Fantastic experience: Only the BEST service from Robert and Ella, who took care of me and helped me recover from my bad back. It was due to severe muscle tension, which was very uncomfortable. Fantastic experience: With a back condition that has affected me since 1990, I've been using this chiropractic service for many years! When Vena joined, I started seeing her and the regular on-going treatment tends to help me avoid the worst of the back pain now and I can get through most days with no issues. There's always good humour and a chat with the front desk as well as the chiropractors themselves. This always help to put you at ease and you always feel very welcome. If Vena isn't available when I have an emergency, Steven has always stepped in to help and the notes passed on to Vena for the next appointment. Can also thoroughly recommend the massage services - Ela and Andy have been invaluable in helping me overcome some very painful injuries!!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Luton Chiropractic Clinic for a number of years as I have a lifelong back condition which requires fairly regular treatment. When I first attended, I was in chronic pain and, having been on various medications (all of which to no avail), was both mentally and physically exhausted. Vena was amazing, taking the time to truly understand my physical needs whilst also considering my emotional needs too. Within weeks, and following her advice, the pain subsided and I felt I could start to get through each day again. Whilst my condition isn’t curable, it can be managed and Luton Chiropractor Clinic has enabled me live my life relatively pain free. Whilst, I still have the occasional relapses, Vena adapts my treatment so I never reach the level of pain I was in before treatment started. I am happy to see any of the team if Vena is unavailable as I have found them all to be extremely professional whilst keeping a friendly approach. I would highly recommend Luton Chiropractic Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for 18 month+. My experience has been great from the receptionist staff to Steve who carry's out my treatment, very professional and friendly. Before i started my maintenance program, i use to only visit when i had an issue, problem was the issues were crippling.Now when i have an issue it is mild and doesn't lay me up for a week. What i like is your not put under pressure to over visit like some practices do just for more money. They take a pragmatic approach and your treatment plan is agreed and discussed prior. I would recommend this practice to anyone

Negative experience: I booked the wrong appointment apparently and nobody has called me back to let me know. So when I arrived at the practice the receptionist lady explained me I couldn't be seen by the doctor as I haven't been there in over two years, so it would be a appointment of 30 minutes and not 20 like I had booked, I asked if there was chance to be seen that moment, later or the days ahead and there was no appointments available matching my schedule. I am giving one star review because at least they could have called me ahead and informed me of that, I wouldn't need to go there spending money to go and back to not be seen by a specialist.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this clinic.Have seen Robert on 5 or 6 occasions with lower back pain which kept me awake at night.Now I’m sleeping at night and thanks to Robert for that.He is very easy to talk to and would highly recommend him.Will be keeping up treatment a few times a year.Thanks Robert. After having deep tissue massages and seeing an osteopath on a few occasions with no success, I thought the pain and tension would never pass. I saw Robert on 4 or 5 occasions in a short space of time. The initial assessment appointment was very thorough with the whole hour utilised. I found Robert to be very knowledgeable, he put me at ease immediately and he was able to communicate the issue to me in lay mans terms. I am finally pain free and feeling so much better. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Had a session with Robert today. I’ve been through physio through the GP, although this helped my shoulder pain it never fully cured it. I had a session with Robert today who diagnosed the issue with my shoulder and talked me through the process. I’ve had 1 session so far it and it feels like I’ve got a new shoulder!!!! Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and have already recommended to several friends. I had several sessions with Steven who was always professional and made me feel at ease. I went in with ongoing lower back pain that hurt every time I walked or did any activity. It wasn't an overnight fix but persevering the course and following the treatment plan was definitely worth it as (after a few months) I was able to return to my normal sporting activities with no pain. Can't thank Dr Steven enough. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be back for a maintenance check up

Fantastic experience: Started treatment for persistent neck ache with Vena @ 6 years ago ? After 2 sessions the pain that I suffered for many years had gone and never recurred to anywhere near the extent it had done so before. I have continued to go back for 6 monthly MOTs or on the odd occurrence I do feel the neck aching again. She has also helped me with other problems from time to time for example leg muscle strains from running + her treatment and advice have always been excellent. For once in my life I now enjoy visiting a medical practitioner ( I previously feared going to a chiropractor! ) as Vena is so friendly + cheerful whenever I see her .

Can also add that my mum had to stop work due to an accident and thanks to Heale’s she was able to return to work (and I wasn’t sure that would have been an option). She tailored the treatment, understood my issues and adapted over the years based on my feedback to create a treatment that helps me move and manage the pain. Fantastic experience: I have been having regular appointments with Vena as my chiropractor and Ela for massage. I cannot emphasise enough how much regular visits prevent the problems occurring, its like preventative maintenance ! From having lots of back and shoulder problems I am now virtually pain free. My quality of life has greatly improved due to this wonderful team. Wouldn't go anywhere else. From the receptionist who greets you to the Chiropractor they are all friendly but professional. I see Vena Begum, she is a lovely person, offers great advice and keeps my back and neck moving and straight. would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this clinic for nearly a year now to treat a slipped disc. Peter is a real credit to the industry very attentive and caring you can tell he has a real passion for helping people and providing high quality service. Although my treatment is still ongoing through no fault of anyone's I have always felt incredibly supported and given tailored advice to suit my lifestyle. I've heard horror stories of practitioners who would ask you to keep returning for treatment to fleece clients for money. That is definitely not the case at Heale's. I have recommended two of my friends to attend the clinic because of Peter and his team. The receptionist is always friendly and happy gets to know regular patients on a first name basis. She gives you a call if you're running late for your appointment and will always try to rearrange appointments when she can. Collectively these individuals are doing God's work in empowering and healing those who come here during their most debilitating and painful moments of life.

After doing a bit of research i came across Luton chiropractic clinic. I have been to two appointments with them and my experience was amazing. The lady at the reception was very kind. Then got to have experience with two different practitioners Robert and Charlotte. Special shout out to both of them for helping me out. Both of them were very elaborate in explaining the current issues, very friendly, gentle and highly professional. I would highly recommend them. These people know what they are doing and they can help you.

Fantastic experience: Just had an amazing massage with Andy. My back and neck were so stiff, due to a knot I couldn't look up and down. Fantastic experience: I have been attending here, mainly for a lower back problem, for close on 25 years now and without their help would have almost certainly struggled with my mobility. Steve has been looking after me for the past few years and his treatments have been A1 which allied to his nice manner mean I could recommend this clinic to any one wanting a chiropractor.

Then I got really sick & my Dr as well as the hospital where absolutely rubbish in finding the cause. I decided to listen to my cousin & book an appointment. Fantastic experience: Was able to get an appointment within a day or so of phoning. Was clicked back to health very quickly. Have previously gone to different chiropractors before in London who spend ages clicking everything that wasn’t the main problem for your appointment and making you have unnecessary “examinations” such as X-rays, something involving alcohol on your skin etc. Would definitely recommend for the high quality service!
