Fantastic experience: I have visited Mrs Harshita Chauhan on several occasions through my works OHS and all of the exercises Harshita has asked me to complete are making me feel pain free again. I have suffered constant pain in my left hip and right knee for over 6 months and even after my forth session I am now pain free in my right knee and very little pain in my left hip, I will continue for as long as possible with Harshita as her experience is second to none. THANK YOU SO MUCH HARSHITA

Negative experience: Surroundings are fine and the treatment was reasonably effective. However, once I needed a referral for further treatment from a consultant this was impossible to obtain. Both myself and the insurer chased Sano several times in order to get the referral without success and despite several promises that it would be sorted. This has left me in pain for an additional month waiting for it to arrive and I had to go back to my GP to get it resolved. I will insist my insurer uses a different Physio for the next round of treatments.

Muhammad is a really nice, friendly, caring person who is exceptional at his job. I would also like to highlight how thoughtful he is; I have a pain condition that is made worse by exposure to the cold, I explained this to Muhammad and on every appointment I attend he always makes sure the room is a good temperature for me and even turns on his portable heater before starting the appointment. Fantastic experience: After a motorcycle accident I was referred for physio on my injured leg. Muhammad was very helpful in the recovery of the injury. He explained to me what exercises and stretches I needed to do to help the injury recover. Also the massage sessions to soften the tight injured muscles he provided really help in speeding up the recovery of the injured area . I was super lucky to have Trishul Vegad as my physio, he's very professional and welcoming. As this was the first time receiving any physio i was naturally nervous about it, i soon realised there was no need and that i was in good hands. Trishul created a great treatment plan for me and adjusted this as and when it was required and has helped me with my recovery.
