Negative experience: If this place could win rudeness No1 award I would give it to them! The waiting room stinks of mould! We come for healing to the clinic where we are forced to breath fungus bacteria into our lungs! Disgusting! Then, the doctor (if I can call him doctor at all) with his mask under his nose forced me to wear a mask. When I questioned it as it’s not mandatory anymore, he just insisted where I said I’m exempted. He didn’t stop there either, he asked me to show the exemption card where I’ve informed him that he can get a fine for asking me for that under the law act and referred him to gov.uk guidelines! He refused to see me coz I refused to wear the mask while I said I have already rising panic attack by talking to him and fading this enforcement! At the end, I had to leave his room, I’ve asked one admin lady where I can raise the complaint (she had her mask under her chin) who referred me to some supervisor lady who took the notes of my complaint (not wearing any mask at all) and who sworn that someone will call me on Monday to discuss this. Today is Wednesday and no one called! I’ve waited for this appointment with severe pain for 3 months, I took half day off from work unpaid for half day (self employed), I paid for petroleum to come there 20 mins each way for this horrible treatment! These workers should be fired and this place should be just demolished! Only God knows how long again I will have to wait to get an appointment with another physio! Shame shame shame on the NHS who pays such disgrace from our tax payers money! T errible!

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment with Mr Syed, he was very patient, accommodating explaining each step, options and alternatives in detailed but plain English. Stopped at every step to ensure I fully understood. Mr Syed gave me several options with both treatments & appointments. He notified me as soon as cancellation was available, he was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Went to Ravenscroft today. I was feeling extremely nervous after looking at the reviews especially those that were NHS funded. I think the clinician was a delight, very professional, gave me great advice of which I will take on board. Some Google guides will give negative or positive reviews. I thought the building was fit for purpose, clean and didn’t get anyone being rude to me surely it should be just down to the quality of care and mutual respect from patient to clinician and vice versa.

Fantastic experience: Aiman has been treating me after I've had a car accident a year ago and still had symptoms. I have been taken several appointments from other therapists/clinics prior to Ravenscroft but we've have achieved greater progression with just 3-4 sessions with her than the 20 appointments before hers combined. Not only a great therapist but also a really polite professional with great sense of humour and people skills. Would 100% recommended her to anyone. She really knows what she's doing. Similarly after Aiman sadly left the clinic I was lucky enough to get Susheel as my therapist to carry on my treatment. With him I managed to finally get myself symptomless and pain free for the first time in a long time! I couldn't be happier. Such a good guy too! Amazing experience with Ravenscroft, thank you both Susheel and Aiman!

Fantastic experience: Anuja was great assisting me after a car injury, leaving me with shoulder neck and lower back pain and little mobility. With her support and exercise regime the pain has lessened considerably and has enabled me to get back to usual. Thank you for all your help

Positive experience: Anuja treated my torn calf muscle by showing me exercises . My injury has improved with the exercises.

Negative experience: Dr was 10 mins late at 9am and water machine was filthy and broken. It was a mistake that I was even referred here.

Negative experience: Have been trying to get an appointment at the Bletchley Centre to no avail probably due to the fact they owe me £55 for a cancelled appointment

Fantastic experience: Anuja has been an excellent physio throughout my course of treatment. Very patient, very skilled and understanding. These are important when you have injuries from a head on collision. I am now fully recovered thanks to her treatment at the clinic and exercises which she has given for me to do at home. Negative experience: Well i have been referred here for my knees, not entirely sure what for, i know i need a right knee replacement but my left one was done by mr flynn mk hospital, so not surd why i am here unless they can do something the hospital cant do !! My gp is excellent at steroid injections so dont need that and dont need physio as its bone on bone pain and imflamatiry arthritis already covered! Must say inititial impression is not good situated in a very bad area of bletchley, very old tired waiting room sign in on a machine and just wait feel like its a third world hospital. We will see but after reading reviews am not hoping for much ! Just hope my car isnt vandalised when i get to it !! Follow up. Good appointment thorough was referred to pain management now wait and see if i get an appointment any time soon

Negative experience: They mislead referral companies by telling them they have another address in central MK then when they call you to book an appointment they claim it doesn't exist despite it showing on IPRS's website as a location to choose to be referred to. Wasting my time and theirs.

Fantastic experience: Having waited a year for an appointment with my painful back it was certainly well worth it. Joseph was so caring and listened to what I was saying. He went through my history and had a through examination. He prescribed new medication which I’m sure will give me relief and hopefully I will be more active.

Fantastic experience: Krishna, Srushti and Anuja were three therapists that were amazing in helping me recover from a tendon in my wrist. I was so worried about my injury and what it would take to heal but their treatment and care was really good. I only my saw progress after each session and amolst healed completely now.

Fantastic experience: I had 9 physiotherapy sessions with Krishna and one last session with Srushti and I couldn't be more grateful to both of them. I had a massive improvement of my neck and back pain after a car accident. I have full mobility now and the pain is much better.

Negative experience: I was told they didn’t have time to discuss my linking issues and the only thing they could offer was steroid injections, despite my GP telling me they would only offer this after trying alternative routes. I asked for someone to call me back, my phone call was ignored and I was discharged. They did absolutely nothing; I wasn’t even given any advice. I was made to feel like I was wasting their time, despite it being a medical referral. Other teachers I work with have had similar experiences, and everyone I have spoken to have said they avoid Ravenscroft. Disgusting service. I would recommend requesting to go elsewhere if you have an issue that needs resolving. Terrible customer service and terrible patient care. Please save yourself the time and avoid, avoid, avoid!

Fantastic experience: Excellent perfect explanation and advice with easy excercises to do every day to strengthen muscles z. Came away very happy as no injection needed.

Negative experience: If you are googling this place because your GP has said they will refer you here, I recommend you Google the 'NHS right to choose' and ask your GP to refer you somewhere else. It has taken four months from referral here to being passed on to a hospital for surgery, which was a known need from the very start. This included a four week wait for them to write a letter. They also tried to refer me to a pain clinic, and told me they could help me if I came back at aged 50 (in 18 years) for injections if I still had the same problem. Not fit for purpose.

Positive experience: I attended Ravencroft Health centre for my physiotherapy on my elbow which was very painful on my arrival. Krishna was very helpful and professional, she was gentle with her treatment and always seems friendly. One negative I can say is the building need to be modernise.

I had painful back, neck and very limited shoulder and arm movement before seeing Krishna. I am very happy at how well her treatment has helped me, improving my mobility, improving my flexibility, and the easing of my pain and stiffness in all areas has improved significantly. Fantastic experience: I just finished the course of my therapy in Ravenscroft Milton Keynes with Krishna. Just after 4 sessions and altered exercises I’m now pain free and gave a good plan to return to my gym activities. Thank you Krishna and staff for looking after me!

Fantastic experience: I have completed a course of treatment with Krishna for a sciatic nerve issue that impacted my daily walking exercise. After 6 treatments the issue is resolved and I am back to my usual routine. A good programme and great advice from Krishna too. Highly recommended.

She was awesome with the acupuncture treatment she gave, combined with the relevant physio exercises, she was very friendly and professional, she went above and beyond when possible to achieve the best results. Fantastic experience: I saw Krishna as an insurance patient for what turned out to be Achilles tendonitis. I had been suffering for 6 months not knowing what it was. Took a while to sort out but she was the first person to tell me to reduce my walking. My own chiropractor and phone physio hadn't said that! Within a week of stopping that there was an improvement. Good exercises from Krishna and friendly approach.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review for the consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon Mr Hitesh Dabasia who I saw in August 2024 at Ravenscroft in Bletchley. He was so kind, thoroughly went through all the findings from an MRI of my neck and my extensive health history. He sent me for a shoulder MRI as he believed the issues and extreme pain I’m having were due to my shoulder as opposed to my neck. The MRI results proved him to be absolutely correct. I can’t praise him enough, thank you Mr Dabasia, you are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a steroid injection administered by Mr. P. Sahu for my left shoulder joint, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Despite being quite terrified before the procedure, Mr. Sahu’s professionalism and calming presence put me at ease right away. The injection itself was surprisingly manageable—slightly uncomfortable but nothing like the pain I was expecting. His technique and clinical skills are exceptional, and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Mr. Sahu is clearly knowledgeable, kind, and skilled in his practice, and I’m grateful for the positive experience he provided.

Fantastic experience: Today I saw Mr Cimpoi after having an MRI scan. He was able to explain fully the results of the scan and advise how to go forward with exercise and diet. I am very pleased today as I finally feel like I can deal with this back pain. I highly recommend Mr Cimpoi.

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible experience elsewhere having a failed steroid injection, which was very distressing and painful. Thankfully I was referred to Ravenscroft in Bletchley. Today I had an appointment with Prashant Sahu, who I have to say was amazing, he was thorough , professional and calmed my fears. I felt nothing when he did my procedure. If I do need another I would request to see Prashant again. Cannot thank him enough.

Negative experience: Inefficiencies and incompetencies with their administration and answering telephone enquiries. They take far too long in processing appointments. Further to this review, the Director addressed the issues I experienced. Fortunately, his action in fulfilling my requests for resolve, were speedy. I appreciate this and hope, that going forward, this clinic looks at improving their administration and customer service. When people are in pain they need answers and options to receive treatment quickly.

Negative experience: The first interaction is the most important, That is if you can contact then if need by phone and this is where it goes wrong, in the phone Q as caller number one for 47 minute with no answer so I gave up my time is to important to waste,it keeps saying someone will be with you shortly they need to change that to this could take a while,so I gather there ignoring the phones lines

Fantastic experience: I have had “golfers elbow” for 3 yrs now & have had 3 injections last one given by Dr Syed last year which give me pain relief for almost 6mths, however trying to get another injection taken 3mths of pain & was ready to give up, eventually I was taken into his care again he treated me with the upmost respect & kept me in the loop up until he give me my injection under ultrasound. Fantastic Dr, if it hadn’t been for him contacting me, I would have given a one star review.

Negative experience: Immensely disappointed by Ravenscroft. In Milton Keynes if you see your NHS GP about a musculoskeletal problem they can only refer you to Ravenscroft, not a hospital consultant, possibly the most monumentally stupid idea in the history of medicine!. I had a rotator cuff shoulder injury- a torn tendon, I was in a lot of pain for a long time but all Ravenscroft would do is inject a steroid into the joint bursa, they didn't want to examine my shoulder, didn't want to ask any questions and refused to discuss my torn tendon (which was diagnosed by MRI) they would not treat the tendon injury, they suggested very intensive physiotherapy on the bursa, but would not talk to me about what risk that would have for worsening my torn tendon and pain. GP's repeatedly claimed of no way for me to receive NHS treatment without it going through Ravenscroft. What a scam! Complete waste of time unless you want a steroid injection. I really hope Ravenscroft loose their contract with the NHS all they did for me was prolong my pain and block access to NHS care, causing me further pain, debilitation and depressed me massively. For NHS care please avoid Ravenscroft at all costs and tell your GP and NHS BLMKICB why.
