Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Evolve enough. I went to see Ellie because I have scoliosis and was becoming very uneaten in my shoulders and hips. Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Ellie due to pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy. Ellie helped massively by controlling my pain and keeping me mobile throughout my pregnancy. I continue to see her now even after giving birth to help my body adjust post partum and plan to keep seeing her in the future to keep all those aches and pains at bay!

Fantastic experience: My journey started back in March 2025 where I was given no other option but to proceed with SI joint fusion surgery. I had been living with chronic SI joint pain for over a year and thought I would give a conservative approach one more go and came to see Elle at Evolve. I cannot believe how much Elle has relieved my pain in just 12 weeks. I am able to sleep better at night and I have also managed to significantly reduced my pain relief medication and avoid surgery. Fantastic experience: Ellie and the team are awesome. I went for help due to some weird popping in my lower back, an X-ray showed a slight curvature in my spine and wonky hips. Over several weeks Ellie helped the popping subside and I feel confident my issue has been sorted. I would highly recommend her, and the staff are great also.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with severe headaches aswell as back and neck pain for the last couple of years. I also had terrible posture. After my first few appointments/xrays the team at evolve had a good plan for me. They are very professional and always very polite. After a few months of adjustments I have noticed improvements in my posture. My headaches are also less frequent. I always find after an adjustment I instantly feel relief. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ellie has been my chiropractor since March 2022. I initially reached out when I put my back out deadlifting. I was unable to get out of bed, put socks on, pick my son out of his cot. Day to day stuff we take for granted with very limited for me. Ellie did an initial consultation, x-rays and formulated a plan. Within a short period of time, I was back to full strength. I have continued to see Ellie every 3 weeks as I am self-employed and work from home, sitting at my desk 6 hours a day can put a toll on my neck and shoulders. Fantastic experience: I've been having treatments with Ellie for over two months and am seeing good results. I initially sought treatment for pain in my pelvis and neck. I had seen an osteopath and a network chiropractor the year before but did not realise, until Ellie took an X-Ray of my spine, that my spine was curved to the left and my pelvis twisted to the right. Hence the pain I had been experiencing for years. She was the first one to do an X-Ray and to actually test my body posture. Without that rigorous initial testing, I would never have known. She then formulated a treatment plan, which included exercises and two sessions a week for six weeks. I then wanted to continue twice weekly sessions after realising that I needed to, and Ellie created a new one for me. Initially, it felt scary hearing the loud cracks in my neck as vertebrae were adjusted, but, once I got over the fear, I relaxed into the sessions. Much of the relaxation is because I feel Ellie's confidence in her work and that makes me confident, too. I know she knows what she is doing, so my body trusts her. She also adjusted the exercises to suit my particular needs and keeps track of all the work and improvements. Every week, I feel my body moving into a new alignment. I know it takes time to undo old physical habits, but slowly I am shifting. I am so grateful to Ellie, not only for her skill, but also her lovely, positive personality and sense of humour. I feel very well taken care of and am very happy with the changes. I wish everyone would see her!

Fantastic experience: I've been astonished with my progress during my time with Evolve. A lifetime of sports injuries earlier in life, too much time in the car, not enough stretching and the absence of core-strengthening exercise meant I was so ready for a programme of chiropractic support. I'm one year on; posture much improved, greatly reduced lower back pain and super mobility. I recommended that my wife visit and, 9 months on for her, she's had a very similar range of positive outcomes. Evolve is a superb practice. Ellie had been extremely professional, driven tangible results and is supported by a brilliant team. After a tweak in the gym on Sunday, Ellie fitted my wife in with an emergency session as she was in considerable back pain. The photo shows Samantha emerging from a session much improved and although she was still struggling to tie her shoe laces, I couldn't help but take a snap of Ellie going above and beyond, helping tie laces, with Georgie and Liz watching on! Fantastic experience: I went in with running injuries and visited Ellie. Ellie's superpower is that she is an excellent communicator and listener. She carefully listened to my issues, explained x-ray results, describe techniques and made me feel comfortable with the proposed plan of care and exercises. Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with lower back pain for 5 years after being told it was a muscle strain. I met Ellie at their stand at Romsey show in September 2024 and had my consultation in early November. A plan was put in place to rectify the issue (not a strain). The brain fog and constant low level headache that I've had for several years and put down to fatigue and menopause disappeared after less than 2 weeks of sessions - miracle! Prior to having treatment from Andrew and the team at evolve chiropractic, I had been in extreme pain for a long time from various things such as a slipped disc and collapsed disc, I had fractures in my spine and I couldn’t do the daily things. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from severe and sometimes debilitating headaches and saw the sign for Evolve on the high street and decided to enquire about their new patient assessment offer - best decision I ever made! Ellie and the team were very welcoming and I felt looked after from the start, the first assessment and x-ray results were quite shocking but certainly explained the issues I was having. I'm so glad I decided to invest in my well-being and continue a course of treatments and I started to see significant improvements. I went from quite an intense course of treatment initially and gradually scaled down over the course of a year and now visit once every 3-4 weeks and I've had little to no issues with headaches and migraines since. It's also been really beneficial for improving other areas such as posture and form/technique in the gym for using weights and treating any minor problem areas as they occur. Fantastic experience: Have been coming to Ellie for a good few months now. Had issues with weekly migraines. The intial consultation and xrays clearly pointed out where my issues lie and with Ellie's help they are definitely improving. I have seen a few over the years, but none of them compare to the absolute attention to detail, professionalism or friendliness of this Business. Walking through the front door you are met by Libby who always welcomes you with a big smile. The set up is so relaxing. Dr Andy and Dr Ellie are both so passionate towards helping you heal they really listen to your feedback. The whole process doesn't make me feel like just another customer or patient, they make me feel like a friend. I am 6 weeks into my treatment and feeling ten times better than the day I first walked in. Andy has even managed to work on my sinuses and (wrongly diagnosed) carpal tunnel. I can now breath, sleep properly and feel my hands again, after 10 years of not being able to. On top of this I now live day to day without the pain I had just a few weeks prior. Fantastic experience: Working in the hospitality industry full time with numerous issues that affect how well I can do my job. I've been coming here since September and it has been absolutely incredible. When I first came here I was suffering heavily with sciatic pain and there wasn't a day at work where I wasn't in pain. Through x-rays and these sessions I have been able to work without being in pain or struggling. I started off with two sessions per week and now on one session every two weeks. The staff are welcoming and helpful in every way. Having progress checks help you see the improvement and you get to see how far you have come. Since my first consultation session through to my most recent adjustment session, I have felt in safe hands with Ellie and the team. My initial consultation was to relieve pain in my hip brought on by a sedentary IT job. Ellie was very thorough in her examination and provided an x-ray to help illustrate where I needed improvement. My adjustment plan was laid out very clearly in a way I could understand and I felt well informed after each subsequent session. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Ellie and the team for all they have done for me. I have learnt a lot about my condition which I am pleased to say is well on the way to recovery. Always found everyone at Evolve to be friendly and interested in me as a person which always ticks my boxes. Fantastic experience: I used to play at a ok level of rugby and my spine and neck was twisted and bent in all sorts of different directions including a big lump at the base of my neck, very bad migraines and not being able to look up. Evolve poped up on social media offering an offer of a free spine check, with cheeper X-rays (if needed) and a plan of action going forward. What have I got to lose? I saw Andy and the amount of data he collected from scanning me from his iPad was unreal not only was he telling me, I could see how bent and twisted I was on the iPad. Fantastic experience: I originally came to see Ellie after feeling really fed up with my body. I wasn’t in any huge amount of pain but my mobility was quite restricted, with poor posture and I was no longer progressing the way I wanted with my workouts and when riding my horse. Things were just starting to become uncomfortable and more difficult than they had been previously. Ellie did a full work up with X-rays and seeing my body in black and white really hit home with just how bad I’d let things get. It’s been a few months since I started my treatment plan and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I feel more upright, my mobility is much improved and I’m no longer feeling any niggling discomfort. And other people are noticing the changes too! Fantastic experience: After having had a stroke my gait and posture were completely out due to not being able to feel one side of my body. This started to cause pain elsewhere. Evolve have been fundamental in relieving the pain but also made it easier for me to walk. Posture also better now so core strength and muscle time back.
