Fantastic experience: I started visiting Dhruve at the Spinal Health Clinic after suffering for months with chronic back and shoulder pain. Within minutes of my initial consultation Dhruve knew exactly what was wrong, and was able to show me the exact point in my neck/spine where the issue was stemming from. I’d previously visited my GP multiple times and eventually was referred for physio but to be quite honest it solved nothing. They gave me no information on what was wrong with me and basically just handed me some print out exercises to take home. Dhruve on the other was knowledgeable and informative, giving me lots of information and most importantly a plan to fix me. The pain improved after my first visit! I have now completed my 8 week course and the pain has completely gone, I couldn’t be happier as it was really affecting my daily life as well as my mental health. Thank you so much Dhruve for giving me my life back!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Pinal after a couple of recommendations from family, regarding my lower back. I wasn't able to walk or bend down, causing excruciating pain. On my first appointment Pinal assessed me and told me what she thought it was and advised what treatments she would use and I agreed and we started the treatment, along with some home exercises. With the use of needling and ultrasound and Pinals expertise, the pain was gone within 4 appointments. My back felt like normal as if nothing had happened. Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with spinal health clinic. I suffered from back and shoulder pain on and off for few years when lately started to get worse with tingling and numbness sensation in my hand I was really scared. Decided to visit the spinal health clinic and I was very pleased to be seen fast by Hasit, who approached my problem very professionally, showing great level of knowledge and experience from diagnosing and explaining the likely problem with trapped nerve in my neck, exploring the possible reasons behind that, then tailoring the management plan including the spinal clinic sessions, maintenance exercises and some preventable measures. I felt better and my symptoms resolved in 4 sessions only. I’m planning to continue with regular follow ups.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the spinal clinic for advanced physio therapy treatments with registered physiotherapist Ms Pinal Mashru since November 2024. It’s been 11 months so far and I have seen significant improvement. I had back surgery in 2023, and have struggled with my recovery for over one year. Pain in my lower back, both legs sciatica and feet. She is incredibly kind, understanding and her treatments, physio therapy exercises have greatly helped me to help with my recovery. For anyone who has been struggling with acute or chronic back for a short or long period of time, I would highly recommend attending the Spinal Health Clinic in Glenfield to see Pinal.

Fantastic experience: Dhruve is very knowledgeable, considerate to your needs and tailors the treatment plan to you individually. Presented with herniated disc which then led to sciatica and little-and-often visits of shockwave therapy and at home remedies have got me on the road to functioning again. I would not advertise as an instant fix for me, which is not a bad thing at all and well worth the investment into seeing a caring professional like Dhruve. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic when I had a really bad spell of Sciatica from returning to work after having my second baby. When the sciatica kicked in it was unbearable pain to the point I had to stop what I was doing and try to stretch it out, this was happening numerous times a day. I had a really important event coming up and I was worried I won't be able to enjoy it because I might not be able to move. Thankfully I was treated by Dhruve, I couldn't believe he pretty much cured me in the first treatment. I had a few after this and I only got sciatica on the odd occasion, mainly because of my positions and picking up my child. After some time I didn't get it again. I also had really bad tail bone pain which I've been suffering from since having my first child and working in an office. I have had physio and chiropractic treatment previously for this which didn't help much. The extra treatments from Dhruve of shockwave therapy made a massive difference to this problem as well. After my 6th treatment I couldn't believe it I went a whole week without any tail bone pain at work. This has changed my life! I thought being in my 30s being so young, I'm already having so many issues my body will never be normal and finally there is something that's helped me! I cannot believe the improvement it has made! Fantastic experience: Had a disc issue return last weekend and had strong pain down my bottom right side of my body. Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with severe headaches and neck pain for a while, unable to turn my head to the right without intense discomfort. After multiple doctor visits and Neck massages elsewhere with no lasting relief, a family member recommended Dhruve at Spinal Health Clinic. Dhruve quickly identified that the issue was due to muscle tension and created a treatment plan using an array of different treatments including cupping, scraping, shockwave treatment and adjustments/alignments. Over a number of sessions and using various techniques Dhruve was able to firstly, significantly reduce the pain i was in and secondly give advice regarding on going care. Fantastic experience: I have had hip pains for nearly a year before I decided to do something about it. It’s too easy to dismiss it as old age and continue to suffer the discomfort. Visit to the GP identifies some issues but it’s not the full answer. I recommend a consultation at the clinic if you are not in full recovery. Your body is trying to tell you some thing is wrong , don’t ignore it. The treatment recommended is flexible and can be varied on each visit depending on the progress made. Druve listens and adapts methods to achieve maximum results. Shock wave therapy is a miracle, effective and so quick , it’s unbelievable. The results are suppose to be permanent. I shall give an update in 3 months from now. I would recommend the practice, they do what they say on the website.

I’ve been seeing osteopaths, chiropractors, Physio’s for 25+ years and I have to say Hasit is probably the best I’ve ever seen. He quickly diagnosed bicep tendinitis and recommended a course of treatment which included Shock Wave therapy, Graston technique (scraping) and massage. Fantastic experience: Came to see Dhurve due to regular pain in left shoulder which has resulted in the use of regular anti-inflammatory drugs. I have had numerous physio sessions in addition to cortisone injections with limited success. During the first consultation appointment Dhruve performed fascial manipulation on the surrounding soft tissue and I instantly felt pain relief and increased range of movement, which has been restricted since shoulder reconstructive surgery some years ago. I am currently continuing with shock wave therapy on my rotator cuff in addition to other treatments, all of which are showing continual signs of improvement with reduced ongoing pain. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Hasit and Dhruve enough . I went to see them in pain and hardly being able to walk due to having severe traumatic oestoarthritus in my right ankle ! Having seen Dhruve initially to determine if they could help me ? and now 4 weeks into a 6 week plan with Hasit and I am amazed at how he has helped me be able to walk without a limp and control my pain ! They told me they could not cure me but could help me have a better gait and less pain until I have my operation to replace the ankle joint but they have so helped me physically and mentally . Fantastic experience: I have been going to the spinal health clinic for a few months for what I thought was sciatica. Dhruve was brilliant and actually diagnosed me with pain in my sacroiliac joints. I have had this pain for ten years and with numerous physio and medication and GP appointments nothing has helped. After my first session I could feel a huge difference with my back pain and it was amazing. Each session of acupuncture, shockwave therapy and percussion therapy has helped me so much. I have not needed to take medication since and can get on with my daily activities within the pain I had before. I am do happy with the service as it has helped me so much. He’s a friendly and approachable person which puts you at ease straightaway. My back is loads better and my posture hasn’t been this good in years! I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Dhruve has been excellent with my corrective work, in 4 sessions he has got me into a preventative and ongoing proactive program, much like a dental plan. As I play a lot of sport I think this plan of action keeps me playing, hopefully without too many disruptions. I think he is probably the first clinic to offer this service. Fantastic experience: I lift in the gym a lot, I lead a very active life and have also entered sports competitions which require me to be at my optimal. I’ve been going to Dhruve for the the best part of 3 months after a long lay off due to Covid (I used to go to Dhruve in 2018/19) , and I have to say his work is the best I’ve had (I’ve used multiple physicians). His attention to detail and care to remediate the body has helped me lead an uninterrupted life in both competitive sports and also normal everyday life. I’ve managed any back flare ups and now stabilised my issues thanks to Dhruve. My posture has been corrected and scar tissue around my shoulders have been softened and my back causes me very little to no issues any longer. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. At my initial consultation I presented with extremely painful sciatica in both legs, to the point where I couldn't stand up for more than a couple of minutes at a time. Dhurve spoke to me about the best plan for treatment, and was very upfront on timescales and costs, which I found most helpful. After a few sessions I could feel the improvement and by the end of the treatment plan the pain had gone. If the sciatica returns at some point in the future then I will definitely be returning to Dhurve!

Fantastic experience: In my 70’s suffering from bad hip pain and thinking I was on the road to a hip replacement, I made an appointment to see Dhruve at Glenfield for a professional opinion. He thought it was muscular pain and wanted to try acupuncture. Never having had it before I was a bit sceptical but after the first treatment the hip was 99% better and after 3 treatments I am completely pain free. Fantastic experience: For the first time a google search was worth it. Rang Dhruve about a month ago as I was struggling with my lower back and leg pain. On the first session I really thought I was just wasting my money , but I was wrong. Now I am my 4th session and got to say this guy really does magic. My pain has gone better by 80% and I still have few sessions which I think I will be fully recovered . The money spent on this treatment was really worth it. Would definitely recommend him.
