Fantastic experience: I have been having physio for around 2 years now and I cannot recommend Semper more highly. The treatment is excellent, care and follow up are spot on and the exercises and app Cameron uses could not be better. I know several locals who have started using Semper and all are extremely happy. If you have an issue going on, try Semper first!

Fantastic experience: I approached Cameron after having a fairly negative physiotherapy experience following a ski injury. With a fully torn ACL in one knee a multiple injuries in the other I was hoping to try and ski again the following season. My first visit was so thorough and i immediately felt that Cameron was the guy to help me get back on the pistes. A weekly visit provided me with progress reports and new exercises to take away as homework. There was also an app that I downloaded and Cameron put everything in there each week to guide me. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always at the end of the phone. Suffice to say I skied twice this season albeit quite cautiously but I did it and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cameron for any physio therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I've been struggling with back pain for almost 7 years, and it's something that's kept falling to the bottom of my list. I decided this year I needed to actually get it sorted. Cameron was so knowledgable and after just one assessment the pain has significantly decreased. I've always felt limited with movement and I'm now able to do exercises I couldn't do before. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me understand not just what was going on, but also the possible causes and the best ways to tackle them. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. I can’t recommend Cameron enough! I struggled to walk into my first session due to per Anserine bursitis in my right knee. Having quickly assessed the problems Cameron gave me a series of stretches and exercises, infrared and hands on treatment. I must add I am definitely not an athlete or particularly sporty. Over the course of 3 months , with weekly/ fortnightly then 3 weekly sessions I have seen continued improvement until my last session when I skipped out ! Thank you Cameron

Fantastic experience: My son has been treated by Cameron on 2 separate occasions. The first for a knee injury which Cameron quickly identified the need for a scan. The injury required surgery. Cameron treated my son post operatively resulting in complete recovery. The second occasion was for a spinal stress response for which Cameron gave excellent care again resulting in full recovery. Cameron is really approachable and provides excellent, professional and knowledgeable care.

Fantastic experience: I initially went to see Cam with lower back pain after he was recommended to me. I'm always a little nervous meeting new people but he immediately put me at ease! He is very welcoming and friendly. In the very first season Cam was able to tell me what the issue with my back was, massage the area and give me exercise to do at home via an app. I was in a lot less pain after the first session. After 2 further sessions I was pain free. I later saw Cam with a knee injury due to training for a marathon and also for 2 sports massages just before the marathon. I completed the marathon painfree which I definitely wouldn't have done without his help. Thanks so much

Fantastic experience: I found Semper Physiotherapy after I had been discharged from a 5-week admission to hospital. I was weak, had lost about 10 kg in weight and had a foot-drop. I also had problems with my balance. Cameron devised a programme for me which met all my needs. He then introduced me to the appropriate gym equipment to improve my strength. Over a year later, I am 12 kg heavier, much stronger and both my feet work perfectly! I still attend for 'refresher' sessions. I can recommend Semper unreservedly for tailor-made physiotherapy management.

Fantastic experience: To say that I was in the depths of despair when I first saw Cameron may sound melodramatic but it is absolutely true. I was several months into a back injury that was preventing me pursuing my two passions, long walks with my dog and competitive dog agility. Cameron was caring compassionate and professional at every appointment but went beyond the 'physical fix'. He took the time to understand how the injury had affected me and he got it, he understood what an impact the constraints were having psychologically. I thought life as I'd known it was a thing of the past and was struggling to adjust. As well as hands on treatments at each appointment he gave me stretches initially to help relieve the discomfort then, over a period of weeks added exercises to strengthen my core, my lower back and increase mobility in the affected area. These were exercises/stretches that I could very easily fit into every day. I could swap and change and do them in 'bite size chunks' when I had time rather than feeling "oh no, I've got a whole hour of physio to fit in, but I don't know when!". The stretches and exercises became so much a part of my daily routine and improved my physical and mental wellbeing that I know I will always do them. Physiotherapy is so much more than an appointment for treatment with a professional. Cameron has not only helped me feel fitter and stronger than I have in years and got me back to doing all the things that made me me but he has taught me the skills to maintain good spinal health and manage any acute episodes that may arise in the future. Fantastic experience: I went to semperphysio as I was having problems with my collar bone from a previous dislocation & he sorted me out a private MRI to know what stage I was at and proper rehabilitation plan to get me back to football sooner than I anticipated! 10/10 service, communication & hospitality

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Cameron regularly now for 6 years or more he is by far the best physiotherapist that I have ever seen over the last 25 years , previous ones had been ok but on first seeing Cameron after the first initial 15 minute consultation he was able to diagnose my back problems and immediately got to work on them , with his wealth of knowledge and experience he soon sorted out my problems the relief I felt was amazing previously it was a struggle to bend over just to tie up my shoelaces Cameron also sent and gave me some exercises to do at home which again proved helpful I go now once a month for what I call routine maintenance He is absolutely Brilliant and I would highly recommend him to anyone one with any problems such a great person and really gets down to those problem areas

His professionalism, knowledge and results he gives are 2nd to none, you have to visit him to fully understand. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Cameron for a few months now following a very severe herniation of 2 lumber discs. The pain was constant and very severe and I had been referred by a spinal surgeon for physiotherapy. From day 1 Cameron has had an immediate impact on my pain, flexibility and mobility. I was initially able to return to work (albeit it on reduced duties) and am back full time and continuing to see him with the improvements being significant. I can’t recommend Cameron enough for his professionalism, his obvious in depth knowledge and advanced skills in treating my symptoms and clinical diagnosis. While I’ve been attending appointments, Cameron has also very successfully treated my son’s rugby injury and husbands long term shoulder pain. Very highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’m runner who’s getting on In years.I have been seeing Cameron for a while.I have had various issues from such as weak glutes and lower back issues.Strained finger ligaments. I am currently seeing Cameron to strengthen a quad wellness.He has put together a strengthening program with some upper body exercises as well.Alongside this plan I’m having pt sessions as well. Basically from a massage to physio treatment, strengthening programs you couldn’t be in better hands.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Cam with knee pain while running. Cam did a thorough assessment of my knee and found the inflammation and my pain pretty quickly. He gave me some exercises and after a couple weeks my knees feeling much better! Highly recommend!

The recovery plans and treatments have been highly effective, personalised to my needs and capabilities, and helped improve several issues including back pain, hip mobility and a shoulder injury. Fantastic experience: I was having some ongoing knee pain after running and a friend suggested I go and see Cameron. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, created a plan for me and I haven’t had pain since! Would 100% recommend. I will be using Semper physio again should the need arise!

Fantastic experience: I first saw Cameron in March 2024, one week after a cycle race accident, which had left me with pain in my hamstring and shoulder. Cameron got to the cause of the pain and diagnosed an ACJ injury in my right shoulder and a Grade 3 tear of my left hamstring. He started me on a set of rehabilitation exercises tailored to my injuries, which changed as my injuries progressed and follow up treatment sessions. With his guidance, I was able to start light training on my bike after two weeks and made a full recovery and a return to racing after eight weeks. Cameron has a vey calm and professional approach to his treatment and this leaves you with peace of mind that you are in good hands and I would happily recommend him to anyone in need of a physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Cameron three weeks after a fall resulting in three sets of torn knee ligaments. The NHS had left me without imminent physio treatment, in a knee brace, using crutches and terrified of doing further damage. By the end of my first appointment I had total confidence that I was going to be in safe hands having even walked a few steps unaided, albeit tentatively. Cameron is a consummate professional and has developed an exercise routine not only to build strength to support the ligaments during recovery but my confidence to know that they will work. Fantastic experience: I went to see Cam after incurring a hip injury while training for the London Marathon. The injury led to consistent pain not only when running but at rest too. I went to Cam only 4 or so weeks before the event itself and I got round all 26.2 miles with not even a niggle in my hip! I couldn't quite believe it, the assessment, treatment and at home plan (which is sent via a really great app with video guides too) were clearly spot on. Thank you so much Cam!

Fantastic experience: Went to Cameron on recommendation from my father in law. I was suffering with what I self diagnosed shin splints. Cameron got me in super fast and diagnosed me with what was actually wrong with me, I went for a few sessions and just like that I was right as rain again. I’ve also been for follow up sessions for sports massage therapy and can recommend those too. Cameron is such a lovely therapist and gives you all the information you need to have a full recovery. Following an initial consultation and hands on treatment I began to feel better from the first appointment. From the get go Cameron was very professional, listening to all the problems I was having and carried out multiple tests to get to the root cause of my issues. We use Cameron due to his professionalism. My son has club physios but doesn’t always trust in there assessments. We always go to Cam. He has helped my boy through ACL injuries, ankle, injuries, hip injuries and he helped me with my back which I’ve had ongoing issues with since I had hip surgery. I cannot recommend Cameron highly enough his knowledge In literally every muscle and bone in the body is far superior to anyone we’ve been to before. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Cameron for years and I travel 30 miles to come and see him. Due to the travelling time I've tried seen numerous physiotherapists closer to home, but none come close to what Cameron offers. His unyielding commitment to evolving his craft is impressive as he constantly immerses himself in learning the latest techniques in physiotherapy. To top it off, he is super easy to get on with which makes the whole experience so much better (especially if it's the first time you are visiting his practice).
