Fantastic experience: I've seen PC Pyhsio for many years. Paul is one of a kind. He was the only one to tell me to get my knee op and i'm grateful. Not only because he was there to rehab after but I was able to compete in both my Ironmans. More recently I want to give kudos to Mo Jallow. His knowledge, methodology and approach is unique. It's as though his eyes are an MRI scanner. He knows exactly where to treat and uses the right techniques. Having had many sports massages and injuries, he knew where the spot was. Thanks to him and Paul I was able to complete London Marathon 2026 with 6 weeks training with the treatment and rehab with very little running. Their hands are miracle workers!

Fantastic experience: Over the past 12 months I’ve been to PC physiotherapy to 2 separate reasons. Firstly I saw Vanessa who successfully eased very stubborn tennis elbow in both my arms.Then more recently I’ve seen Madison who initially helped me with hip pain but has helped me get through half marathon training injury free… I honestly don’t think I would have completed it without her fortnightly treatment ! Both are fantastic, knowledgable and professional

Negative experience: Terrible experience, they were running late so appointment started 5 minutes late. It was freezing in the room, the quickest massage and then finished early. Feel exactly the same and charged £60. Been to the branch in Leighton buzzard and it was actually decent. UPDATE - they contacted me and apologised for my experience and offered a complimentary session to make up for the experience. UPDATE 2 - once I changed my rating the never actually got back to me on the complimentary session. Very let down, gave them an opportunity to fix this. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Had a bike crash and was referred here to Paul. He is amazing and knows his stuff, really engages the point of concern and adequately fixed it. If you read this and are unsure about who to choose, choose this place and if you dont agree with me after, I'LL pay your fees

Fantastic experience: Adam was efficient, effective and polite. He calmed my son's nerves and explained everything he observed, what he was attempting to do through treatment, and what my son should do outside the treatment room to build resilience. He's back on the pitch now feeling very confident, and we won't hesitate to see Adam again if needed.

Fantastic experience: Vanessa is an excellent physiotherapist. She has helped me massively with my whiplash and always with a lovely smile on her face. She has great skill and I highly recommend her.

He took the time to understand my pain and provided effective treatment that made a real difference. Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment by Liam. I came with pain in my shoulder from my rock climbing. Liam fully understood and diagnose my problem and jumped into fixing it. It took a few session but my pain is gone. He did an excellent job and kept clear communication with me throughout the whole treatment. I definite recommend Liam and PC Physiotherapy

Fantastic experience: Have used these people many times. Really got some of the knotts out of my lower back and hamstrings. Suggested some good stretches to help with my hobbies. Would definitely recommend them and will be going back.

Fantastic experience: Great service from the start and very clear communication. Liam explained and assured me that I will be able to go back to football even though at that moment I thought I will be out for good. Every session, I was getting better by following the exercises Liam suggested. Also it helps that there is a football pitch in the back as we managed to do a session before I was fully back to my regular football session. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Liam for a while now for my sciatica issues. I have finally got my MRI results through, Liam fully explained them to me unlike my doctor. I now feel like I understand what is happening with my body. Also he is super friendly and we have nice chats whilst he is fixing my back.

I was given an assessment with a quick diagnosis and many great exercises to help me recover and get back running.

Fantastic experience: I had had a bad fall and damaged my foot and ankle in January. By June I was not happy with the healing progress and so had a talk with Paul. He booked me a consultation with Josh who was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and he explained my injury and treatment needed in depth. I booked treatment and even after one more appointment I was seeing an improvement. I would highly recommend PC Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Josh Brawn from PC Physiotherapy is a superb physiotherapist. I picked up a fairly complex and rare injury which had not improved for a good 3 months. Josh provided me with a 3 stage rehab plan, which significantly boosted my recovery, and I can now confidently say that I am close to a full recovery. I'd recommend Josh to anyone who is frustrated with an injury that isn't recovering as expected. I wish I had seen him earlier!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service. I am a powerlifter and first went to my appointment at the Ampthill branch booked in with the incredible Mo. I had a Sports Therapy treatment in prep for competition which did me so go, helped me perform much more smoothly on the day ! I now go to the Newport Pagnell branch, for maintenance to compliment my weight training, with Mo and I am still the happiest customer. Mo is kind, highly experienced/knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend PCP to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This is a great clinic. I had strained my back from digging in the garden and was moving with great difficulty for a few weeks with a constant lower back ache as well as tightness is all of the muscles of my legs. At my first appointment I was fully assessed and then treated. I already felt better as I was walking back to the carpark, with a massive improvement jn mobility and reduction in tension. Now after my second appointment a week later, I am not even thinking about my back anymore. Thank you Mohamed, you're an amazing sports therapist !

After 2 sessions I have seen a significant improvement and will be going back to resolve some other issues. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Be careful with these guys. I bought a coupon on Groupon for massage. I wanted to cancel the appointment. I called to cancel the appointment 20 days before and the site said it could be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance and they wouldn't return my money. They're thieves! Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: PC Physiotherapist has been amazing sorting out my issues. I have been seeing them for sometime now. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Which l have to my delight my father is currently using them and a friend. Who both are super happy and would recommend them in a heart beat. Keep up the wonderful service you are providing.

Fantastic experience: Katie was absolutely amazing and knew exactly where my back pain was without me even having to tell her. After my first one hour session I felt like my back was cured, the pain I had before the session has not returned since. I've been back again as I love how the massage makes my back feel lighter and helps with my posture. My partner has now also booked a massage. Thank you so much Katie :)

Fantastic experience: I have a bad back and I had a 1 hour session at the clinic and after I had received it my back although stiff was feeling a lot better I have been able to play golf again after this treatment , next week I have a follow up appointment and hope this will also see a further improvement , many thanks to Dominic who administers the treatment

Fantastic experience: Bit of a pathetic review considering I cant remember the lady's name (Kayden?) - Paul knows so can correct me! I booked through groupon to test various services across MK. I need a lot of pressure to get my muscle knots and most cant get it. This lady did just as I asked - after a really professional exam. I've sacked off looking around, she was awesome and I'm back in on friday. Hopefully the bruising (all the hallmarks of a job well done for me) have settled by then!

Positive experience: Had a very positive experience and my expectations were met, this is a first. My treatment was given by Josh. Knowledgable staff all round. This was my maiden visit to the clinic (Newport Pagnell), quite some distance from where I live. The staff were also very friendly and eager to assist. Even though the facilities are basic, they are adequate for purpose, but could possibly do with some finer touches to make it appear more inviting. I was given additional advice, this (going the extra mile) is what makes all the difference. It is what makes people feel they want to come back time and time again. Thank you satisfied customer!
