quickly. Tony really listened to me and also gave my a thorough physical assessment before suggesting a course of treatment. Even the first session made a big difference, reducing the amount of pain I had. Things have continued to improve and I have much more movement in my shoulder and no pain. Tony strikes the perfect balance between professional and friendly and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. The surroundings are clean and very relaxing and the practice is so easy to get to. I would recommend anyone to try it.
