Fantastic experience: After a rear end collision in my car I was referred to Shrutika to treat whiplash injuries. My main issue was weakness in shoulders and pins and needles that went down my left arm. Shrutika treated my injury with a variety of methods, ultrasound, tens , massage and manipulation with home work consisting of various exercises. Several sessions later I am far more comfortable and growing in strength enough to be signed off. I found Shrutika to be a very competent physio (been to many) she explained the process and what she would be doing to me as we went along. She was flexible in the appointment process and the treatment centre was easy to find with lots of free parking. Would I recommend her , Yes.

From my very first appointment, she really listened to exactly how I was feeling and took the time to understand not just my injury, but how it was affecting me day to day. Every session has felt completely tailored to what my body needed at that particular stage of recovery, and her knowledge, care and expertise have been exceptional. When I first went to see Shrutika, I couldn’t even lift my arm. The improvement since then has been vast, and I honestly can’t believe how far I’ve come. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me. She is kind, attentive, reassuring and clearly incredibly knowledgeable in what she does. Fantastic experience: I honestly can't thank Shrutika enough for everything she has done for me during my frozen shoulder recovery. When I first started physio, I was in a really difficult place, the pain affected almost every part of my life - sleeping, getting dressed, doing my hair, driving and simple everyday things. I was very worried about how long it would last. Shrutika was there throughout the difficult stages and always encouraged me and supported me. She listened to me and her knowledge of frozen shoulder gave me reassurance. The treatment she gave, the right exercises and stretches at the right times made such a difference. I'm now able to move my arm so much more freely. Recovering from frozen shoulder can be a long and frustrating journey, but having Shrutika has made an enormous difference. Negative experience: The physiotherapists themselves were good — professional and knew what they were doing. The problem is the front office. Getting through by phone is difficult, and when you do, follow-up is poor: I was told I'd get a call back within 24-48 hours and never did. I chased it up a week later and spoke to someone else entirely, who had no idea why I was waiting on a call back and just said the original person would be in touch. Still nothing. If you need the clinical team, fine — but don't expect anyone to get back to you when they say they will.

Fantastic experience: Have been working with Shrutika for couple of months and brings in great energy with a big smile, also loads of great conversations. I came in with a rotator cuff injury from playing sports. We have focused on multiple therapies and alot of hands on exercises with resistance. I have improved alot and still going back for recovery. Would highly recommend Physiowork and Shrutika.

Fantastic experience: Shrutika has been absolutely awesome with my left shoulder, neck and lower back issues since ive started treatment with her. I've had previous physio with another provider but what Shrutika provides and does is a totally different class of physio altogether. I'm feeling benefits already after only 5 sessions, as opposed to 16 previous sessions with a diffeent provider where i felt like nothing was actually improving. Keep up the fabulous work. :)

Fantastic experience: Amaizing! I have back conditon where my seases up and pain was 100 out of 10. Went to see Shrutica and she got all the inflammation down and helped me so much. Negative experience: Really disappointed with my first and now only session on physiotherapy. A number of things: 1. She lacked knowledge of some basic questions I had on what was causing my back pain after initial assessment done. Maybe she knew but clearly couldn't explain it well enough. 2. Did not explain the root cause or diagnosis and went straight to treatment options with poor knowledge on how her treatment plan would actually help. 3. A 10:30 appointment and she's yawning in my face as I explain symptoms. Sheer lack of professionalism and concern. It's not like it was a 6 am appointment. 4. Proposed electrotherapy but when I asked what that entails the response was along lines of you'll see on the day (are you kidding me?) 5. Worst of all during my physical assessment of lower back pain she exerted extremely strong force and pushed extremely hard on my upper back trying to crack the joints and somehow fix the issue. It was an all sudden thrust without any warning which took me by surprise and has actually made my pain even worse and furthermore extended the pain to upper back now. I think that is enough to guide someone to stay away. Waste of a session with added stress and pain.
