Negative experience: Edited: I originally left a positive review based off of one interaction and no treatments (they had a competition incentive). The team are very charismatic and for the most part really friendly. Unfortunately the 5min treatments didn't work for me and resulted in several terrible migraines that meant I had to have time off work. I was in so much pain I was crying at home and unable to do anything, I even went to the doctors who advised me to stop coming back. When I brought the migraines up to DOTS I was told it was normal, and my body releasing the tension. This happened after every adjustment for several weeks. That and a couple of other issues cemented that this wasn't the right venue for me.

Fantastic experience: I met them during a local event and had been struggling with frequent migraines, along with persistent joint and muscle pain. After just the first few sessions, my migraines completely stopped, and since then I’ve continued to see steady, noticeable improvements.

I have seen both Chris and Lyndsey and let me say what a difference this has made for my son! He now poops daily, can turn his head both ways and in general appears a lot happier. Fantastic experience: It's coming up to a year or so since I started seeing Chris and Lyndsey and the impact thier care has had on my life is just incredible. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and really struggled with side effects from the medication prescribed. With the expert Chiropractic care at D.O.T.S I am able to manage most of my symptoms on a low/base medication without having to take stronger medication. Fantastic experience: Signing up to a course of ‘treatment’ with Dots has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my well-being, and will continue to be! The whole, small but perfectly formed, team is super friendly and efficient and it’s very clear to see that Lindsay and Chris are just as attentive to their staff as they are their clients. The clinic is spotlessly clean and there are complimentary hot and cold drinks available in the cosy reception area. Very welcome after a massage by one of their talented therapists! Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the team at D.O.T.S. for a few months after giving up the notion that my hip pain would work itself out and go away. Lindsay and Chris have both been fabulous, the whole team from the receptionists to the massage therapists are great, they care about you, remember your name, your life story, and everything that brings you to them in the first place. After months of treatment I see the difference it has made, it is not one single area that has been fixed, but my whole stature that has improved. My hip pain has gone and the regular adjustments leave my confident to push myself in training knowing the team have both prepared my body for the activity and will help me recover after my next marathon!

Fantastic experience: Great place. Friendly knowledgable staff. I had multiple issues with trapped nerve, foot issues and posture. The sessions have really helped make an improvement, I always feel better after attending, my posture is better, and my symptoms are improving. I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Visited off the back of a promotion offering an assessment, adjustment and report. Arriving at the office, found everyone to be very friendly and inviting. After the assessment, moved on to the adjustment. I have problems with lower back and I voiced concerns about having my neck adjusted. Was told that they always adjust the neck and do not focus on just the problem area. More of a full body approach. I was hesitant but put my trust in the chiropractor. I found the neck adjustment extremely painful when carried out and voiced this, but was told this was normal. Felt somewhat dizzy and rested awhile afterwards. The following morning I woke, feeling no real improvement in lower back mobility (the reason I attended). In the past with a different Chiropractor who just focused on that area, I found immediate improvement. I attended the office that morning and met a different Chiropractor to obtain my report. At this point it felt like some scare tactics were employed. I was told I had multiple problems that needed fixing. Was told I needed an immediate adjustment that morning. I informed them I had a meeting shortly, but was told they could do the adjustment really quickly (this was a red flag). I explained I would rather not have a rushed appointment. This is when the hard sell kicked in, I was then told I need to set up £600 payment to cover the next 6 weeks (2 sessions a week). I informed them I simply could not afford that and was told that they could do 1 session a week over 12 weeks (still paying £600) but I would get nowhere near the best results. I agreed to do 1 a week over 12 weeks, but said I would just pay as you go (I was feeling uncomfortable with the sales approach and just wanted to get out of there). This is when my problems really started, later that afternoon my neck started to freeze, I started to get really bad nosebleeds and lost feeling in my hands. I called the office and was told that everyone reacts different to an adjustment and it is all totally normal. I am now 2 weeks after my adjustment, I am in immense pain, have loss of feeling in my head and hands. I have seen a doctor and told I am showing signs of torn neck/shoulder muscles, whiplash and am now on a waiting list for a MRI to investigate potential disc damage. I informed DOTS of these results and was just told "This is my nervous system waking up" This is total nonsense as I have a serious physical injury! I requested a refund for my first session and to cover the costs of the medication I am now on. They did refund me the £60 but refused to cover my medication. Something obviously went very wrong with my adjustment, and again this is all just my personal experience.

I have been suffering from neck and back pain for years and finally was recommended to D.O.T.S. The progress and pain relief in 6 weeks was life changing. I've had back pain for around 10 years which has effected my ability to stand up for long periods of time and it's been really difficult for me on a daily basis, however, when I started going to Lindsay, she identified the issue straight away and created a plan that has worked a treat. Fantastic experience: I really loved bringing my baby here, it was my first time doing anything like this but my baby had really severe reflux and was so uncomfortable.. Fantastic experience: I’m coming up to my second anniversary using DOTS and it’s been an amazing journey. I have MS and a few other hindrances , which limits my mobility and with Chris & Lindsay’s help, and the six month holistic program, has got me touching my toes again, with difficulty, but I can now do it. I now do a, what I call, a maintenance program, a top up, monthly adjustment and as an added treat for me, a massage with the lovely Clare. Again I had the best sleep after that appointment and my back felt so much better What’s impressed me the most is the friendliness and professionalism of the appointments from reception to the appointment I cannot fault it. Fantastic experience: I’ve always been in good health, with no pain and staying quite active, so I didn’t see a need for chiropractic care. However, after hearing so many recommendations from friends, I decided to give D.O.T.S. a try, and I’m so glad I did. Positive experience: The team are really enthusiastic about their services. The massage I received was amazing. I bought a ‘package’ as part of a promotion at the office and I don’t feel it was properly sold. The hard sell wasn’t expected and necessary - I’ve not followed up with their suggested course of treatment and I’m not suffering at all - I didn’t have any ailments to speak of and I was still being pushed into an expensive series of treatments. What’s worse is one practitioner looking at my assessment said the issues stemmed from the left hand side of my body whilst the other said it all stemmed from the right.

Fantastic experience: I have Scoliosis Kyphosis, Wry neck and TMJ on my medical records and decided to start Chiropractic care when the 24/7 pain became too unbearable to live with. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to D.O.Ts Chiropractic by a friend. The best thing I ever did, I had spent years in pain and discomfort, tight muscles, lack of mobility made every day life uncomfortable and miserable. So I met Chris, got assessed and started a treatment plan. I have never looked back, the results are amazing, I no longer have pain in my back, I’m not tight in my glutes or neck and shoulders. I have my flexibility back and as a horse rider I can move with my horse so much more freely. I came in with significant issues in both my right arm and leg that were greatly impacting my quality of life. My arm was so weak that I couldn't even play tennis, and my strength had deteriorated to the point where I struggled with everyday tasks. Fantastic experience: I took up one of D.O.T.S special offers to have a free posture check earlier this year. I didn't really know much about chiropractic but thought improved posture might be something that would help with some neck and shoulder issues I was having. The free posture check was much more informative than I imagined and so began my chiropractic journey! I took up a full assessment and findings appointment and then the subsequent regular adjustments. I can honestly say I have been overwhelmed by the difference it is making to my daily life and many of the issues caused by chronic Auto-immune diseases I suffer from. My posture is improving week on week but is is so much more than that. Other highlights are that the pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis, grip strength, balance, period pains, headaches and general well-being have all improved. I must also say that Lyndsey and Chris and their team are all so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable; a family practice in every sense.

Fantastic experience: For many years I have had terrible neck and back pain. I have had scans which showed haemangiomas throughout my spine and I have been on painkillers for equally as long. Now I have been able to reduce the painkillers. At my 12wk review I can say I feel more like my old self. A reduction in the levels of pain I have been experiencing and I am sleeping better too. I also feel like I have more energy, less blurry minded and little to no headaches which I would normally get on a daily basis. Fantastic experience: I heard about D.O.T.S through my parents who both attend the clinic and couldn’t praise it enough. I’ve always been fascinated by chiropractic treatments so I went along for a consultation mainly for my shoulder issues and trauma throughout the years due to hyper mobility. Firstly the big open space and happy and welcoming faces enticed me but when I watched treatments being done, I must admit it made me a little wary but how wrong was I?! You do a thorough body exam to see what needs to be worked on in which both Chris and Lindsay explained in great detail and going back to see my results was shocking my whole body was lopsided. What they also went on to educate me is how much we carry internally, it’s not just about the body but your brain, mind/mental health and energy levels. I suffer from regular migraines/headaches and anxiety on the daily - these issues have decreased significantly since my regular visits even my shoulders too, it’s nearly a miracle! Fantastic experience: Lindsay and Chris have both made such a big difference to my neck and back pain and I can't thank them enough. I have a complex spinal condition called 'Scoliosis' and I've had metal rods inserted down the sides of my spine to keep it straight. When I first came I was in an awful amount of pain rotating my shoulders, not much movement in my back and I had poor posture. Now Im able to move and rotate my arms/shoulders much easier with a lot less pain, my back feels loose and not as stiff as it once was. Which Is great and my posture has improved drastically by the stretches they had suggested and by actively trying to get my feet to face the same way when I'm walking or standing still, relax my shoulders and keep chin up with guidance and advice from the full health assessment, and physical sessions on my back and neck. Lindsay and Chris are also very helpful with explaining what they are doing at each step of your physical adjustment. The whole team are very positive people, will help you any way they can and friendly to all the clients that come through the door. I definitely recommend D.O.T.S chiropractic to everyone who needs some help to manage pain or increase the movement in their body. Fantastic experience: I was introduced to DOTS Chiropractic by my Employer when they came to my place of work and offered a free seated massage taster session and consultation. The massage was amazing, and I had no hesitation in attending a follow-up session at their clinic in Milton Keynes after suffering from neck, shoulder and lower back pain for years which was aggravated by a recent whiplash injury. I was unsure what to expect, but Chris and Lindsay immediately put you at ease. In fact, all the staff at DOTS are so accommodating and flexible with finding appointment slots to work around your schedule. After my first session I already felt a difference. The tension in my neck and shoulders continues to improve, as does my flexibility and posture. Prior to attending DOTS Chiropractic, I often woke up several times during the night with numbness and pins and needles in my left arm. I no longer suffer from this and I'm so grateful to Chris and Lindsay, as my quality of sleep has improved considerably!

Fantastic experience: I had a really tough lower back pain and often between my shoulder blades as well but for ages. I was trying to treat it with medicated plasters creams and very strong pain killers what helped just for a very short therm. After we started the treatment everything just turned 180 degrees. The first adjustment already helped me to sleep like a baby without waking up at night having cramps or sharp pain and that was just the beginning. Since then the pain literally disappeared and after every single adjustment I was feeling like I just stepped off from the assembly line. Not just we get rid of the pain but my general well-being is much better I can sleep normally and finally I was able to go back to gym as well what is a massive improvement. Fantastic experience: We have never been to a chiropractor before but have been very curious. Our 7month old baby looked very uncomfortable and wouldnt sit. After trying doctors we decided to take him to DOTS. He can now sit and is starting to crawl. Both my husband and myself are now starting our journey with DOTS. Fantastic experience: After years of horrific migraines, sciatica, stiffness and muscle spasms through my neck, back and legs; taking prescription pain killers daily, I was recommended DOTS. From my initial review and adjustment in Feb 2024, I have not taken any prescription pain relief. All ailments have reduced significantly, including migraines.
