Negative experience: This center is not good at all. Don't go there.

Fantastic experience: I assumed the building was brand new, but see it's 7 years old. Spacious, calm and full of natural light. Welcoming receptionist, who knew I was coming. Got seen almost bang on time for podiatry appointment, and two extremely attentive and friendly staff spent nearly an hour talking me through various things. Can't really fault it in any way. The NHS can be great.

Negative experience: The service from the midwife Maureen. Is absolutely shocking. We have had to deal with this now over two of our children. The Woman has no track of time keeping, on every appointment bar one had my partner been taken on time for her appointment. The rest of her appointments we have had to wait for anywhere between 20 minutes right up to 45 minutes past the appointment time before she's been taken. There is no apologies from her. not once on the fact of how long past the appointment time she's went over. This is every single time not a one of which can be expected every single appointment. Shocking service. I would recommend if anyone reads this and gets her to ask for someone else as clearly thinks it's OK for everyone to be OK with her being constantly late for every appointment.

Fantastic experience: First of all, I got the same day appointment. Hurray! Long may it continue. Then, the service was good and prompt. The Doctor was calm, attentive and very friendly. Explained everything I needed to know about my complaints and of course prescribed the right medication and remedy. I hope the service is as good as this always.

Positive experience: Very pleasant building. Bright, airy and well signposted. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Lavatories well kept and spotless. It would be helpful if there was provision for drinking water, but this may be a cost related question. It's a new building but it is to be hoped that it stays as pleasant and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed by kind RECEPTION staff and service offered by CAMHS. The place has a lovely welcoming vibe..

Negative experience: Very incompetent and rude staff at reception on the first floor. I will ask my Dr to send me next time to a different place. You can feel totally neglected by staff.

Fantastic experience: We visited the Occupational Therapist Team at Pennywell. The OT team was fantastic. We met with Siona who was absolutely lovely. My son underwent an assessment based on Movement ABCs, which is how the OTs assess gross and fine motor development. This involved him throwing a beanbag on a target, colouring in pictures, tracing along lines, balancing threading beads etc. He found it really entertaining because Siona made it a lot of fun. The building itself is impressive and facilities are modern (purpose built) and very clean. There is dedicated parking available, and free on street parking next to the building, as well as a bus stop just outside the facility. The toilets are excellent and there is a baby change facility.

Fantastic experience: It was empty when I went for my COVID test I need it to get an x-ray. The staff were very helpful and friendly. In and out within six minutes. I don't have any complaints.

Negative experience: Took my daughter for her second jab. She was giving her name to the receptionist with her mask on but he didn’t hear her correct so she had to remove the mask and correct the name. Immediately a male nurse who was sitting on a chair behind shouted and spoke disrespectfully to her to wear her mask. He was so disrespectful and impolite. The thing is that the receptionist wasn’t wearing his mask or “exempt” sign. When I referred this to the strong man, he said I only speak about what I see. Poor man, need to taught customer service basics

Fantastic experience: Excellent local health care centre... Very new, bright, spacious...and all staff very kind, pleasant and respectful.i wish I could have all my many health issues seen to in this place ... From me, this is the highest of praise... My mix of rare health issues takes me , mainly, to demoralising and inconvenient & alternative locations which often leave me feeling insulted and demoralised ( and most certainly not helped!!) ... so I am VERY happy to give praise to this one all-care centre.

Negative experience: Don't really know what to say about this place I had an appointment for a covid booster jag but even with an appointment booked was told to wait outside in the cold nobody else was waiting very strange but turns out its a medical centre /Dr surgery the name says it all really

Negative experience: Turned up today for pre booked covid booster to be told would have at least 2 hour wait. They were not separating booked appointments from drop ins!! What's the point of booking? Not only that they had over 50 people crammed into a tiny reception queuing! Perfect way to spread Omicron. I left immediately. Terrible organisation.

Negative experience: Just stood for 1 HR 20 to get booster Jag,,,, crammed in a doorway with 60 others , had to walk out eventually without the Jag , there was only 2 people giving out injections ,. Absolute joke of a place , must take my granddaughter Inthe buggy next time

Negative experience: Supposed to get booster today. Had an appointment . After an hour and a half had give up as no end in sight and staff not at all concerned that about 70 people all in the one space constantly cramming more and more in More chance of catching omicron there than anywhere else. Badly organised.

Fantastic experience: Had to reschedule Flu jag and Covid Booster to PACC. Staff fantastic, in and out in under 20 minutes.

Positive experience: Sat in the car, while my other half was getting her covid booster. She stated, that she got attended to very quickly, at her booked appointment. An important note: When sitting in the car, I saw a driver leaving the car park, ignoring the road sign and "turning right" onto a duel carriageway. So anyone visiting should be careful.

Fantastic experience: nice to have my medical appointments at pennywells - very helpful staff and ample parking facilities.

Fantastic experience: FIVE STARS to the podiatry department. Took great care of my runner's knee problems, 2 months of very friendly consultation and strengthening exercise regimes and now I am able to do 3 runs per week without any knee pain. This has been a life-changing experience for me as I can spend more time outdoors, I cannot thank you enough.

Negative experience: Very poor service for covid inoculation. Organisation very poor and queueing in the street. Only 3 stations so dont arrive early, also ensure you register when you arrive otherwise your name will not be on the list and you will wait for ages where people push in front of you

Positive experience: Bright open space, some old items from the local area on display which is nice. Generally speaking it's quite nice but a bit of a pain having to check in my details at the front desk then again at the department I'm going to. Would be easier if this could be communicated from front desk or just be able to go to the department that I have an appointment with.

But I was left to sit for a further 15 mins, before anyone appeared. When she mentioned about me being late she pointed out the time concluding I’d arrived 20 mins late, not 5.
