Fantastic experience: I played netball on Wednesday night with no issues and woke with a pain in my right foot the following morning. The pain got worse and I knew i needed help. I went on the website and was able to book an appointment at my convenience which was great because I wanted to get in as soon as possible incase walking on my foot caused more damage. Tristan was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about my foot and was able to diagnose very quickly what had happened to cause the pain. He was also able to confirm most importantly that I could continue playing netball which was important to me. I had a good massage on the area and felt that evening like I had a new leg! Wont hesitate to go back again. I also learned a lot about my foot in the process and I was given some simple exercises to prevent the injury from happening again.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Tristan for back pain. He was very meticulous and spent a lot of time assessing my problem properly. The treatment also really helped to relive my pain. He also gave me really good advice for how I sit at home and work with advice about how to change my exercise routine which has really helped me. Fantastic experience: Last year unfortunately I had a very nasty fall. Having difficulty walking,I contacted MK Osteopaths and had an appointment to see Jonathan. Fantastic experience: From start to finish booking is so easy and the reminder service great for my ADHD & then check in to confirm you will be attending. So quick and easy. I have seen Sally in the past, but now I have the pleasure of Aliénor doing my treatments. I like the way she takes time to learn about me and my life to understand me properly as a person. She doesn’t just treat the issue, I feel that she helps combat so much more than just a sore joint muscle or ligament. Quite often, my sessions have not just been through injury, but also through stress that radiates through my body. Aliénor did such a great job in helping me with various issues last year that I have not had to return for nearly 11 months! After injuring myself During a gym session, I knew who could help me get back to my fitness. I saw Aliénor today and that smiley sweet little Lady, awoke her ninja powers and Thumb strength to Inflict her Mini torture moments for ultimate Relief. Yes it’s sore at times but she will explain it all and if it’s too much she will back off. It’s worth it for a few moments though. When I have been to Osteopath's in the past, I have been pulled about and manhandled but never really felt like we sorted the problem. Here I know I’m in good hands and that she will do what’s needed to get me well again. Everybody needs a little ninja Osteopath in their life. Don’t bother looking anywhere else I’ve been to so many places and these guys are by far the best and great value for money! Quite honestly, I think we get a bargain for walking out of there in a fraction of the discomfort you walk in there with if not no pain. Fantastic experience: I first met Johnathan when he was recommended to me to help a family member recover from a broken knee - he was exceptional so when I developed back pain I had no hesitation in contacting him. As it turns out, i suffered a significant disc issue, and Johnathan was instrumental in the recovery. He is knowledgeable with no arrogance. His manner is calm and confidence inducing. He keeps it simple but with achievable challenge embedded in the rehab. Whilst I hope not to need him again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact or refer him.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Aliénor as I had sciatica that was just getting worse and stopping me from working. I’d been seen by GP and 2 different physios but Aliénor was the only one to give me a proper full examination of my back and hips and came up with the cause as being my pelvis rather than my spine which was causing severe pain down my leg. I have now had 4 treatment sessions so far and am getting so much better. Some of the treatment is quite painful at times, but the difference I feel within a few days afterwards is definitely worth it! I would highly recommend Aliénor to anyone having any musculoskeletal pain.

They’ve no reception area as such but just ring the bell at your appointment time and someone will c one to greet you and show you in. Jonathan is a very pleasant man with positive energy. Fantastic experience: I started to see Johnathan after recommendation for severe hip and lower back pain caused by bursitis. From the first moment I met him, he was friendly and understanding. The sessions were informative and tailored to my personal needs. Over 5 months I continued appointments (getting less and less frequent) and now I am almost completely pain free. I am absolutely delighted with the treatment I received and at an affordable cost. It now feels that I have my life back.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding! I had done something to my back in November last year and it was just getting worse and worse. I went for 2 sessions with Sally and then 1 session with Johnathan. Between them they have completely sorted out my back. I have no pain now and I am building strength again with a few great exercises they have shown me. Fantastic experience: Sally is simply excellent. As a regular runner and badminton player, I have been treated by her at various times over the last 12 years. She has always sorted my various pains and strains to get me up and running again! I trust her judgement implicitly, which is so important nowadays with a sometimes bewildering choice of health and sports practitioners. I’ve also come to value Sally’s clinical approach. As an Osteopath she takes an approach of understanding what is behind the more obvious symptoms to identify and treat the root causes. Often during a session, Sally will highlight problems I didnt realise I had - and then sort them! Recently I’ve had a more complex condition and Sally’s suspicions about the causes, missed by my GP, were eventually confirmed by an NHS consultant; Sally’s input gave me the confidence to push for further investigation. If you are looking for someone who will expertly identify what your problem is, dealing with it effectively and with a smile, then I can’t recommend Sally highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with BPPV and had the Epley manoeuvre performed on me on 2 previous occasions but wanted to find a local practitioner of this move. Fortunately, I found MK Osteopath, who have done training in the performing of this. I had seen Johnathan Phipps earlier in the year about my shoulder pain and enquired if he knew of the Epley and he confidently said yes. So much to my relief when I started exhibiting symptoms, I was on email making my appointment. Johnathan questioned me thoroughly and asked to see my letter from neurologist to confirm I hadn’t simply googled and self-diagnosed. I was made to feel comfortable and safe when the manoeuvre was being performed as it does disorientate you. He sent me further literature in how to behave after the treatment so that symptoms would not reoccur too rapidly. The head of the practice sat with me afterwards to ensure I was not suffering dizziness after treatment. I could not recommend Johnathan highly enough and practice as a whole. Thank you all!!

Negative experience: We asked for a call back about a month ago. The Osteopath who called was incredibly rude, abrupt and impatient. She interrupted my wife, rudely cut her off after asking her to explain her condition, berated her for misunderstanding something she said. So based on this horrible experience we will not be going near this place.

Fantastic experience: For half a year I experienced shoulder pain until I came across Sally Guest. During the first assessment I was really impressed because Sally took the time to thoroughly understand myself from a holistic/systems approach (rather than going straight into the pain-causing area). Based on this she tailored the treatment to improve my mobility which helped reduce the inflammation just after a few days after the treatment. She also provided me with tailored training exercises which in tandem with the second appointment made the pain go away completely. I am still pain-free and very grateful for the exceptional treatment.

Fantastic experience: I recently had lower back pain, which I gained working for the ambulance service. I was assessed by Sally Guest. She was able to find the cause of my back pain by sight! I was impressed! After only 2 sessions, I was moving freely and pain-free! My back has never been this strong and I now I'm able to go back to work and treat my patients with zero pain. Fantastic experience: Like most users of osteopathy services I often experience lower back pain that can also then affect my ribs, neck and shoulders. Despite my best efforts to maintain good posture, I tend to fall back into bad habits over time. Instead of addressing these issues before they become chronic, I’ve tended to delay seeking treatment until it’s absolutely necessary. I have realised that this approach is unproductive, a waste of time (and painful), and that I should really act sooner than later. I have found Sally and her team to be extremely helpful in resolving my issues in just a few sessions. They take the time to properly diagnose the causes, ask the right questions, listen to my responses, and genuinely care about finding solutions. They also provide practical advice on how I can further help myself in between visits. I absolutely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only had two sessions with Sally but already I can feel a massive difference, I had lots of tension in my upper back which has given me chest pain for months. After investigations at the hospital ruling out anything wrong with my heart I thought I’d try some osteopathy to see if it would help. Everything that Sally told me about my tension made sense, the initial assessment was very thorough and even though she did not do much work on my body I felt a huge relief knowing that I can feel better. I don’t have to live with pain and discomfort and with Dr’s telling me it’s ‘just stress’. Fantastic experience: Very happy, saw sally within hours of a herniated disc. She put me on the road to recovery much quicker than if I had left it. After only 3 visits and a bit on rest I will be ready to return to work. I’m a plumber so lots of heavy lifting and working in awkward spaces. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have done great work on all my niggles. Sally goes above and beyond and both of them have really helped with my hypermobility - very knowledgeable and if they don't know (not often) they will find out! Fantastic experience: Always use MK Osteopaths to keep my back neck and shoulders in check from the swimming I do, as they've greatly helped these long standing issues so that these days I visit for a tune up! Today was the first time I've visited since they've reopened post lockdown, and I was really impressed with the work they've done to make the clinic and experience as safe as possible for everyone. Because of all the cleaning that they do between clients, it's really important to get there bang on time with your mask or let them know if you need one. There's clear guidance about what you need to do, and what to expect when you visit whilst booking, in the emails, and through their social media channels. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Well firstly we were met abruptly at the door (I was freezing cold standing outside) and was told to come back dead on time (we were aware it had to be on time, but we’re literally minutes early) I then said that I had come with my husband as it says you can bring someone on the website and I quote from the website “you are welcome to bring someone with you to any and all sessions” they said when we got there “well it’s only if people are vulnerable” and that is not what their email stated!! I was then eventually let in and they asked why we hadn’t brought face masks (however my daughter only received a message stating they were needed half an hour before the appointment) and we live 45 minutes away I was told to ‘stand back’ when standing outside the building, as someone left “even though I am a professional who works with vulnerable people and didn’t need telling” And the experience was just unpleasant on the whole The professional seeing my husband was OK but the experience on the whole was not pleasant and just to add ... for a private appointment I would have expected to be able to use the lavatories as even shops allow that! But I wasn’t Very disappointing all round, started by the abrupt telling off agh the entrance .. we won’t return that is for sure!

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing shoulder and neck pain on and off for years, but recently it had worsened, causing persistent, often debilitating headaches. After 2 appointments with Osteopath, Rhodri, my neck and shoulder pain has massively improved and my headaches have shifted which is a relief! Rhodri was very informative, explaining what he was doing, as well as giving me exercises to do at home to help myself. He also made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my second treatment here with Annmarie today and I'm really happy. After my first treatment, Annmarie released a lot of discomfort I had with my lower back and around my rib cage area. Also gave me some valuable advice on strecting. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We took our daughter who is an elite swimmer to see Rhodri as she was suffering with quite severe pain in her back after a race. Rhodri was very professional and thorough in his examination pointing out where the issues were and the types of stretching and exercise she could do to initially alleviate the pain and eventually stop it altogether. Rhodri gave her various pre and post race stretches to do and monitored her progress over several review sessions. So far my daughter is pain free and able to race to her full potential again. We were very impressed with the professionalism shown and the level of care and understanding shown to an elite athlete and were very pleased with the results.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a great thanks to Rhodri. MK Osteopath has been chosen occasionally at the moment I suffered from back pain which was my regular problem last years and far not every specialist and massage could help. Rhodri was fantastic to find the critical issues so quick and helped me so much that I felt better after first session. Being honest I expected the gentle massage as it happened before, so now I am extremely happy to get to MK Osteopath and to meet such a brilliant specialist as Rhodri. Fantastic experience: Had a few sessions with Rhodri so far and even after the first session felt the most flexible in years. I have experienced back, neck and shoulder pain for a long time. Been having regular sports massages for over a year twice monthly and been back and forth to several chiropractors over the years. My main issue has always been stiffness and huge knots. After the first session the knots in my shoulders had virtually disappeared. I am keeping up with the simple exercises that Rhodri gives me and will continue with treatment until I feel 100% . Rhodri listens to your concerns and even when he says it's going to hurt I have yet to have anything done that would make me uncomfortable. He talks you through everything before he does it.

Fantastic experience: All members of my family have at one time or another had occasion to visit MK Osteopaths. I’m currently being treated by Sally for torn calf muscles and I have to say the treatment has been exemplary. The availability of practitioners is amazing and the booking system is easy to navigate. Obviously you never know when a injury will happen so being able to get an appointment as soon as possible really helps with recovery.

Fantastic experience: Sally Guest at MK Osteopaths is a fantastic Osteopath. The first time I went to see her she took time to understand all of the potential causes of my pain and then to assess where the physical symptoms were manifesting - I really felt that she cared and she didn't assume anything. I had gone to Sally as I was worried that I would have to cancel a snowboarding holiday due to the pain I was enduring but after a few sessions of treatment I was back to my normal self... and back on my snowboard! :-)

Negative experience: I just come back from my first and last one session with Sally Guest, what a Joke!!! a really expensive Joke. 45 pounds for a 30 minutes chat about my medical history and 15 minutes massage. I went a lot of clinics and this is the only one charge me for speak about my medical history. Massive disappointed, never back.What a business. 45 pounds for 15 minutes job....

Fantastic experience: Rhodri Griffiths is a great Osteopath. I have been to several over the years all of who have helped but never diagnosed the reason for my pains. Rhodri on my 1st visit was able to help me straight away, and even tell me the reason behind my problems. In just a few sessions he has helped me loads and given me exercises to help in the long term. I would highly recommend him and the practice. It's also ideally located for work in Milton Keynes. Fantastic experience: I first saw Rhodri in February as I had pulled my neck and could barely move, and despite the snow and travel issues he fit me in and made a huge difference. Immediately after the session I felt the benefits. He showed me a number of exercises to help too, so that I can address the problem rather than just keep treating it. A few sessions in and I barely feel any tension there, and my whole back/neck moves so much better. He makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed and I would highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I have visited Rhodri at MK Osteopaths for pregnancy massages since I was about 14 weeks pregnant. Initially I was going as a bit of a treat to myself every 5/6 weeks but, as the pregnancy has progressed, I have been suffering with almost constant back pain so have been more regularly. There is no doubt that my discomfort has been reduced by the massages, coupled with the advice about movements I can do to try and relieve the pain throughout the day. I was far more confident that I would be in safe hands going to an osteopath than booking a pregnancy massage with a therapist in a beauty salon and the personalised, targeted treatments I have had have proved this right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: Have been to MK Osteopath a few times for various aches and all have been rectified quickly. Saw Rhodri recently and the issue was identified on first visit, treated and exercises given. A follow up visit a week later and improvement was noticed and no further appointment needed.
