Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jayne for postpartum migraines. I started going out of desperation but, if I’m honest, not with much hope. I had been suffering from a migraine as frequent as every week for about 7 months. I had been to the GP (who mostly couldn’t help because most of the meds aren’t safe for breastfeeding) and seen an osteopath specialising in migraines. The latter helped; however, I think it was Jayne’s intense treatment plan (with far more frequent appointments) that really made a difference. For the first six weeks, I went twice a week - made possible also by her relaxed attitude to my baby crawling around on the floor. The last two migraines I had were two weeks apart and the last one was very short and quite mild. After the debilitating nature of the situation up to this point, this has felt like a massive success. Jayne is also incredibly knowledgeable and this has felt very holding for me. It’s been the single most helpful thing I have done for myself during my postpartum period and I have quite a bit of confidence that things will improve further as I continue the treatment.

I first attended with agonising back pain; this has since gone completely, and every day I notice a difference. Getting up, bending, working – all now pain and tension-free. Fantastic experience: Dr Jayne was instrumental in preparing my body for a truly healing and positive second birth. I started seeing her when I was about 34 weeks pregnant right through until I gave birth, recommending areas to stretch. I then revisited once I’d had my son and Jayne adjusted him for minor neck strain and ensured everything was working correctly. She did this in a very safe manor and I always felt he was in great hands. Jayne also adjusted me to make sure my recovery from birth was as straight forward as possible. I would really recommend for anyone pregnant or with a newborn. Thank you!

I continue to attend regular appointments as part of my postnatal treatment, which also includes sessions for my baby. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Edinburgh Chiropractic Clinic highly enough. Initially visiting the clinic following a sporting injury, Jayne and Inga have been an amazing support throughout my recovery. Incredibly knowledgable and helpful with their treatments, advice and guidance. Not to mention, both are incredibly friendly and lovely to chat to! The clinic is also easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone but particularly to prenatal and postpartum mums. The adjustments helped so much in the latter stages of pregnancy and have been excellent in helping to speed along postpartum recovery. The chiropractors are warm and friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and genuinely interested in maternal health - I’ve had so many valuable tips and bits of advice alongside my adjustments.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving chiropractic treatment on and off over the last 3 years to correct a misalignment of vertebrae in my neck, which is implicated in a chronic medical condition I suffer from. They spoke me through the recovery process needed, what they can do and what I needed to do. 14 months later and I still have my monthly appointment with these guys! Fantastic experience: I was on vacation when I twisted my back. I was not able to walk upright and so I googled and found Edinburgh Chiropractic online. They were able to do an assessment via zoom, then I was seen several hours later in the office. I feel they saved my life. They gave me detailed examples of how to heal, stretch and exercise and I was able to leave standing upright and with a follow up appointment the next day. Negative experience: Called Edinburgh chiropractic clinic for first appointment was told it would be a zoom call for the assessment to see if they could treat my back pain £40 REALLY A ZOOM CALL how do I hold the pone or manage to stay within View with limited mobility how can they accurately pin point the cause from a phone i wanted a hands on assessment no alternative was offered i searched Google and found a clinic at morning side free initial assessment im now singed up for a package of 10 treatments i was initially draw to the Edinburgh chiropractic clinic with the add offer of 25% discount during February to new customers now they have lost a potential customer

Fantastic experience: My little one has been seeing Jane since they were 10 days old and it has definitely helped immensely with breast feeding latch, trapped gas and colic. I get told often by other healthcare professionals that they have a great head shape and excellent range of movement in hips and shoulders and I put this down to seeing a chiropractor so early on. I would encourage any parent to book in and get their little one treated Jane is fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Dr Colin Rankin highly enough. I have been seeing Colin 1-2 times a week for the past 6 months for a long-term shoulder problem and the results have been fantastic. I no longer have significant shoulder/back pain while working long hours at my desk, and Colin’s weekly adjustments paired with my ongoing stretches/strengthening exercises have improved my posture and overall well-being considerably. Colin also takes the time to explain the goal of each treatment and provides very helpful insights for my (many) questions. It is a genuine pleasure to see him each week.

Fantastic experience: I suffered from very painful sciatica for years and previously attended a larger practice of chiropractors in my area. I felt that the firm’s policy was so time and business driven that the Chiropractors employed were not given the opportunity to treat each patient as an individual With the Edinburgh Chiropractor Clinic (ECC) their approach is completely different I feel I am treated as an individual and whatever treatment I require and whatever time that involves I receive in an professional and highly skilled manner ,but at the same time the Chiropractors are friendly and very reassuring Covid meant for a while I could not have face to face appointments but the online service provided by ECC was easy to use and assisted in keeping me mobile and painfree and I would certainly recommend the online service if face to face appointments are not possible or necessary I am so pleased with the excellent and effective treatment I have had over the years that I have already recommended ECC to friends ,who are equally delighted and I would have no hesitation recommending ECC to anyone .

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I don't believe this location provides the best treatments if you are a healthy person without major structural issues but want help with improving mobility and identifying/engaging skeletal imbalances in order to avoid and prevent future issues. In my particular case, the chiro simply cracked one side of my neck, my lower back and checked my inner thigh mobility while being visibly uncomfortable doing it, something I've found unprofessional considering my past athlete experiences.

Fantastic experience: I found Edinburgh Chiropractic Clinic during lockdown and had my first consultation online. At that moment, I was 36 weeks pregnant and suffering from what I thought it was sciatic pain. I could barely walk. Although I was pretty sceptical about the online consultation, the diagnosis I got remotely was confirmed 24 hours later in a follow up in person. The whole online consultation was quick and easy. After that, in only 7 sessions, I am literally a new person. From being in tears of pain while walking to do pretty much normal life at 39 weeks of pregnancy. The standard of care is excellent and all the staff are super friendly, professional and caring. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough to all the pregnant ladies out there!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered chronic back pain for years. I booked an appointment with Dr Jayne and through perseverance she has worked on my back along with Dr Colin Rankin getting me fit and even able to play golf. a game which I love but had not been able to play for over a year. It is not an immediate fix and you need to want to get well and go for it. During the pandemic Jayne has contacted me by Zoom and advised me online on what I need to know and do. It was very assuring that she was there to keep me concentrated on my back exercises and to keep me sane during lockdown Don't worry about age. i am 73 years old an I do feel a lot younger and fitter. i have even started jogging when i go out for a walk and I enjoy it. if you suffer from back pain, give Edinburgh Chiropractic Clinic a try.

Positive experience: Holly is an excellent chiropractor with a pleasant, persistent and professional understanding of back pain. A few sessions with her, helped improve my sleep patterns, as I started getting 8-9 hour kips without restlessness from lower back pain. Moreover, she has a good, soothing collection of Motown music which she uses to create the perfect ambience.
