Fantastic experience: Very organised and welcoming practice. I went to Central Health with a very painful cramping thigh which I had had for several months. The exercises were easy to do and Dave was a very chatty, informative and pleasant physio. I was much improved after 5 visits.

My neck pain was unbearable, but since I started coming, they’ve taught me the right exercises and helped release the tension in my muscles. Dr. Kevin Huffington always knew exactly what he was doing — he’s extremely knowledgeable, and my back felt brand new after every visit! After just five weeks, my pain was completely gone. I’d highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if I ever have any pain again.

Fantastic experience: Diva was very helpful with a problem I had with my left knee and the visit was beneficial. I have seen good improvement and no longer have pain in that knee.

Fantastic experience: Hello , i have been at the centrle health appointment with my mom today , and the lady who assisted us , Divya , she is such a nice and helpful girl , she is really friendly and understanding. I have been with her on my every single therapy appointment for my mom , and she is always nice and gives such as more knowledge regarding different things. I would like to give Divya more than 5 star for her politeness and smile on the face.

My therapist, Divya, was calm, listened carefully, and was very engaged throughout the sessions. Her massages really helped with my pain. I would recommend.

Negative experience: Dreadful treatment. I wasn’t even told the name of the man who has left me more crooked, in more pain and, for the first time in 73 years, one leg shorter than the other! An observation he made with a distinct sense of satisfaction!

Negative experience: I had an Appointment with MS Shikha Suresan and I didn't meet a worse physotherapist! No professionalism or effort to advise or explain!

Positive experience: Dileep Raj was lovely friendly and very professional he managed to get 80% movement back into my left shoulder and left arm after 10 weeks of treatment I had been suffering with unbearable pain at times for nearly 2 year but after a lot of exercises and a few sessions with Dileep I’m nearly back to full movement. I’ll hopefully get to see him a few more times to get the last 20% and movement to 100% before he gives up on me thank you the pain is a lot more manageable now thanks to all you’ve done

Fantastic experience: Raj Dileep was very easy to talk to and someone who could easily become a friend. He was thoroughly professional and made sure I got the full half hour treatment. He monitored my pain threshold throughout the treatment, making sure it remained tolerable. Sadly the treatment made little difference and he's referred me back to the GP. This has no reflection of his skills as we both agreed that surgery at some point isn't outside the realms of possibility. I would highly recommend Central Health but only have first hand experience of Raj.

Fantastic experience: I have had a 5 week course of physio with Dileep Raj for my plantar fasciitis and found him to be very competent and courteous at all times. My foot has improved and he has given me some good tips to continue with so all round very good

Staff were very friendly and professional and Kevin got straight into finding the root cause of my problem. He's very knowledgeable and understood my pain, causes and what I needed to do (and not do) to get back to full health and manipulated and massaged the problem area to give me a head start to get me going. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing some quite severe sciatic pain. I moved over to Kevin at Central Health as I didn’t feel that the physio treatment I was receiving elsewhere was helping. Kevin quickly understood my issues and provided superb advice and an exercise plan to deal with and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have to say I have seen many physios and having worked for the NHS have had access to an excellent staff service (those were the days). Recently I have unfortunately seen some poor staff so when I was referred to Central Health, I will be honest, I wasn't expecting much. However, Albin has been absolutely fantastic and is without doubt one of the best physios I have seen. Thank you so much Albin for all your help and advice. Also the receptionists at the clinic are very polite and professional too.

After being contacted and rearranging my appointment, I am now pleased to change my rating to 5 stars. Kevin explained the probable cause of my pain and loosened me up.

Negative experience: I thought I would share my less than average experience with this company: I made an appointment for a sports massage for 16:00 on Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived I was told that Helen was running late and she would be there shortly. After over 20 minutes of waiting the receptionist informed me that she couldn't get hold of Helen and it was best if I just went home. The receptionist was very apologetic and she had tried a number of times to get hold of Helen, however as a customer, that does nothing for me. I made this appointment for back pain that I know a good massage helps drastically. It is now too late to book another appointment at a place where I could go to actually be seen. I am self employed in the IT industry and I took out 2 hours to be able to make this appointment. Not to mention sitting in rush hour traffic both ways for an hour combined and then the petrol costs. Upon leaving I was told that if I was to book another appointment I'd be entitled to "some discount". Well from a business that charges the full amount if a client doesn't show, it seems very poor to not keep to the same standards when the shoe is on the other foot. So in closing: I turned up for an appointment, waited over 20 minutes, was told to go home and received absolutely no offer of recompense for money lost and time wasted.
