Fantastic experience: I visited Byron Health with a shoulder injury that I'd been living with for around 4 months. My treatment was thorough with simple exercises to do at home. My shoulder is completely cured, I'm now back to doing what I love and basic day to day tasks pain free. Fantastic experience: I saw Will after an ankle problem that I’ve had for nigh on 40 years suddenly became much worse in 2025 such that walking was becoming quite painful. Will listened very carefully to my problem and undertook physiotherapy and advised me on a series of exercises to improve my ankle. I am pleased to say my ankle is substantially improved thanks to Will and I am now able to play football and other sports again. Well done Will !

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Sarah and Will at Byron Health for their help with my suspected ACL tear. Sarah acted quickly, examining me after my ski injury and advised me regarding confirmation of the injury and whether to start physio or whether surgery would be needed. After an MRI scan confirmed the complete ligament tears, Will was able to give me a sports injury specific plan to strengthen it while I wait for surgery. Fantastic experience: I have been delighted with the treatment I have received at Byron Health from Urvi, who was so kind and reassuring when I was in pain from a trapped nerve in my spine. I felt completely confident from the first that Urvi knew how to treat the problem and after a number of sessions and following her recommended exercise plan I am considerably better and free from pain.

Fantastic experience: I am on an exciting journey with Byron Health. I am running the London Marathon in 2026. Will Garvey (physio) has given me a bespoke programme to follow to help me train for the event. The performance lab means we can monitor improvement which really helps with motivation and belief that what we are doing is working. It's really great to track the progress.

Fantastic experience: I have been having treatment with Urvi for osteoarthritis in my knee, to try to regain mobility and strength. I have found her astute knowledge and insight invaluable. She looks holistically at the body; working flexibly to support what is needed each session. She has offered pain management, using EMS, hands on manipulation, massage and an exercise plan which is reviewed in each session making dynamic adjustments according to my needs. Fantastic experience: I first came across Byron through a Google search and went in for physio on my foot, which had been giving me trouble with repeated sprains over the past year and a half. The work Will has done has completely changed things for me...I’ve gone from barely being able to walk 20 minutes to now easily doing 6km without pain! I’m so grateful for his expertise and the way he’s always approachable and friendly when I have questions. I’ve had such a good experience that I decided to try another service, and have been seeing Urvi for sports massages due to some recent back and shoulder pain. She’s worked absolute miracles!! Fantastic experience: I spent 10 years struggling with both of my shoulders after a bouldering injury. Despite resting them several times over the years, they just got worse and I ended up giving up most activities I enjoyed because of it. At my Initial Assessment I told Will that I hadn't been able to surf for over 3 years as paddling and even just getting my wetsuit on and off was incredibly painful and would leave me struggling for several weeks afterwards. At the time, I was going on holiday in 2 months and he strongly believed that with 1-2 appointments a week and some home exercises until then, he could get my shoulders to a point where I would be able to surf more comfortably. Well, I came back from my holiday last week and it felt so good to be back in the water and back on my board! Big thank you to Will for all of his help. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a 6 session course of treatment for a knee injury which had meant that I was in too much pain to swim, and was also experiencing discomfort when cycling. I’m pleased to say that I’m now back to full working order, thanks to Max (and Sarah too, who saw me on one occasion). Coming over to Great Glen for the appointments has been very enjoyable. I could park my bicycle right outside (or park very close when it rained). The staff are very professional, but the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, and I enjoyed my chats with Elliot on reception too. I even enjoyed the rather odd sensation of the electrical treatment, like a fly dancing on my leg. I thoroughly recommend Byron Health.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sarah for many years and have always been pleased with the results. I suffer from sciatica which flares up from time to time but I know that after a few visits to Sarah, she will have eased the pain and discomfort. Fantastic experience: I recently completed a series of appointments with Max at Byron Health for a slipped disc and sciatic pain , and I cannot recommend the physiotherapists highly enough! From the very first session, he took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and tailor a treatment plan that addressed both my pain and mobility issues. His expertise and knowledge was evident, as each session brought noticeable improvements in my symptoms. Max was incredibly patient, always explaining the purpose of each exercise and how it would help in my recovery. Thanks to his skillful guidance and support, I’m now pain-free and have regained much of my previous strength and do not feel nervous about exercising. Fantastic experience: Having had a very longstanding back problem I was advised to have physio and decided to pay in order to have a ‘hands on’ approach that is no longer offered with the NHS. Delighted to say that since seeing Sarah over the last 8 months I haven’t had a single flare up. I was told by the NHS physiotherapist team that there was nothing they could do to improve the pain in my wrists yet within weeks of seeing Sarah following her treatment and exercise plan I noticed a considerable improvement in my wrists, the pain had subsided and more movement possible. Fantastic experience: Found Byron Health via the Internet and proved to be a great find. Had problems with upper hamstring which was diagnosed by Sarah and a detailed plan outlined. Fantastic experience: I had a fall following which I suffered from dizzy spells. Coincidentally my son received an email from Byron Health about dizzy spells. I made an appointment to see Max he diagnosed me as having Benign Paroxysmal positional vertigo. Max was brilliant. After just one session I felt so much better. Having previously had balance issues that had not been completely cured it was great to talk to a professional who could describe what was happening to me. Fantastic experience: Max at Byron Health helped me recover from a very painful turned ankle that happened on a ramble. Following the exercise programme has got me back walking over rough terrain much quicker than I thought when the injury happened. Hopefully, with the the ongoing exercise plan, I'll not need Bryon Health's services again, but if I did, then I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: I damaged my knee when undertaking a charity walk in August. I found Max to be thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The treatment sessions were great as he is very personable and also listens carefully to information you are giving to him. Fantastic experience: I hurt my arm, neck and shoulder in August and hoped it would soon mend by itself. Unfortunately, it didn’t and the pain and lack of mobility were making life very difficult. I contacted Byron Health about it and was referred to Max, who carried out an initial assessment/treatment, followed by a course of treatments. Max diagnosed the issues which were causing my problems, carried out deep tissue work and gave me exercises to do in between my treatments, all of which helped enormously! I cannot recommend Byron Health highly enough and Max especially for being so kind, caring and knowledgeable. My injuries have healed much faster with Max’s care and I’m now able to get on with my life.

Fantastic experience: Went to Sarah with ligaments/tendons damage as I was unable to walk without pain. I knew of Sarah previously as she had 'fixed' my painful elbow and also looked after my Mothers bad shoulder. Within a couple of sessions I was able to walk without pain and having completed her rehab course I am now back to normal and enjoying my walks again. Fantastic experience: Sarah is brilliant, so through in her assessment that she picked up something I had no idea I was suffering with. The new clinic is fabulous too, Seiina is there to welcome you everytime with a smile and a cheerful hello. I can't recommend the services provided enough, they're extremely professionally and through. I am still undergoing treatment at this time but wouldn't hesitate to come back with another ailment should I need to in the future.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Byron health initially for my bad back and then more recently my painful knees. I find Sarah a very competent and knowledgeable physiotherapist and she has helped me very much to become pain free. Fantastic experience: Over the past year I have consulted Sarah Smith at Byron Health on a number of issues to do with my knees, back and shoulders. In all instances, she has been proactive in pinpointing the root causes of my physical issues and then initiating a treatment process that has successfully helped to relieve pain and where appropriate, correct these issues. Some of my issues are age related and Sarah has been extremely understanding and a great encouragement to promoting self help through a structured exercise program. Overall, I cannot rate the Byron Health 'experience' highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending Byron Health to anyone who may need or might benefit from their services.
