Fantastic experience: I started my treatment on 24.3.25. I suffer with neck and lower back problems, which caused sciatica. After only three treatments I am feeling ten years younger. I am73 and I used to struggle to cut my toe nails, I cut them today no problem. Thank you Charles for freeing me from pain. I cannot recommend him enough. The staff at the practice are friendly and very helpful, cannot fault Health on hand.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for 17:45 and was told to come 5 mins early to fill out the form. Arrived at 17:37ish to fill the form out. Thought at 17:45 I would get called in. Waited till 17:55 still no sign of someone. Ended up walking out as no tme management skills at all. Don't give me an appointment time and then not stick to it. I've got places to be and things to do.

Negative experience: Absolute rubbish. Booked an appointment over the phone for a specific time and when driving for over 45 mins to attend was advised was booked for another day. Please avoid this place. I don’t know how they have such good reviews….

Negative experience: Receptionist not up to standard, received an email with a booking to turn up to say they had booked my husband for the following day. Email says different. All I got was sorry really!! fuming isn't the word after took half hour to get there

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with chronic back and hip pain since may last year, I have paid for physio, an osteopath and numerous pain relief from GP with only a small improvement. I was advised by boss to see a chiropractor, I was sceptical at first . I was soon put at ease by Tom on my initial assessment and told what the problem might be. Five treatments in and exercises, I have been pain free for 3 Weeks, I have no tingling in my lower leg and I can mobilize again . The difference made to my life is unbelievable. I fully recommend Health on hand chiropractic clinic. Thankyou Tom for changing my life .

Fantastic experience: Been using this practice for a good 15ish years, very professional, friendly staff, always willing to help, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend and her husband who have been seeing Thomas at Health on Hand for a number of years. Having issues with my left side and shoulder pain. After the first session I felt a difference, my body felt centralised, like both feet were on the ground properly, which I didn't realise was an issue. Thomas gave me lots of information to help me understand what would help me and also a few daily exercises/stretches to do. He also asked for details of my home office setup, to take to my next appointment, to help tweak any areas which may add/cause problems. I now go every 10 to 12 weeks for maintenance, I ask questions which relate to the current regular tasks or hobbies I am doing, and Thomas gives me advice and exercises, to ensure I am doing my best to look after my body. The reception staff are very welcoming, nice to chat to Soraya and the team, I look forward to my appointments, I feel much better after each one and wish I had started years ago. Would recommend to all.

Negative experience: Thomas is good otherwise I wouldn’t even give one star. Receptionist is rude and immature (Thomas you need to send them for additional training on how to speak to your customers) No complaint policy in place. Forces you to put 5 stars reviews for a small amount of discount.

Fantastic experience: Ladies at reception do a tremendous job of making you feel welcomed, they help with appointments and engage with you. My chiropractor is Mo, he genuinely cares, wants to help and engages with you. He advices you on how to help yourself and doesn’t just push for you to make over the top appointments. Fantastic experience: It's about time I reviewed this exceptional clinic! I have suffered with neck and mid-back pain since starting work. I was skeptical at first as my pain returned soon after my first session. It is a steady process. You have to be patient and invest that money for the long-term. I was treated by Thomas and couldn't praise him enough. He was always polite, professional and thorough. He even taught me rehab exercises to do at home to reduce the frequency of treatments - A very honest professional. On one occasion where I had severe acute pain and could not get an appointment urgently, Thomas called me to discuss the issues and gave telephone advice. I'm not sure how many Chiropractors offer this! Sadly I won't be able to use their services anymore. I am missing you guys already

Negative experience: Shocking level of service. Booked an appointment in June for my son that we had to wait until September for. Appointment cancelled a day before as we had not responded to an email that they claim they had sent two days earlier with a text message chaser. So I receive the cancellation text message but not the chaser message....how very convenient. Customer service at it's best.....

Fantastic experience: Having visited the Mansfield branch and seeing the chiropractor Bella I am really happy with the treatment and service received. Suffering with my back and rib pain during pregnancy has been hard and Bella has helped ease some of this pain.

Fantastic experience: Thomas and his team fixed me in 3 or 4 sessions. Went to them with an open mind.. Not expecting much.. I had a trapped nerve in my left leg, i was in pain for months, my GP was useless and i was overdosing on ibuprofen and co-codomol tabs. Thomas did an intial assesment and gave me some treatment, recommeded some excercises. Saw him again 2 or 3 times more and now i am 100% back to normal. So thank you to the best chiropractor and his team in Leicester. Very professional and clean environment.. Good receptionist too. Once again Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here since October of last year due to a really bad back and shoulder pains. I'm extremely impressed with the services, from the receptionist down to the chiropractor. Last month, I kept having to change or reschedule my appointments as things would come up. Damyanti and Raeesa just made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and I've never had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes. Bella, the chiropractor, never made me feel like she was rushing and had better things to do. She's always been so helpful, listening to all my complaints, doing something about it, etc. She really makes sure that I leave that room happy. Plus she's so friendly and reassuring, I have never felt scared about having adjustments done by her at all. Oh and she would talk me through how long or how often I'd need readjustments, etc. I started off seeing her every week and as soon as I was feeling a lot better, this got reduced to two weeks then every month. This just goes to show they're not after your money but your health and happiness! I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I'd rate this with six stars if I could! P.S. I love that they take time decorating their clinic too! The Halloween decors were so much fun! :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic for around 4 years now and at times I swear these services have saved my life - or at least kept me mobile and pain free. I began coming in 2016 when I was pregnant with my third child and suffered from severe pelvic girdle pain. At the point where I could barely walk, a friend suggested I try the chiropractor. I began to see Lois and coming here was the only thing that kept me mobile. I would definitely recommend it to all pregnant ladies as the body shifts so much in pregnancy. Since then I have seen Bella and Scott and would 100% recommend them both. Even at times when I think my body doesn't hurt, you never realise quite how bad you felt until after you leave feeling so good and pain free. From headaches to backache - these chiropractors have cured many problems. I will continue to be using them and would recommend them to anyone.

Had treatment with three different Chiropractors, all very friendly and professional. A special say to all customer service staff, as the always very friendly and happy to help. Very easy to book and adapt to your agenda, reminders via text message, email if you are naughty and dont show up for more than 6 months. Few months ago, gave my feed back and suggestion regarding text messages reminders, got a phone call to a more specific feedback and after few days this was changed. 5 stars all the way

Fantastic experience: I was in real agony the first time I visited Health on Hand. My lower back was hurting so much I felt like someone was stabbing it with a hot knife! My first visit was a consultation and treatment with Scott and although i still feel a little pain 3 visits later it is nothing like when i first went. The burning sensation has gone completely and I fell much lighter after every session. I do a lot of weight training and it has made exercising a joy again! Fantastic experience: After suffering with chronic migraines for years and bad shoulder pain I had linked the two together, I did not know how to fix the solution. After a while of googling and finding out about how chiropractors have helped others with similar issues to my own, I decided to go ahead with it. After a few searches Health on Hand really caught my eye with their helpful videos and reviews. Being very confident that this place could help me I instantly booked for a full consultation and first session. With the help from the wonderful ladies in this office this was very easy to organise. After my consultation and first session I was hooked and so happy that I found a place to help me. The staff are amazing and the pricing for sessions couldn’t be better. I have now been going to Health on Hand for a few months, I have highly recommended this to everyone I know and even easily convinced a few people to visit, it has helped myself and a few of my family and friends. Fantastic experience: After injuring my back and not knowing how, I was in excruciating pain (I had forgotten how painful a bad back is) I went to A&E and GP who told me that I had pulled a muscle. They prescribed painkillers but they made no difference except make me sleep. I was told that it would take 4 weeks and then I would be able to self-refer for physio. I knew that it was more than a pulled muscle and certainly didn't want to wait 4 weeks to feel pain-free. So I researched chiropractors and came across Health on Hand Clinic, which is rated as one of the top 3 chiropractors in Leicestershire and now I know why! I had an appointment with within 48 hours of calling them and Bella confirmed that I had a prolapsed disc. She has been incredible at helping me to heal my back, she is very knowledgeable and fantastic at knowing exactly what needed to be done to get me back on my feet quickly. I had two sessions with her and had regained 97% of my mobility, which was awesome. I went from not being able to stand without help to moving almost pain free within 2 weeks! I highly recommend Health on Hand Clinic if you are struggling with mobility, Bella really does life-changing therapy! Thank you so much to all of the staff at the Clinic, they are super professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting this Chiropractor. Very friendly and welcoming team, from the reception staff to actual Chiropractor. Was treated by Scott. The problems I was experiencing were quickly identified – Neck, shoulder, lower back and hips. First treatment concentrated on neck and lower back. I have already seen improvement in range of movement in neck, following treatment. I have been given tips and advice which I am adopting at home, as well as follow-up appointments, where future areas of concentration will be on shoulders and hips. Overall , very pleased with this Chiropractor practice.

Fantastic experience: Years ago I went to see an Osteopath and he did what I can only describe as a body slam onto my back and badly injured me, causing horrific pain, putting me in bed for 3 weeks. I couldn't walk and had to have morphine injections. So after years of struggling with back pain, I plucked up the courage to go and see Thomas Jeppesen for a consultation at Health on Hand. I walked in apprehensive and in pain and walked out stunned that I was pain free and extremely relieved I wasn't in worse pain like before! Thomas restored my faith that there is help out there and that you don't have to just battle on and suffer in pain. Thomas is so professional, he took a full history, is very thorough, extremely skilled and knowledgeable and is gentle and frankly works magic! He keeps me mobile, I trust him with my health and I'm not sure what I'd do without him, I cannot thank or recommend him or the team there enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The business is run very professionally and I believe all the staff are good, genuine people that actually do care, which is just so rare. It is smart and clean. The chairs in the waiting area are comfortable with arms, so are easy to get up out of - important when you have a bad back! The reception staff are lovely, very polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. They have informative and interesting health videos and literature to view while waiting and even a complimentary drink if you wish. They also have relevant products to buy that are beneficial. And to top all this off, they charge a reasonable and fair rate for the service they provide. You can't ask for more can you! They should be very proud of themselves for what they've achieved and I hope they know that they are appreciated greatly. Fantastic experience: Great experienced Chiropractor, being treated by Thomas and Jamie , so far good and getting better with pain management. Has given me tips what I can do at home as well as treating me each week for my lower back. Would recommend.

I am now only attending my maintance visits and On every single visit since almost a year I felt that I am given full attention to make sure I carry on pain free! Fantastic experience: Dr and other staff members are really kind and good people.This was my first treatment with Dr Thomas and I am feeling very well I am feeling a lot better then before. And the reception staff is really kind. And you can even enjoy free coffee and tea while waiting for you treatment. I will carry on my treatment with him. And will give more reviews about my pain.
