Positive experience: His diagnostic was good, he knows what he’s talking about but the £60 appointment is not worth it. £60 for 30 min consultation and he makes you understand that he doesn’t have time for you as he had to many patients. He provided me a diagnostic but I had to take another appointment for the treatment.

Negative experience: Rang Yasin at Town Osteo thought it would be a good idea to speak with the consultant prior to booking my appointment on his online portal.(Which was asking for a £50 upfront payment) I rang Yasin in the hope of getting some information on the treatment that would be suitable for me with my long standing health issue. But instead i was met with Rudeness, Aggressiveness, Arrogance, And Belittlement. This whole experience has come has a huge shock to me and has left me a little shaken. Yaseen really needs to work on his people skills and maybe take a few courses on customer services, Taking in money isn't the only purpose of a business but to provide care and building long standing customer relations. As a customer we approach these type of services as we are in pain or agony and we are at your mercy, But that doesn't give you the right the undermine someone and act in the manner he did I would get better customer service experience at the laundrette! Lastly i find it funny he has a Generic Statement already typed up ready fore when he faces public backlash? So he obviously knows the real truths about his attitude problems hence why he is backing himself up in advance.

Fantastic experience: I went to Yaz with chronic back pain and a slight twist in the middle of my spine which was in spasm. I'm currently on my 3rd treatment and my back is well and truly on the mend. The knowledge and professionalism you get from Yaz instantly puts you at ease, I wouldn't go anywhere else. For what's he's done so far I honestly can't thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: Yas had over the last few years sorted damage to my knees from running, post exercise pain in heel from hiking and a crick in my neck that just wouldn't go. My go to man for aches pain and exercise damage.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Yazin after trying 6 other physios to repair damage of my shoulder done through rugby. He was accommodating of my hectic schedule at the time and worked around my insistence that I continue to play. Apart from the important part of fixing my shoulder allowing me to play and continue a physical job, I particularly liked Yazins manner, honesty and the way he thinks out loud letting you in on how he thinks your problem is progressing and how it could be treated. For these reasons he is the only medical practitioner that I have ever recommended. He has treated my wife for back and neck issues. Helped my mother through hip issues that were stopping her sleeping and after the NHS left my grandmother without after care after a hip operation (covid related) . Unable to walk more than a few steps 6 weeks later, Yazin had her walking in only a few sessions. After embarking on learning around health and medicine myself he has also been kind with his time helping me understand certain issues and information. All round top guy by all accounts.

Negative experience: I rarely, if ever, leave negative reviews for businesses. However, I feel inclined to share my story to perhaps prevent someone from going through the pain I'm currently suffering from as a result of treatment from Town Osteo. I initially found Town Osteo through Google. Looking at the glowing reviews, I thought I'd finally found someone to help with my chronic lower back issues. I booked a 25 minute session with Yasin. Firstly, I'd like to point out that 25 minutes isn't enough time. Yasin seems to be quite rushed in order to stick to his busy schedule. After telling him about my back, I was told to lie down face down. There was no explanation about what was to come and what to expect. Initially a massage gun was used which felt fine. Then, without prior warning, I felt needles being inserted into my lower back to the level of the bone/nerves, causing the most excruciating pain. Yasin only told me what he was attempting to do while the needles were going in. I feel this should have been explained clearly before the procedure. After the treatment, I was left with severe pain. I was told that the pain should subside with hot/cold therapy and to book in another treatment, so I did. After a few days, the severe pain is still there. My back is now a hundred times worse than it was before. Standard pain killers, such as paracetamol/ibuprofen, which I was using before, are no longer effective. After attending the follow up appointment today, I was quite hastily refunded, "discharged" and shown the door about 10 minutes into the appointment (he literally pointed towards the exit and showed me out). Like the other negative review mentioned, and one which I wish I had read before, it felt almost like he was almost trying to get rid of me. He told me to do more hot/cold therapy and go to my GP and try to get some gabapentin, a strong drug for nerve pain that comes with harsh side effects. To be fair to him, he did own up to say he had made a mistake. And he is a nice guy. I just hope that the damage done isn't permanent.

Fantastic experience: I currently have a mild scoliosis and Yaz has been super helpful with my back treatments over the past few years. He is extremely knowledgable when it comes to back health. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is experiencing something similar. I have seen very fast results from the acupuncture treatments and I am so happy to say my spine is getting straighter by the day, it's a miracle - especially as I am in my mid 20s! Thank you Yaz for all of your help and guidance so far. :)

Went in for an issue with my shoulder and back and after the first session, he had diagnosed what the issue was and treated it to the point where both felt much better the next day. Only had a few sessions since but the difference has been incredible. If you're nervous about the accupuncture, he'll put you completely at ease and go at a pace that you feel comfortable with. Would highly recommend!

His treatment has been exceptional since i started seeing him on recommendation from a friend a few years back. I don't really trust anyone else with my treatment now, having been to see other people after moving abroad. Now Im back in London, Im still travelling down monthly to see Yasin and thats down to the fact I really trust him him with my treatment and will continue to see him. All round great service, made better by the fact it actually works!

Fantastic experience: My friend recommended this place to me and I can see why, I had a shoulder problem that was exacerbated by falling off my bike and was causing a lot of discomfort and lack of sleep. Physiotherapy and the NHS couldn't help and didn't know what was wrong with it even after xrays and ultrasound. Yass is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable identifying the problem in less than 5 minutes and fixed it in 2 x sessions and now I have full mobility and strength back so I can weight train intensely again. Not for the faint hearted but definitely worth it if you want your ailments diagnosing and dealt with efficiently!

Fantastic experience: I I've been suffering from upper back pain for over 20 years and so far I've been to many therapists with absolutely no success. Then I tried Town Osteo and so far I have had 3 treatments and my pain has improved by 60% and I have overall felt better and pain free since I started the treatment. Yasin is very knowledgeable and his systemically planned treatment is working for me, I am so pleased that finally I am hoping to be 100% pain free after a few more treatments.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say Yasin at Town Osteo is just brilliant. He was able to diagnose my pain in my wrists straight away and just in one treatment I felt immediate pain relief with a belief I’ll never feel this pain again. His expert knowledge and experience is so reassuring and what’s great is that he cares about his patients and that also makes it worthwhile. I wish I knew about him earlier! Fantastic experience: Visited town osteo with my mum who had bad pain down the neck whole back area and leg. The osteopath was very professional he did an analysis of her pain and checked her at the same time explaining throughly what he was doing. After one session my mum was amazed her pain had eased away and she was able to walk and move with hardly no discomfort. So no more pain relief and now following the instructions of town osteo she will hopefully be back to her normal self in no time. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Negative experience: I went for three sessions which Yasin said it’ll take. Apparently I needed more then just three which was more costly. He did not find the issue. He was almost trying to get rid of me from the session near to the end and not answering all my questions. I thought the service was atrocious because of this reason. Not a good investment at all. Wouldn’t recommend!

Second session sorted leg pain. Third session and no further pain. Used accupuncture and ultrasound, neither of which I have had before. Reassured me throughout. Liaises directly with my personal trainer so he can tailor a rehab program specifically. His expertise and knowledge is second to none. He absolutely knows his stuff! Talked me through everything, showed me where the damage was and how the accupuncture and ultrasound etching would assist the healing process. I would highly recommend Yasin.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go to Yasin by a friend who he had helped. I went with pain in the lower left hip area, not being exactly sure where and also pain in the leg. I was impressed by his knowledge expertise and professionalism. After three or four visits when we found the source of the pain the treatment was entirely effective and all the pain disappeared and has not returned after three months.
