Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving physiotherapy treatment at Luton Prime Physio Care for the past few months, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. A special thank you to Pavitha Jacob, who has been fantastic throughout my treatment. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely takes the time to listen. I particularly appreciated that when I mentioned a problem with my knee, which was unrelated to the condition I was originally being treated for, she was more than happy to assess it and provide advice rather than dismissing it. That level of attentiveness and patient-centred care really stood out. The whole experience has been professional, welcoming and reassuring, and I’ve always felt I was in very capable hands. I would highly recommend Luton Prime Physio Care, and especially Pavitha, to anyone looking for high-quality physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Prime Physio Care by my Bupa for diastasis recti repair after turning down the option for surgery repair. I wanted to try the physio route before opting for surgery and I can wholeheartedly say that it was the best decision. I started with Aisha last year and although the process was slow and steady, I decided to give it a full chance and now a year later, my diastasis recti is very close to being fully repaired. One thing you must keep in mind that you got to have full trust in the physio exercises, I was under the impression at the beginning that it wasn’t making any difference however after few sessions, I realised that the tensions was gradually building back into my core muscles. Aisha has been brilliant to work with, scheduling an appointment was very easy and I always had a contact if need. I would highly recommend Prime Physio for their treatments.

Fantastic experience: Ayesha is a brilliant physio therapist. Her diagnosis, treatment and advice is fantastic. I have been to many physio therapists who have just charged me for no reason and not actually solved the issue. With Ayesha, she actually understood and treated the pain and made it much more manageable on a day to day basis. She is also very quick in giving you an appointment, in emergencies she has also offered "on the day" appointments to make is easy for me and relieved me of the pain and agony in my lower back. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Fully recommend this clinic. Fantastic service. I had a pulled lower back, making it difficult for me to walk or bend at all which kept me in intense pain. After one session I could walk properly which for me was a miracle. Highly professional and always willing to be flexible to accommodate patients. Fantastic experience: I would say the physio here is not just knowledgeable about the physiotherapy but also medical. Gives realistic goals and explains well about the condition. I would say I waited patiently for my results over 5 sessions and really helped my problem (back issues) from the root. Will recommend this clinic as I have been few others which promise quick fix which never happened.

Fantastic experience: After limping for six weeks, expecting my knee to heal itself, which it didn’t, a GP advised me to see a physiotherapist. I’m 69 and have a bit of arthritis. Having waited too long to see an NHS physio, I booked an appointment with Aisha. Whilst Aisha instructed me to do certain exercises, I did some :-) After two ‘physio’ sessions my knee was back to normal; during these sessions Aisha used acupuncture, electrical stimulation and ultrasound – they worked. I found Aisha to be excellent.

Fantastic experience: Was immobilised by a locked joint in my back and Luton Prime Physio Care really took care of me to get my mobility back. Offered urgent assistance and assessment to agree plan of necessary steps. Used a range of techniques to determine what worked best for me. Supported with advice outside of the sessions through WhatsApp communication which was an extra level of kindness, care and support which I greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Aisha has been absolutely fantastic from day 1. Assessment was comprehensive and supported as I was referred from my workplace Aisha took the time to explain the process and how she would be managing my back complaint issue. Additional sessions have been sensitive and again Aisha taking the time to explain the treatment. Aisha prepared a report detailing information to ensure my employer has good understanding of my condition. Highly recommend the service. Great response and approach from Aisha 1st class service .

Fantastic experience: When I went to Aysha for the treatment of Frozen Shoulder, I was in terrible pain and had very limited movement. I never believed that the treatment I would receive would actually make me better, since I had given up hope. And I didn't believe I could be seen every few days, which was what I needed. But Aysha really knows what she is doing, and there are always appointments available. The treatment really worked, and within a few sessions the pain was much reduced and eventually I was pain-free. Now I am back to normal and it is wonderful. Thank you Aysha!

Fantastic experience: Aisha was friendly, made me feel very comfortable and after a few sessions with her I feel a lot better and at this stage I feel very hopeful that I will recover fully. After having treatment from various physios through my insurance I had lost all faith in the process because they didn’t help at all and Aisha was able to diagnose my problem very quickly. Fantastic experience: I have left hip, lower back pain and limping three months ago, waiting for NHS MSK appointment and MRI, my GP advised me to contact some private physio clinic as I can't wait more than three months appointment with NHS. I have been suffering from back ache for many years now and have had many different experiences of Physiotherapy but I can't speak highly enough for this clinic.its as good as it gets. I had been sufferrring from my bladder muscles issue and the treatment was required to make some Pelvic floor exercises which I had through Virtual Physio Sessions with her . She has been very supportive and friendly and guided me very well in the entire treatment and recovery process. She provided me with lots of expert education , treatment ideas and graded exercise and a complete physical assesment by watching my moves and completing different tests. She kept checking up on all my regular virtual follow up appointment as needed.

Having gone through many different methods such as Deep tissue massarges, Cupping and Acupuncture over the years. I have now at Prime Physio Care not only found greater relief but the root cause to all my spinal issues from session 1 ! Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful to have found Aisha just when I really needed. I am 2 years postpartum and suffered severe urine incontinence during my second pregnancy and the days thereafter. I would literally 'wet' my pants on a jumping jack or a sneeze! 10 days into the program and I can feel the change already!!! Pelvic floor exercises is a huge enlightenment to me to combat urine incontinence. The video assessment (which is the best source during the pandemic for near and far) was very smooth and the transition of the exercises from each follow up is explained very well. Accidental leakage is going to be no more a pain I believe! She is empathetic, an encourager and makes us feel empowered! I highly recommend Aisha for consultation regarding strengthening of pelvic floor muscles.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Prime Physio on two occasions now. This was due to an injury to my shoulder. I can honestly say the treatment so far is absolutely fantastic. I noticed improvement the first night. Any issues I have had. I am in regular contact with the therapist if there is any issues or improvements. Very clean environment too.
