Fantastic experience: After 5 months of struggling with shoulder pain and receiving steriod injection I had no improvement and was advised by doctors I would need a new shoulder, as a last ditch attempt I visited Alan which after 4 short sessions has been able to fix my shoulder to nearly being 95% fixed with no pain and I am now able to sleep. Fantastic experience: I've been going to see Alan for close to 2 years now and the comparison between my first visit and my most recent are night and day. I went from barely being able to raise my arms above my head to feeling perfectly normal day-to-day, with just a quarterly visit to help keep me loose. The almost telepathic ability to find tight and sore areas always impresses me and even in just 15 mins I'm left feeling much more like myself. In addition, I'm now aware of how to eliminate most pain at home myself with a bit of targeted massage. If you are unsure about chiropractic work, I recommend you give it a go, it could make a huge difference.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of discomfort in my lower back before my first appointment with Vicky, during my first appointment she was able to identify the areas that required improvement and provide me with some exercises that I could use to aid the process. Throughout the sessions with Vicky, my back and mobility have continued to improve to the point I am now able to go on a ski trip feeling stable and confident. Highly recommended, look no further. Fantastic experience: I was recently recommended by a friend who told me about the chiropractic in Morningside Edinburgh and I made an appointment with the Z practice as I had multiple symptoms and problems I had difficulty walking sitting down or getting up and I was in a lot of pain. Couldn’t lift my hands up arms all my legs when I was walking I couldn’t balance myself while I was walking. I was afraid I would trip up or fall over as I had no strength in my feet or legs to walk, but after going to the MorningSide Chiropractic, I have improved a bit although some of the symptoms are still there which cannot be cured or healed due to the circulation of blood and other symptoms but after going to the MorningSide Chiropractic for 6 to 8 weeks it has made a wee bit of an improvement. I would highly recommend that to anybody to try the MorningSide Chiropractic out person I was seeing at the time was Alan he’s a director of MorningSide Chiropractic. Very good very brilliant person and I recommend that to anybody very highly done a wonderful job. I am getting some sort of a balance or I have got some sort of a balance to my walking on whatever but although I do exercise as well now to improve circulation and strengthen my arms if I can but I’ve realised that I can do all these things but it does take time. I don’t need to rush anymore as I was before and frustrated with myself due to that but now that I take my time on things and I feel tired to sit down to relax and then 1015 minutes later I will do the things again. It takes me longer but it has made a lot of sense to me and I recommend it’s a good place MorningSide Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Ben for a year now, and after months of daily migraines, headaches, and post-concussion symptoms, along with being off work, he was the first person to truly help and look at the whole picture, rather than just suggesting medication. I was desperate & exhausted from sitting on NHS waiting lists. I’d never heard of a Neurological Chiropractor before, but his holistic/individual approach, extensive knowledge, and the way he genuinely cares about his patients is something I’ll always be grateful for during such a difficult time in my life. I went from seeing him twice a week to now every 3–4 weeks. I found the neurological testing that he does alongside the other areas so interesting, & it was really helpful for me to be able to see & feel the difference in these. Even during the months when the pain felt overwhelming, I always left my appointments feeling more positive, & most importantly, hopeful. I completely trust him and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He’s such a positive & genuinely kind human, while still giving honest & realistic guidance. Fantastic experience: Since I was 15, I have been going to physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths, but no one has really helped me like Vicky has. She understood my difficulties and, even though I didn't speak perfectly, she made an effort to understand my problems and find the best solutions for me. She explained that it would be a long process, but after four appointments I can say that my quality of life has improved and I couldn't be happier. With her, I feel welcomed and supported. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Ben at Morningside Chiropractic highly enough! I’d been struggling with lower back pain for far too long and kept putting off getting it treated — I only wish I’d gone to see him sooner. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and he explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on. There were noticeable improvements after only a few sessions. I feel liberated from the constant pain, I'm able to be more active and I'm sleeping so much better. He's treatment has made such a difference, and I’m really grateful for his help.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Alan ans his team enough I Had a back pain for over 3yrs just a continuous niggle, I can say without any doubt, I mean not saying he can turn water into wine but it was like a miracle after just one visit a couple of cracks and I walked out pain free great fully I returned for two more follow up treatments and was explained to the reason why and things to avoid. I can’t stress enough how much my experience here changed the year I was having. After a year of chronic back pain which was ruining my life, within one session that was turned around. Fantastic experience: I have just had my third appointment after I woke up randomly with loss of sensation in my legs, i was understandably very worried! After a GP visit and getting nowhere, I contacted this practice. From the first call i made i was put at ease. The girls on the desk are absolutely lovely, so friendly and understanding. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the chiropractor due to migraines caused from muscle tightness in my neck and shoulders, and I decided to also try a deep massage from Rosie to compliment my regular sessions at the chiropractor. I have seen Rosie twice now, and she has been fantastic. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She targets the problem areas, and after 45 mins, I leave feeling so much better. The massage, along with my chiropractor sessions, is really helping to relieve all the muscle tightness I have been experiencing for years, and my migraines have definitely reduced. Even after my chiropractor sessions stop, I'll look to continue with regular deep massages from Rosie.

Fantastic experience: Allan and his entire team are absolutely exceptional. The relief I’ve had in my back, neck and shoulder pain has been absolutely incredible. He is extremely thorough and made sure that he checks other limbs so that there is no stiffness and I walk away feeling much better and confident in the sense that I’ve had a full check up. I have been able to space out the frequency of appointments on his recommendation as we’ve had great progress from the work and exercises Allan has recommended. I have personally Advocated from my family to visit him because I think I’ve had such a good experience and therefore my sister also visits the clinic. Fantastic experience: I went to Morningside Chiropractic clinic for help with a trapped nerve caused by years of anxiety and tension but walked away with so much more. Dr Ben Scott is a credit to his profession. Not only did Ben alleviate my pain, he helped me work on the root cause. He treated me as a whole person and not just a body to be fixed. Every appointment felt like a mini therapy session. The whole team at Morningside were lovely and professional and I hope they continue fantastic work.

Negative experience: If you're scrolling through google reviews looking for a good chiropractor, keep looking. Unless you're willing to take a gamble and end up having an experience like I have. Before I went here I phoned up first and explained my situation and was told that any of their chiropractors could help with my issue. When I first saw Tony I explained again that I'd been on crutches over four months with a chronic neuropathy in the left leg/foot and that it was hyper sensitive and trusted him to treat me accordingly. The week leading up to my second visit was the first time in months my leg had made a big improvement (which I contributed to the hyperbaric oxygen id been doing for two months, not my first visit to him) and was feeling really good. I saw him on the Friday for a brief consultation. Within ten minutes of leaving the practice before I'd even got to the bus stop my leg and foot had flared up badly. All the old symptoms returning, tingling, burning sensation, tight feeling and discolouration. I hoped it would settle again quickly. By Monday morning it hadn't changed at all and I called up first thing to let them know I wasn't happy and that he'd made it worse. I was told by the secretary to leave it with her and she'd get back to me. I heard nothing till the end of the week (obviously not a priority if you hurt a client or someone complains) from Tony who tried to tell me that things can get worse before they get better. Well its certainly worse thanks to him and its showing no signs of getting better or settling down again anytime soon. It has now been two weeks. He offered for me to go back in to see them which I turned down, stating I had no faith after what he'd done to me. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to treating someone with a chronic neuropathy. I asked for refund which I think is more than reasonable considering the fact I'm now going to be on crutches even longer and unable to work thanks to him. He claimed it wasn't within his powers and that he'd get back to me. That was a week ago and I've still heard nothing, so yet again obviously not a priority for him. If I hadn't gone to see him, id be in a lot better place physically . As it is I now have all the old symptoms back and am into my fifth month on crutches thanks to him. I feel he's set me back months. I'm furious at what he's done and the lack of response/interest. To say its been a waste of money would be a massive understatement. UNLESS YOU ENJOY GAMBLING AVOID THIS PLACE

Fantastic experience: I experienced lower back pain at 30 weeks’ pregnant and had been recommended the clinic by someone at a pregnancy yoga class I had attended. Katie listened to the issues I was having and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and provide treatment. The relief was pretty immediate and after a number of sessions with Katie for readjustments, I am now 38 weeks’ pregnant and my back and pelvis continue to feel brilliant. I am extremely grateful to Katie for her support, it’s enabled me to carry on exercising and keep active throughout my final trimester when I had been concerned that I would be in pain for the remainder of my pregnancy.

Fantastic experience: I have started my visit as I had developed back pain which has completely limited my movements. I was struggling with simple tasks like sitting, walking or even making gentle movements of my neck during eating. On top of it the amount of pain coming with it stopped me from doing everything I love. After few sessions with Alan the pain and discomfort gradually disappeared. I still can not believe how quick it took him to fix me and I am so thankful for that. Meanwhile all the advices Alan gave me regarding my condition helped me to build the knowledge in order to prevent that from happening again in the future. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Tony at Morningside Chiropractic enough. I have had 9 months of pain in my right leg and knee, weakness which has caused falls and had lost my confidence walking. Doctors have been unable to identify the cause. After the first appointment with Tony I felt much better and the leg pain began to go. He was very thorough and able to use his expertise to talk me through what could be causing the pain and work on parts of the body to help ease the pain. After the second appointment I gained confidence walking and actually ran a few steps. Tony is friendly and professional and I thoroughly recommend him as an excellent chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I see Jonathan about once a month. I have a physically demanding job, and my sessions with Jonathan help me stay healthy and mobile. He is an excellent massage therapist that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Have used their services recently. Was looking for a solution for sciatica pain that I, get occasionally. I have also recently dealt with feet muscle issues that I have advised staff about. After few sessions my condition worsened due to incorrect treatment. Now I bearly can walk. After realising what effect treatment had, I was sent off to continue to do exercises at home. As the result wasted money and condition were I, was a year ago. I do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 20 yr old son hurt his back during MMA training. This chiropractor was recommended to him as he couldn't get an appointment with a doctor and wanted to continue training. 3 appointments later and the issue is resolved. Very reasonably priced for such a good service.

Fantastic experience: Vicky was recommended to me by a friend. I had never seen a chiropractor prior to going to Morningside Chiropractic. I was at the point of having reoccurring mild lower back pain and wanting to end this cycle. Vicky was great. She quickly helped to sort out the cause of my pain, prescribed some routine exercises, and helped the afflicted area through adjustment, massage, and dry needling. I will not hesitate to go back as issues arise.

Fantastic experience: I was really struggling with back pain when I was 36 weeks pregnant and pretty much unable to walk. I had 3 sessions with Vicky and honestly I couldn’t recommend her enough. I felt some relief after the first session but after session 2 I was able to move freely and after the 3rd session I am pain free and able to enjoy the end of my pregnant. 100% recommend for any expecting mums struggling with any sort of back pain.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been feeling well for a while, suffering from neck pain for years. On top of that, I had other pain in my body, which led me to get an MRI. After consulting Alan about my neck pain, I mentioned the other issue, and he discovered it was muscular rather than something else. He has been treating me for the past three months, and now I barely feel any pain. Everyone in the clinic is very nice. It feels like coming home rather than visiting a clinic. The lady at the reception treats me like family and genuinely cares about my well-being. I will never change from Alan and i am done looking elsewhere for treatment where they just tell you to do exercises rather than actually treating you.

Fantastic experience: I have been delighted by the results I've seen since attending sessions with Vicky. I have arthritis in my hip which causes pain and discomfort my back, knee, ankle and leg muscles. My lower back was very stiff, I could only walk short distances without feeling pain and a uninterrupted sleep was impossible. As well as the skeletal work you would expect from a chiroprator, Vicky has undertaken fascia and acupuncture treatment and given me exercises to focus on at home. The results are amazing, improved ease of movement and considerabley less muscle pain and tightness. I would not hesitate to recommend Vicky and Morningside Chiropratic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting treated by Vicky for Arthritis (which I’ve had since my 20’s and now in my 50’s) in my hips and lower spine for a few months now and the difference in my pain is excellent. I am mostly in no pain and definitely more agile than I was last year. I can walk for 3-4 miles again with no bother and haven’t had to take any painkillers since September! I can totally recommend Vikki for anyone with arthritic problems in their back or hips. I wish I had discovered this years ago!

Fantastic experience: Having slipped discs for the last 8 years and always been told to avoid a chiropractor the pain and impact on my mental health was becoming too much that I had to try something different. Fantastic experience: After the pain of a sporting injury to my back made it difficult for me to sleep I decided to look into chiropractic for the first time. I called Morningside and the receptionist Jac was super helpful in fitting me in within a week. I started seeing Tony and treatments began immediately: no waiting around! Every session involved an assessment and a chat about where I was at and how I was feeling, and communication both ways was always crystal clear. Tony was always friendly, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and punctual. He focused on my goals (sleeping pain-free and getting back into sports) and made the treatment plan work around my lifestyle. Fantastic experience: I saw Vicky for a lower back issue and couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable whilst in your appointment. I had been suffering from lower back pain and had issues with alignment when in the gym doing squats and deadlifts. From the first session she was able to identify the issue and with her knowledge she was able to explain what the issue was so I understood. After 6 sessions I seen a huge improvement in form in the gym and was no longer suffering from pain in my back. The reception staff at the clinic are also very welcoming and helpful when booking appointments.

Katie was really knowledgeable and reassuring and after an assessment could immediately tell what was causing the pain. I had opted to book treatment on my first visit along with the assessment and so Katie went ahead with treatment. Everything was well explained and I left with a realistic treatment plan that it would take 2-3 sessions to resolve. Within a couple of days of the first appointment I had noticed a big improvement and following my second session was no longer having any serious pain. I will be continuing to see Katie throughout the rest of my pregnancy to treat any niggles and as a preventative measure. Could not recommend highly enough and very grateful that it’s allowed me to remain active!

We have been taking our daughter since she was 7 months old as we felt she wasn’t improving with problems associated with her torticollis despite physio. Fantastic experience: I went along to the practice after suffering with constant chronic back pain due to a previous injury from years ago and I was taken on by Katie in the practice. I’ve been to see her on a regular basis and my back now feels as good as new! She is Very welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable whilst in your appointment. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Ben at Morningside Chiropractic. I have been having issues with dizziness/vertigo and headaches for around 18 months and have been to see ENTs and a neurologist who confirmed it was nothing sinister but they weren't able to improve my symptoms. Ben has been great and after 6-8 sessions with him and exercises to do at home, I have seen a 50-75% improvement in my symptoms. I am now seeing him once every 4 weeks and I hope for further improvement. Ben has given me lots of great tips about my diet and how to improve my neurological function and in the 3 months since my first visit, I am definitely feeling much healthier and an improvement in my general wellbeing. He had awful reflux.. didn’t like to lie down and generally didn’t ever look like he was comfy… even after the first session it was like I brought a different baby home. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Alan now for various aches and pains in my back, legs and arms and one I never thought he could fix in my elbow. He knows immediately what is wrong and removes my pain and discomfort in no time. With Alan's advise I now use the same massage gun used in the practice to prevent any issues becoming worse. If you are thinking twice about going to a chiropractor because of the likely costs, then don't, Alan will fix the issue in no time and will not call you back for any unnecessary appointments that you don't need. Fantastic experience: I took my 3 month old to see Katie as he was having trouble with limited neck movement, poor latch and reflux. After only 3 brief sessions, his latch had improved remarkably; his reflux was reduced and; his head was able to have a full range of motion. My son was finally able to tolerate tummy time, which was previously a struggle. He was also a lot more comfortable in his car seat than before. Katie was wonderful and gentle with him and explained everything she was doing. I am so grateful for the help and relief she brought to my son and I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Chiropractic Ben Scott with a multitude of aches, pains and conditions with the hope that I could at least get one or two of them improved. I am 63, work as a professional basket maker and have a sedentary work lifestyle, but also need to be able to lift heavy bundles and move weighty objects about. I used to be very fit, but since lockdown had lost a lot of that innate fitness and put on quite a bit of weight. Just about every muscle in my body ached or I didn't have full range of movement in many areas. I also suffered from cluster optic migraines up to twice a day, and was in general chronic discomfort. I went to Ben in desperation, and after a very comprehensive assessment, he prescribed a course of treatment, as well as exercises to do at home to improve my movement, and also my neurological capability, which he said was quite compromised, even in so much as he wrote to my GP about it. Six months on, I am going onto maintenance checks once every 4/5 weeks, and can honestly say I am so glad I did all this. I would say my aches and pains are now 75% better, not bad at my age and with my profession! Also, the migraines have disappeared, and my coordination and muscle movement range is so so much better. I can't thank Ben enough, as my quality of life has certainly improved greatly with greater ease of movement and general well being. I would highly recommend this practice, particularly Ben, to anyone in a similar position, or with any aches and pains at all, nip them in the bud now before it got as bad as mine! Also, he can even help get rid of migraines, which I never realised chiropractics can do. Thank you Ben, money and time very well spent!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Ben Scott at Morningside Chiropractic on the recommendation of both my wife and a close friend. Having had some damage to my shoulder after falling off my bike it had gradually worsened and had started to refer pain into my leg. Ben has been great in resolving the problem and after half a dozen sessions I am now much improved and have a virtually full range of movement again. The rate of improvement has been much faster than I would have expected. Ben seemed to be able to find the primary issue quickly without the need for trial and error. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Alan for years for a range of issues with my neck, lower back and tennis elbow. He knows exactly how to treat any specific problem and a spends significant amount of time on the soft tissues. Most issues are usually fixed with one or two sessions, although I sometimes go for a tune up if I've not had to see him for a while. Highly recommended for middle aged crossfitters who should know better but keep hurting themselves lifting weights!

Fantastic experience: This is, from my first experience, an excellent practice. I had never consulted a chiropractor before and in recent months met with Tony Bleekers. I had injured my back from something so simple i.e. rising from a couch. However I have had multiple abdominal surgeries that, in the past, impacted on leg weight bearing. So I was not a simple presentation. After a short series of visits, learning about adjustments and drops, I am pain free. I have returned to swimming regularly and can reposition myself comfortably without any regular pain killers. My normal walking has returned where I am fully comfortable. Tony explained plainly and without jargon what could cause it and gave me ideas how to prevent it reappearing. also gave me useful stretches and diy massage points for in between appointments. fast forward 4 month and the issue hasn't returned whatsoever. also noticed my overall back flexibility vastly improved. really happy with the treatment I was given and I'd highly recommend them.
