Fantastic experience: 24/03/25 I was running late about 10 mins but Keith still fitted me in before his next client and Thankful I was as I left feeling pain free and Keith also kindly shared his knowledge a very good tip a rolled up towel would help ease my back pain I am very happy to have seen Keith again I am scheduled for a week on Friday .............................................. First Appointment with Keith, It was my first proper Physio session, My friends had been trying to get me go see a Physio for way too long eventually I gave in So glad I did I first met Keith earlier this year whilst taking part in Leicester 10K Keith had his tent up at Jubilee Square I approached and was offered a brief session after I completed The 10K a couple of weeks later I was in the hands of Keith in his place of practice at the end of my session Keith told me he'd discovered my problem it's was my Left Hip and Not My Back Keith then told me he felt positive about sorting my problem with proper treatment I booked again and I believe Keith will help me with this problem it may take a few sessions I agreed to attend till hopefully the problem is No More. Being a Scotsman I'll say this and mean it If We Can Afford It Then We Shouldn't Put A Price On Our Lives

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I saw Keith about lower back pain I've been experiencing for about three weeks, which a doctor diagnosed as Sciatica. Keith was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the appointment. I explained all my symptoms, and he examined my back, reducing some of the tightness. He also gave me simple exercises to perform every couple of hours. I received brilliant service and would certainly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: As an older person who still likes to challenge their body it’s really great to have physio like Keith on speed dial! Issue with plantar fascia nipped in bud with great diagnosis and treatment/advice. Improving quickly. Originally went to him for rehab after an accident and he’s helped me with some other things since. IMO he has great judgement and an excellent approach to tailoring his advice to the individual - very tuned in to different personalities and behaviours. And he’s a just a genuinely nice guy!

Fantastic experience: 5 weeks ago while deadlifting max speed & power my hamstring 'popped'. Physio Keith found an early emergency appt, diagnosing a serious probably grade 2 tear. Gave his usual clear advice - what & what not to do. Follow-up 3 weeks later confirmed it was starting to bind & was the moment to start stretching + massage from Joe Salisbury. I have now had 5 sessions with Joe, very happy with his attention to my detailed initial accounts of what i can & cant do, & with his attention to feedback on his massage which feels informed & purposeful. I am much better immediately afterwards. Though that inevitably dissipates i am steadily able to do much more than i could, have exercises to promote healing, & warnings of risks to avoid. Joe is also personable & good to talk to.

Fantastic experience: I’ve now had several appointments with Keith at Top Tier Physiotherapy. I had a shoulder injury for 8-9 months that was very discouraging and stopped me from doing quite a lot of exercises within my weekly training plan (a mixture of bodybuilding and crossfit training). I really appreciate his help with a focus on letting me get back to full training without having to avoid a lot of exercises due to shoulder pain. In the past I’ve been let down by other healthcare professionals who have just said you have to rest or stop training etc, and I’m really grateful that this was a very different approach. I would recommend Keith to anyone who’s training is currently limited by an injury, go and see him, even if you think it’s getting better through your own efforts, make sure, I wish I had gone sooner.
