Fantastic experience: I attended the practise following a pretty brutal elbow dislocation and had 5 sessions. The care and advice received, especially from Afroz, was brilliant and just 5 or 6 weeks since the accident I have regained almost full mobility in my elbow and almost all pain and swelling has gone. Would highly recommend this practise and Afroz to anyone who has suffered an injury and is seeking professional rehab for it.

Fantastic experience: Afroz has been wonderful with my rehabilitation after suffering fractures and knee complications post-riding accident. She has a very hands-on approach and though I am only visiting Leicester, will be booking subsequent sessions with her. I have not yet found anyone that quite matches her yet!

It was a good 35 mile round trip to get there but as soon as I got the pleasure of meeting Zia he made me feel at ease straight away . He was Very understanding, professional, smiley and worked straight away on my muscles. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends in the future . I am at 80% of feeling better and hopefully with my ongoing excercises Zia has given me I am hoping to reach a full recovery in another 6 weeks .

Fantastic experience: My knee rehab journey with Afroz has been fantastic! I got injured around 2 months ago whilst playing football and was diagnosed with a bruised meniscus. My initial assessment with Afroz reassured me that my treatment plan would get me back to running and playing at the end of my 4 sessions. I’ve returned to give this review because thanks to Afroz I’ve made a good recovery and feeling less anxious about returning to football. Her exercise plans for home use, and face to face appointments were extremely useful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a course of physiotherapy at The Physio Orthopaedics Practice following an accident. Most of my sessions were with Afroz Kabani who was professional, knowledgeable and clear with instructions and expectations throughout. She explained the impact of the injury and next steps for recovery. Afroz gave me time to ask questions and discuss my case so I felt fully supported throughout. Exercises were practised and explained clearly (and sent via email with links to videos), and ultrasound and massage were used to ease pain. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went I started physiotherapy with Afroz in June 2025, due to both knee causing a pain and inability to stand for a prolonged time, nor long walk/run. I am now able to run and go on long walks while my body continues to heal. Afroz was very helpful and knowledgeable about my requirements and very strong when it comes to the sport massage to relieve pain and tension. I like the exercise and the explanation on how they help and how it should feel. I also appreciate the suggestions to try physical therapy first to alleviate my other issues (ankle), where photo imaging had revealed multiple potential root-causes of my pain/discomfort. I am now on the journey to recovery on my ankle, which I am hopeful of. I highly recommend Afroz’s services. Thanks for the help.

Each week Zia provided relevant exercises that helped me significantly as well as targeting painful areas with deep massages to help loosen tightness. Fantastic experience: The lady at physio was really friendly, welcoming explained my whip lash symptoms how long it would take to heal. Explained all my exercises to me sent me with a weekly update treatment plan to do at home. Thank you Dhruvi Lathiya. My whip lash symptoms have improved majorly. She made me feel a lot calmer and reassured me each week things would get better and by week nine things improved a lot. I’m now able to lift more and more my arm and neck around a lot better.
