Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the Winchester Spine Centre regularly over the years, with different problems each time. The solution is always found there and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Following a few weeks of pain in my side and back I booked an appointment. It was easy to book and see Mark quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first visit. Mark was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and he was able to explain my issue in a way I could understand. The treatment I received and follow up advice has hugely reduced the pain, improved my mobility and made my life better.. I would recommend anyone who is in need of help to visit Mark.

Fantastic experience: I wrote a review a couple years ago but felt the need to write again. To say I love Winchester Spine is an understatement. I’ve been seeing Mark for Chiropractic care for almost five years. My back has never felt stronger. Mark is exceptional at his profession. I’ve never felt rushed in any appointment and he explains what he’s doing and recommends exercises to help support his corrections. About a year ago I also started seeing Debbie for Myofascia massage. She too is brilliant, professional and so knowledgeable. Together the treatment they provide has changed my health. I would give more stars if possible. I highly recommend Winchester Spine. From the moment you enter, and are warmly greeted by Frankie at the front desk, until you leave the experience is one you will be glad you had.

Fantastic experience: Mark Kennedy is absolutely astounding at what he does, diagnosis , treatment and follow up plans. I have so much respect for his knowledge but he is also clearly simply gifted when it comes to understanding muscular skeletal issues. I attend for regular realignment sessions every 6 weeks or so which are such a good investment- as I travel a lot and have a crazy lifestyle, but need to keep active too. Also when injured I try to get more intense sessions - his business is called Winchester Spine Centre but he has helped me recover from far more than just a back sprain or lumbago , my knee after tripping up on a pothole , my shoulder, my hips - frankly I think he is a miracle worker . I have recommended him to many friends, he has treated my whole family - with issues ranging from serious whiplash, broken ribs and shoulders from bike falls and orthotic insoles for flat feet - and he is amazing at finding time to help when people are in pain. Within the world of chiropractors he is very well respected for good reason , highly, highly recommend.

It was so bad that I had an appointment to have Nerve blocker injections in my lower back. After few visits to see Mark, there was no need for the injections. I feel much better after each treatment. Fantastic experience: I first came to spine for bodywork when after changing car I experienced pain using the clutch. I quickly realised that massage treatment remove or relieved a number of seasonal aches and pains. I now attend Emma Hickman on a regular basis. Fantastic experience: I went to Winchester Spine Centre with right sided neck pain and muscle tension, as well as 'cracking' noises on moving my head and neck (I have rheumatoid arthritis). I was assessed and am being treated by Mark Kennedy, whose anatomical and physiological knowledge are impressive. His treatment and advice have not only lessened the pain in my neck, but have also improved my general functioning and movement.

Fantastic experience: I went to the centre when I was in excruciating pain with a back injury and could hardly move or sleep. After one chiropractic treatment from Lee, I already felt more able to cope and after a few days and a second session, I could move again with care and without enormous pain and sleep soundly. Over subsequent weeks, I made a full recovery. I have since had more follow up chiropractic and massage therapy from Emma for other spinal and joint pain with great improvement. A great team, sympathetic, friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for several years, originally to help fix a muscle strain from playing football - now I see Emma each month for a deep-tissue sports massage which helps to sort out aches and pains that I get from running. It's particularly effective helping to recover quickly from injuries, or after races, and I very much value her advice on strengthening exercises and injury avoidance!

Every time I need to see him I come away feeling better than I did when I came into the room and the most important thing is the improvement is long lasting. Fantastic experience: I came to Winchester Spine Centre last year, in pain. I was diagnosed with a lower back disc bulge causing sciatica. I was seen by Clare Marriott and couldn’t be happier with her advice and support. She clearly explained what was happening in my body and gave me realistic, achievable exercises to practise at home to aid my recovery. I have found Ms Marriott to be professional, caring and marvellously down-to-earth in her approach. As my pain abated and my back regained some strength, I felt reassured that I had someone looking out for me and knew that if I had a problem, I could make an appointment with someone who knew my body. It has now been over a year since I hobbled into Winchester Spine Centre. I have a follow-up appointment in a couple of weeks and I will be skipping in! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the Winchester Spine Centre for a few years now and the the chiropractic treatment I have received has been outstanding. My original problem of a bad back is no longer an issue but I still regularly have appointments to keep everything in check. I can't imagine giving up those appointments or going anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Claire has been helping treat my lower back pain since early this year (2023) and I have experienced fantastic improvement in the months since. All throughout Claire gave clear information about the treatment process. She was also very helpful in helping me understand the exercises and home office adjustments I needed to make, in order to promote my longer term recovery independently. The recovery trajectory always seemed to head in a positive direction. In the last 4 months I have had one precautionary check-in appointment but have become increasingly self-sufficient through the exercises and lifestyle adjustments recommended. Fantastic experience: I have lived with lower back hip and thigh pain for 3 years, and seen 3 different physiotherapists over the years in my endeavours to be “fixed”. I had got to the point where I was starting to think I was going to have to live with chronic pain for the rest of my life. Fantastic experience: I am writing this review on behalf of my husband Simon who has been seeing Mark this year for treatment on long term back pain. He works as a bricklayer and enjoys weight training so getting his lower back pain sorted was important to him. Mark is a really nice, professional, knowledgable guy who puts you at ease. His lower back pain is non existent now and has opted for regular 6-8 weekly maintenance. He also wants to say the team are very welcoming at the spine centre from the moment you open the door to enter. He highly recommends Mark and his team.

I decided to make my first visit after putting my back out one too many times and after not being able to fix it with physiotherapists in the past. After a few sessions my back was in the best place it had been for years and now I go once every 6 weeks for maintenance. Highly recommended Lee, he is great! Fantastic experience: I go every 6 weeks here just to have my shoulders and back reset! Suffered for years with bad neck and shoulder pain, went to an osteopath for years and didn't really fix the problem! As soon as I came here I had a few sessions with Claire and she manged to help fix my pain. With great advice on stretches and help with my gym programme on form I rarely suffer now! Would highly recommend especially with Claire she is amazing!

In 2016 I arrived in tears in absolute agony not knowing where to turn after seeing no less than 5 different physiotherapist in Hampshire . Working as a team both Emma Hickman and a chiropractor Daniella ( she has sadly now left) helped me enormously . Even now I still visit Emma Hickman every month . She is the best at massage practitioner that I have ever found and I have lived widely in the UK . She knows her anatomy very well. So pleasant, so professional .Brilliant! gets results

They are friendly and professional, listening and tailoring the treatment to your particular problem. They have evening and weekend appointments so if you work full time its not a problem. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Mark by a local physiotherapist who knew he was good at heads and jaws! I have been suffering for over 10 years with constant tight neck and jaw, causing daily headaches and frequent migraines. Despite seeing many people over the years ranging from GP, shoulder consultant, MRI, sport's physio to sport's massage, acupuncture, reflexology; although these have helped, nothing has actually got to the root of the problem. Then in the last 5 years since having two children I have suffered additionally from extreme fatigue, making it truly hard to get through the days. Mark, through muscle testing, very quickly identified a weakness and complete lack of strength in my muscles. He recommended iron supplements and within days I literally felt the life come back into my body. I literally could not wait for the next dosage. He also made some adjustments in my jaw and neck, which brought enormous relief. I was so impressed with the iron supplements, I am now taking some extra vitamins and minerals to help support the body with general healing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark.

Rather than making me come in for treatment after treatment and paying more & more money, he educated me about exactly what the problem was & what I could do myself to relieve my symptoms. Fantastic experience: Thanks very much for sorting my back! I've been careful with my posture at work after Grant fixed my back a few years ago but I woke with stabbing pain last week. Mark saw me promptly, diagnosed the problem, did a bit of manipulation and provided some exercises for me to do. It was a huge help to ba able to get back to work quickly, especially as I'd been in hospital for the best part of the week (it was lying down lots which caused the problem). Based on this and my previous experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Fantastic experience: I know I'm biased 'cos Mark Kennedy's my Dad but as a national level gymnast and diver I don't know what I'd do without him putting me back together every time I hurt myself in training in the gym or the pool. If your kids do sports and get injured go and see my Dad. :)
