Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Matt for a number of years now and he has been instrumental in keeping me sporty. I've had a few injuries that he has sorted. As I age I have found I am more injury prone, but still love exercise and sport. Matt keeps that live alive with excellent "fixing" and restorative programmes to build strength and resilience. He recently supported me with a quad tendonitis and the exercises were fantastic support with my recovery. Today we focused on tightness in my middle and upper back; typically stress related, but feeling better already with more movement apparent. Thanks Matt.

Positive experience: I requested an initial consultation with Matthew Mott after a personal recommendation. I think the consultation itself went really well - Matt listened and I felt that I was able to lay out my symptoms and concerns before he said or did anything. The explanation, immediate treatment and exercises covered in the consultation made sense to me - and he followed up with a written report and exercise plan that reinforced my confidence in the process. I was really happy with this initial consultation and will follow up in a few weeks. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because I am at the beginning of the process and, although I feel positive moving forward, I don't know (as yet) how I will progress

Fantastic experience: I came to see Matthew having had some ongoing issues with my neck and back related to my hypermobility, he listened carefully to my concerns and history and was very thorough in his assessment. The treatment was really clearly explained and he checked often that I was OK with what was coming which I appreciated a lot. He also explained why some treatments he could possibly do on my neck weren't suitable for people with my condition which was reassuring to know that he took my condition seriously, as some health practitioners either don't explain that, or don't consider the possibility of complications. Matthew was also able to give some attention to an old injury/surgery which left me with some movement restriction as well which was really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: My first meeting with Mat was today. He was very professional and extremely thorough in taking a full assessment before treating the issues which have been long term. Special exercises were given and backed up by emailing me videos of them with guidance.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Matt at M Ost - Musculoskeletal Clinic following the development of a painful back and hip. Matt asked me a number of questions and then conducted a thorough examination. He quickly identified the cause and undertook some treatment which gave some immediate relief and some exercises to assist. I will refer back to Matt if I need further attention. His diagnosis certainly gave me some peace of mind that it wasn't anything more sinister. Recommend.

Fantastic experience: Reese is fantastic. Had a few sports massages with him now and he has helped to sort out painful quads, IT band issues and shoulder pain. He is really polite, explains everything, makes sure you understand everything and checks in throughout the session to make sure you are ok and not in pain. He also helps to ensure that you can stretch the affected area before you leave to prevent future injury's and problems. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this on behalf of my wife who is always so complimentary about the treatment and service she receives from Matthew. My wife had long term plantar fasciitis that despite visiting other paediatric clinics could not get this problem resolved. She could barely walk and life was miserable. She paid a lot more than she paid with Matthew for the treatment never mind the add ons such as special trainers, orthotic insoles and orthotic shoes. This condition is not cheap to treat. However after just six treatments (which are not particularly pleasant) she is now back in heels and rarely complains her feet hurt. She is feeling the love for this practice and thoroughly recommends them to anyone looking for professionalism and care

He gave me a treatment which has helped and some advice to remedy the issue in future. I am returning for further sessions in full confidence. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go and see Matt Mott to see if he could help with a suspected tendonitis in my shoulder, felt at ease and listened to all my symptoms and gave a thorough assessment and then carried out some therapy on my shoulder which relieved some of the pain straight away, I left with some tension and exercises to do and will return in 2 weeks to have a follow up, would highly recommend this clinic

Fantastic experience: Came and saw Matt for a issue with a long standing issue with my achillies which was causing me great deal of pain on a daily bases. After 8 session and lots of work by Matt and at home the pain has gone and I'm back running. I cannot recommend Matt and the team enough, simple superb.
