Fantastic experience: Millie Stretton is an outstanding physio with a deep understanding of the latest therapies, no doubt drawing from her experience in sport at international level. A genuine enthusiasm in identifying what my problem was, with positive (sometimes incredible) results. The staff here (and other customers) I chatted with while waiting were so nice and positive, I found myself looking forward to my visits. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I visted here recently with what i was told was possibly golfers elbow and had my arm massaged by the therapist and woke up next morning with a strange sensation below elbow like nerve damage which i still have.I did go back for a second visit and did mention this, but never really commented on it.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Helped me with my lower back pain on a couple of occasions. 3 sessions over 3 weeks combined with regular exercises usually do the trick for me. Highly recommended service at a fair price

Fantastic experience: Gareth has a special interested in foot bio-mechanics seeing dancers, and lots of runners. Gareth examined my feet in detail and very knowledgeable diagnosed my current pain when running down to my pronation and unsupportive clogs for work. I will change my foot wear and do the exercises recommended. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: I started following Taylor Physio on Instagram because (as a Swedish massage trainee) I really liked the informative posts on muscles and movement etc. When lockdown happened, I noticed they were running pilates classes online - and having SI joint issues flaring up due to home working, I signed up. I noticed a difference immediately - and Anna Maria's pilates sessions have become regular in my diary! Living in Glasgow (not Edinburgh) I actually don't now what I'll do if these classes stop after lockdown ends! It's not just the pilates either - I mentioned an issue with my scapula and Anna Maria has taken the time to send me through some exercises to do that will support this. If there was ever a silver lining to this crazy COVID19 time, making the time to do pilates with Taylor Physio would be it! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Saying that Bill Taylor is a "physio magician" would be understatement. For last five months I had problem with my left knee, couldn't walk longer distances not even thinking about running (what I love) . After few visits at very expensive physiotherapists and surgeons, couple of steroids injections and taking very strong ineffective anti-inflammatory drugs I was pretty hopeless. Ive first visited Bill four weeks ago, he looked at me and almost instantly noticed my posture problem, applied massage and acupuncture which was super relaxing and helped with all the tension in the leg. Showed me few different exercises and ask to do them twice a day. I have visited his practice one more time. After 10 days I was able to run again. And yesterday, first time in 5 months I runned 10k without any pain at all ! Now I'm preparing for half marathon. Thank you Bill!

Fantastic experience: Bill Taylor is the most knowledgeable, committed and kind physiotherapist -- which is why I travel from London to Edinburgh for treatment with him. I wish everybody suffering with CPPS was lucky enough to see Bill -- he is the hope that you need. No doubt his treatment of other conditions is just as exemplary. Fantastic experience: GP diagnosed trigeminal neuralgia and prescribed medication. I contacted Bill for advice and saw him later that day. Started treatment immediately. Within days I noticed a difference, within weeks I am pain free and weaning myself off the pills. I have hope and a future again. I am eating, sleeping, talking and smiling. When the pain was at its worst I honestly didn't know if I would do these things again. Can't begin to thank you enough. Don't believe the people who say physio won't work on trigeminal neuralgia. It does. Believe me.

Fantastic experience: Bill Taylor is without doubt a world leading Pelvic Pain physiotherapist and one of the few Physios who specialises in the treatment of both male and female pelvic pain. A gifted sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapist also and a wealth of experience from working with Scotish Royal Ballet to looking after weekend warriors. In our Birmingham Pelvic health clinic when we need a second opinion we get our patients to travel north to see Bill . He has also built a very experienced team of physios around him. Whether you are in Edinburgh, Scotland or the north of England get to Bill and his team and they will look after you.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many physics before and I've never been impressed cause they never fixed the problem. I've been going to Taylor's for a couple of years now for various injuries and they've been able to fix me after a couple of appointments. It's very impritant that you follow their instruction and do the exercises - that's the trick. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I used the physiotherapy services in Taylor Physiotherapy for a back injury. The service I received did help initially, however it was let down badly on following occasions where I needed help for my condition.. I waited for twenty minutes beyond my appointment time to start the therapy, and there after received twenty minutes of therapy, I was left feeling that I had no sincere effort given to me by the therapist, also feeling somewhat given a half effort session, when this happened on a further occasion I located a different therapist in a High street place of business, Night and Day was the difference in approach.. Unfortunately I had recommended a friend - they also had a disappointing service, feeling the efforts given for exchange of payment was not a satisfying experience.. Be more focused on time you give in the session ! and maybe be more focused towards your clientele.. It shows...
