Fantastic experience: Went to see kish for my left knee injury. Initially I was worried and anxious because I thought this would affect my mobility, independence and work. From the first session he assessed me and explained exactly what I had done to my knee and what I needed to do. He has a friendly approach which I felt comfortable with. Fantastic experience: An absolutely wonderful experience! Kishan was extremely professional and very engaging throughout. I came in with back pains initially. After some exploration and various stretching exercises, I was still feeling some discomfort. Kishan then asked a serious of questions that turned out to be a real game changer… He asked if I had any other injuries or pains anywhere else. I explained that I had a pain in my thigh down the same side as my back pain. And told him that it was very persistent and travelling into my hip at times too. And it was at this point that Kishan was able to diagnose my issue. He explained many facets of my injury to me and explained that the back pain was caused by a rupture in my quad. Kishan was wise to think “outside the box” and with his lateral thinking he has made a positive difference to my life. I can now move much more freely, allowing me to enjoy some sports (in moderation) and play with my son without hesitation again! Highly recommended ✌

Fantastic experience: Excellent physio with easy to follow and practical guidance which made a real difference to the everyday pain I was experience with my left knee and on both of my Achilles. I highly recommend his services. I had a left knee injury after a football tackle and achillies tendonopathy on both ankles. The pain was initially a 5/10. Walking more than 30 minutes was difficult and there was also pain on stairs I was also struggling to run or play football without pain. I was diagnosed with left knee chronic pain and ankle stiffness. My goals were to get back to the gym and be able to play football again. I was given practical and everyday exercises to strengthen the muscles around my ankles and knee which made a a great difference, where the pain is much reduced.

It wasn’t just about fixing the pain, he helped me rebuild strength and confidence so I could get back to my hobbies, especially using the Peloton bike. Fantastic experience: I contacted Kish for my mother who was suffering severe back and leg pain. After just a few sessions with Kish, my mums back and leg pain improved by around 80%. Mum can now stand and walk much further without debilitating back pain. Mum now feels confident managing this on her own. Kish took the time to properly assess, found the real cause of her pain, and explained everything in a way mum could understand. She usually needed to see a chiropractor several times a year, but this time she feels like she’s got to the root of it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service. My mother had problems with her shoulder - she was always in pain and unable to sleep at night. Doctors had suggested a surgery after the lockdown but we did a video call with Kish. He watched my mother as she moved her arm as instructed by Kish, and see where the pain was and how much she can move her arm. He then showed 2 VERY simple exercises that my mother did (about 2 minutes a day) and 3 weeks later, her should is MUCH better - not in pain at all and able to sleep properly, and surgery my not be required. Absoulately brilliant what Physio can do and Kish is a lifesaver by being able to see the restraints and movements via a video chat and suggest the exercises. - VERY HIGHLY recommended. Update (5 years later): My mother is still doing well and never needed the surgery. Thank Kish.

Fantastic experience: We recently contacted Kish to help my dad after his knee replacement, and he was absolutely brilliant. Kish responded quickly, came for a home visit, and was able to communicate to my dad in Guajarati, which made home feel really comfortable. Very professional, friendly and thorough - he provided great exercises and ongoing support even after the sessions. Fantastic experience: My name is Aaron Mistry, 29, suffered a rhomboid injury which affected my work as a personal trainer and I instantly went to physio solutions and Kish immediately diagnosed it and did deep tissue massage and told me great exercises to do at home and I worked very hard at home with his guidance. Also gave some lifestyle tips about sleeping and yoga to help recover better which was the main cause for injury and now after about a month I’m back to full training! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Kish from the very beginning. During our first appointment, he accurately diagnosed my severe hip arthritis. Fantastic experience: I'll get straight to the point here, basically Kish has changed my life. Before I saw him I'd been experiencing a chronic pain issue for 8 years. It had mentally worn me down so much that I'd been suffering with depression on and off for all that time. I felt alone, worried for the future, held back in my career and when I should have been focusing on enjoying life I was always to distracted by my pain. Kish listened to me during the consultation and was very very thural in doing an assesment on me. It was the first time in a long time where someone said to me that they actually could feel that something wasn't functioning properly. He gave me two exercises to do 2-3 times a day which was very manageable. After three days of sticking to the exercises I felt an 80% improvement in my pain. I literally couldn't believe it.... When I went back to see Kish I was pretty much 100% better and it was the first time he'd ever dealt with an issue like mine. Fast forward to now (about 8 months later) I sometimes forget that I even dealt with this horrible pain in the last. My mood is better, I have more patience and I have so much hope for the futire. Fantastic experience: I am leaving this review on behalf of my Husband who used this service. Kishan treated my Dad (77), due to long NHS waiting times, after he injured his lower back whilst lifting. He was very caring, knowledgeable and prepared to converse with my dad in Gujarati which made dad feel reassured and comfortable. Kishan has also treated my badly sprained ankle, giving me the tools and confidence to return to the gym and hiking. Kishan’s does not string out treatment plans with loads of appointments, as his goal to treat and educate will mean you are soon sorted and discharged. Highly recommended and would approach him again if needed, but hopefully not!

Fantastic experience: I had neck, shoulder, and arm pain which was going on for months. I couldn't sleep or take part in activities due to the pain. I visited various chiropractors but it didn't help. I came across Kish @physio Solutions. The first appointment was well informed and Kish discussed all my problems and explained I had a trapped nerve in my neck. Fantastic experience: I broke my foot earlier in the summer playing cricket. A and E gave me a ankle boot and elbow crutches and told me to rest. No follow up was organised and I was totally unsure what I needed to do get back on my feet. That’s when I went to physio solutions where the physio explained to me exactly what I should and shouldn’t be doing. He examined my foot and ankle and gave me a structured rehabilitation plan and provided me treatment. Over the next few weeks and months I have seen really good progress and I can say I am almost 100% better. I can stand for long duration which is really important for my work, I can walk long distances, which I do to stay fit and most importantly I am confident about returning to play cricket. Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Kishan. After Seeing a chiropractor and no results I was told about Kishan with whom I booked an appointment. From the first consultation he was very understanding and helpful.  I went to him with upper back, shoulder and neck pain, which was all work and posture related due to the work I do which Kishan was quick to identify. Kishan gave me several excercises to do along with massage treatment during my appointments with him. After seeing him 4 times I am happy to say the issue I had has been resolved and I can do things without pain in my neck and shoulder. Would highly recommend Kishan.

Fantastic experience: I visited Physio Solutions for neck and back pain, likely caused by excessive hours at my desk. Kishan carried out a proper examination (Q&A, checking movement and postures). After the assessment, he have me targeted exercises. He also recorded the exercises which was extremely helpful. I was given a short massage before I left, which relieved some tension. A week on following the exercises, my pain has subsided hugely.

Fantastic experience: Kishan recently helped me rehabilitate my shoulder issues over a period of 5-6 weeks with a thorough investigation / diagnosis as well as suitable refined weekly treatment, and guided me with the correct exercises and stretches to do as homework which altogether helped me to relieve my issues by 90% ! What a relief to be almost pain-free after suffering for the past couple of months with unbearable annoying muscle / nerve pain ! Fantastic experience: Had an issue with sciatica, Kish took the time to get to the bottom of the problem. Gave me some exercises to help and even recorded them so I had a reference. After 1 visit and a month of exercises problem is 75% better. He really listens to you and genuinely wants to help. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get better/improve their pain levels.

Fantastic experience: I have been and seen many people to help with my back issues but very hard to find someone like Kish at Physio Solutions. I was recommended to go to a physio by my trainer Helder Barroso which i was to be honest a bit reluctant as had a few bad experiences with physios in the past. The thought of going to physio and given lip service then passed a sheet of paper and told to do these exercises wasn't something i needed. Kish was very different, the physio is very much tailored around the individual coming to get treated. Very in depth understanding of the route cause of the pain is found and professionally explained everything that he was doing and advising me to do whilst at home. The pain management journey created by Physio Solution is amazing and easy to to do around day to day life. I would like to take this time to thank Helder for the recommendation and give a big thanks to Kish for helping me with managing my back issues.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Kishan highly enough.. not only is he a really nice guy but he also really cares about getting you better! I had a golf related back injury that was quite difficult to work out but Kishan worked over time on my appointment until he got to the route of what was causing the problem.. He then gave me a tailored exercise programme to follow.. And just to further prove Kishan’s commitment to his work, he has messaged me via what’s app a couple of times since the appointment to see how I’m getting on and to answer any questions. I chose Kishan over other physio therapists based on the strength of his reviews and I wasn’t disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Can not thank Kishan enough, I have just been for my 2nd treatment after having an injury to my foot, I rang him yesterday and he was able to see me that same day, I felt so much better after being treated, Kishan was able to diagnosis and treat me asap. Its great that I could have rang my GP but I would have been on a very long waiting list. I am already feeling better and on the way to recovery. Fantastic experience: Pulled a muscle on my shoulder that affected my neck and chest area that was causing me severe sharp pain, I saw kish and what a difference he made, he gave me some exercises to do and advised me within days I could do an extra 4 more arm exercises was so happy my eyes watered plus kish doesnt just tell you what you can do to get better he tells you why and the reason behind it I have less muscle on my left side ( the side I injured) compared to the right so I risk injury again unless I build muscle. Goin back to show him my progress in a couple of months takes his job very seriously 10/10

At my appointment I was assessed and then given really useful information on what was causing the pain in my shoulder. I have been given exercises to strengthen weakend muscles and streches to loosen tight areas. Finally I was given treatment on my shoulder which provided immediate pain relief! Fantastic experience: The physio Kishan is amazing and very knowledgable. I had various problems with my body from back to shoulder to knee. He has helped me immensely with his choices of exercises and analysis. He has put me back on my feet. I play club cricket and am a bowler and at one point I was considering packing up due to knee problem but kishan magically sorted my problems out and I am still bowling.
