Fantastic experience: Larisa introduced me to the world of chiropractic care in April and I’ve since been having regular sessions with Michelle. I’m a full time dog walker which can be very physically demanding, and as a result my body is under a lot of strain trying to keep up sometimes. I got to a point where I was getting injured very easily and began suffering with knee and shoulder pain, and have been for almost a year. However after seeing Michelle regularly, that pain has finally taken a back seat!! I’m so grateful to be able to enjoy physical activity again without dreading the consequences! Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Larisa for a long time. She has been instrumental in keeping me healthy and diagnosing and managing multiple sports related/lifestyle injuries and more recently pre/postnatal conditions. She really is such an anatomical mind always searching for answers with new training to make sure she at the top of the field - she also just really cares. I’ve been seeing her since 2017! More recently I’ve also had the pleasure of being treated by her team Amavir and Bola who are both fantastic therapists and wonderful people.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatments from both Larisa and Bola, made to feel welcome at every session, and very helpful also nothing is too much trouble for them to assist in your treatment to suggest alternative ways to help using their vast knowledge. Having been to the normal chiropractor this is by far the better way of treatment and would recommend to other people. Would give more than 5 stars if it was available.

I previously attended a clinic were the Chiropractor spent the whole of my session on the phone sorting out her daughter's taxi. Fantastic experience: I had never been to a chiropractor or had any such treatment done before. I have arthritis and am on regular medication, and never had back pain, but recently I experienced extreme lower back pain which took a toll on my daily activities. I was advised by my niece to see someone at Tender Leaf Clinic where she has been having treatment and found it very good. I made an appointment and was introduced to Bola, who assessed my lower back pain and started chiropractic treatment for my pain. I have now had a few sessions and my lower back pain is almost gone. Bola has been very helpful in understanding my problem and treating the exact area. I feel much better and highly recommended Tender Leaf Clinic for pain management. Thank you

She gave me a course of treatment and the pains went away and have not returned. I now go and see her for check-ups and maintenance! Fantastic experience: I've been having treatments with Larisa at Tenderleaf Clinic for a few years now. From the moment I met Larisa she made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was impressed with the thorough initial consultation and her knowledge. The clinic is warm, welcoming and kept very clean. The treatments have been brilliant, hence returning time and time again. Larisa has helped improve my back and neck pain a lot. She's always my number one go to now when I need fixing. I have recommended several of my clients to Larisa, as she's that good. I've used other chiropractors in the past, but feel Larisa has helped me the most. The techniques she uses are different to the other chiropractors I've used, and what I like is, it's not all about 'clicking' and 'cracking'. So if you're on the fence about which chiropractor to use, look no further. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Larisa has looked after my back for a number of years and being a hairdresser it’s well needed. This past week, she, I believe has literally saved me for the worst outcome of my life. After having a complete side spasm and potential disc slip whilst on holiday , she has seen me 4 times this week since I’ve been back and basically put me back together. Without her I’d no doubt be in a hospital under loads of pills and possibly being operated on. This woman literally has magic hands. Fantastic experience: Larisa is fantastic and really knows her stuff. She can often tell what is wrong just by looking at you and has 'magic' hands. She is a very caring person and gives great advice. I went orginally years ago after a running injury to my knee. I now go for regular 8-10 weekly sessions to maintain my health and for realignment. After all you take your car for a regular service so why not your body you only have the one! I would highly recommend Larisa to anyone she is a consumate professional and a lovely person.

This has be put back in place and I was given advice on strengthening the back muscles. I have a deep tissue sport massages with Amivir and Bola on a regular basis, both are great. Bola recently managed to straighten out some tissue knots in my thigh and helped realign /assist my knee with some physio stretches. Thoroughly recommend. The team are wonderful warm and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I was recommended this practice by a friend. I had various issues with my hands thought to be carpal tunnel and was due to have an operation . After 4 treatments the symptoms improved completely. Dr Chris Raby has worked miracles with my hands and rebalanced my body. I can now walk well run upstairs and have no pain in my hands and cancelled my operation. I cannot give a better review than that.

I have found Chris at Tender Leaf very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to understand my issue and put together a plan of action including stretches and so on. Fantastic experience: I started treatment with Larisa in September for a painful shoulder with restricted mobility. Now, three months later, I'm able to remove jumpers and the like over my head freely and without discomfort. I attribute this entirely to Larisa's therapy in combination with the exercises she prescribed for me.
