Fantastic experience: I have seen Serena a few times for massages that are a mixture of back massage, reiki and cranio sacral. I enjoy going to see her and recommend her highly as she's very good at adapting the treatment depending on what you need. I have also seen Ellis for a hot stone massage and a 'core' massage. Ellis offers massage experiences that can be tailored to your needs. She's a lovely therapist and I recommend her wholeheartedly!

Fantastic experience: Was having a hip spine flare incident precipitated almost certainly due to lifting heavy items and books , as well as squat during packing and resulting in rt chain had been increasingly troublesome - incl during exercise . Went in and Kas was able to perform hip mobility and traction followed by some skilful adductor massage, that has had my rt chain today behaving 500% better in pool, than it has done for weeks and stretches @ the appointment alongside my prescribed physio ex and new stretches has meant excellent mobility and massively reduced pain - as a consequence . Result - as always .

Fantastic experience: I have had two physio sessions with Kasia. She is superb. I feel extremely blessed to have found her. She took the time to understand me and I discovered the root cause of my pain. She is very knowledgeable. She patiently explained to me what was going on in my body and how we were going to sort it. Kasia’s way of being enabled me feel very safe and comfortable. I like that there is homework, a couple of things I can do between sessions. Highly recommend Kasia.

Within 10 minutes she had done a full body analysis of me and had figured out the root cause of my chronic back pain, she explained it in detail to me. She then did a 20 minute pummelling massage turned me into mush in the best way, loosening all the sore bits and has given me a detailed group of exercises to strengthen and stretch what I need to. 10/10 would recomend to anyone and everyone :) thanks Kasia! see you soon

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than five stars for Serena. Skilled, intuitive, and endlessly kind, she is someone who I feel so lucky to have discovered a few years ago now. I only wish I could afford to see her more often (completely the fault of my budget, not her prices which are very reasonable). As for NTT itself, I love the location, and the treatment rooms have a good balance of cosiness and functionality. The soundproofing could be improved. At times loud voices carry throughout the building; I think that others being mindful that treatments are underway nearby would help. I also think that the prevalence of diet books in the waiting room makes it a less inclusive and welcoming space than I would like.

Fantastic experience: The staff who work here are first class and I would like give a special mention to Kasia Zielina who is an excellent physio. (She has more letters after her name than a bag of Scrabble tiles) One negative thing I would say about the clinic is that having an unmanned reception and only very ocassional answering the phone is very annoyijng for patients and should be looked at by the owner. I very nearly gave up and went elsewhere.

I’d had bad neck and shoulder tension since a long haul flight and had had a previous massage that didn’t help much. Mariota is highly skilled and gave me a GREAT massage. She listens deeply and was responsive to my individual needs. I felt so much better afterwards. She is also very warm and funny so I enjoyed her company as much as the massage. Fantastic experience: Kasia takes a very thorough and holistic approach to patient care, going beyond the scope of any Physiotherapy I have experienced before. It is obvious that Kasia is passionate about providing the best up to date care for her patients. As someone who is hypermobile it can be hard to find health practitioners that understand the impact of hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD) and hypermobile EDS on the body and tailor treatment accordingly. I would thoroughly recommend Kasia to anyone seeking physiotherapy that lives with HSD or hEDS.

Fantastic experience: I hurt my right shoulder/arm following an outdoor bootcamp. Texted Nur 1st thing in the morning when it became obvious that I was in pain. Got seen that evening after apts could be moved about. It was a Rotator cuff strain / partial tear and Nur worked her magic to alleviate the pain and give me some movement. Extremely grateful.

Fantastic experience: To say this place is 5/5 is to say nothing at all. The vibe, the service and the legends that Both Barbara and Serena are is at least 6/5. It's safe to say if it wasn't for these two I'd remain a physical basket case with no connection to the divide. They're the most patient, honest, unfazed and ready to meet you where you are at any point. If you're looking to 'just get a massage' you can but you don't know what you're missing. If the service of renting a friend would ever take off in the UK the way it has in Japan these two would take Jeff Besos down. I fully rate and recommend them!

She completely understands where your tension is and is able to relieve it whilst applying a great level of pressure. I came across this place from google maps search and saw it has 5 star reviews and gave it a go. They have so many therapists, I guess it was luck of the draws, I was very lucky to have selected Ashleigh, not only she has magic hands, she’s just a positive person and made my session very enjoyable (apart from my tense muscles haha). I have found the one - and have booked regular sessions with Ashleigh. If you’re unsure who to pick, go for Ashleigh, she’s a superstar! Her massage is awesome and her communication is as great!

Positive experience: I had a 90 minute pregnancy massage with Ashleigh. She was fantastic! She applied my preferred level of pressure and informed me of which muscles she was working on during the massage. She’s a very skilled and knowledgeable masseuse and I would highly recommend!! Despite arrive 10 minutes early as advised to complete the relevant paperwork, unfortunately the massage started almost 10 minutes behind schedule and finished 5 minutes early. I paid £90 for a 90 minute massage however effectively only had 75 minutes massage time.

I’d been here previously a few years ago for help with the same issue when the prescription medication I had been using just wasn’t working; on that occasion I was able to ditch the pills the day after my second session with Serena and got my first decent nights sleep in weeks! I go every 6 weeks as ‘maintenance’ and I always come away feeling a lot lighter, looser and cared for. As a mum who had a baby 5 months ago (and breastfeeding) I really recommend booking in for regular treatments as the load that goes through my back now (with a 22lb baby) is a lot and I only manage to not do long term damage due to Ashleigh and her amazing skills!
