Fantastic experience: I had severe back pain for around three months and could barely walk without stopping every few minutes because of the pain. It was affecting my daily life and making even simple activities difficult.After just two sessions with Mark, I felt a huge improvement. He also gave me helpful exercises and advice to support my recovery. am incredibly grateful for his help and feel like I have my normal life back. I highly recommend Mark to anyone struggling with back problems. If I ever need treatment again, he will be my first choice.

The information and treatment I received was carefully explained. The end result, after just a few treatments, was such an improvement that I felt relief. Fantastic experience: I made a very quick appointment to see Mark following a very painful lower back experience. During my 30 minute appointment I had multiple treatments and a huge amount of positive reassurance to the cause and time to recover. Recovery time was fast and in line with what physio Mark shared. I ran a half marathon not long after thanks to the very experienced treatment I received. Highly recommended and should I experience a similar incident I will visit again.

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic with Acute hip pain, I was unable to walk any distance. Upon meeting Ryan I was put at ease and felt reassured he would be able to help me. He took his time to examine me and listen to my concerns. He performed Ultra sound treatment and strapped my hip/ thigh area. I was given exercises to perform. A follow up appointment was made but Ryan said if I felt the pain was better to cancel. There was no pressure to re attend. Within a few days my pain had eased and I was now able to walk further. I was also able to sleep. I would highly recommend the clinic. Ryan was welcoming friendly and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back with any further issues. Thank you Ryan.

Fantastic experience: Had a shoulder pain that had been gradually worsening over a year or two. Was recommended to rushmere physio and they didn’t disappoint. My problem was fixed in just under 6 sessions. Each session is on its own, so no block booking needed. Physio was experienced spent time explaining the different treatments as well as exercises for home. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant, I had neck pains and the most excruciating pain in my elbow relating to a car accident. I couldnt sleep, it woke me at night, making me cry. I was referred here for treatment and after the 1st treatment my elbow already felt better by the second following the excerises I was given I could sleep at night. Fantastic experience: Really good physio from Ryan recently. I went with a foot injury and received excellent advice and exercises to do. The exercises were sent to me via email and on an app for convenience, very useful. Ryan took time to give personalised advice and treatment and as a result my foot quickly improved. Fantastic experience: I have visited this clinic a couple of times for getting my sports injuries treated. I had severe back ache and a long term shoulder pain. Ryan has treated me with acupuncture, shockwave and electric pulse procedures which were very effective. My backache has disappeared in 3-4 sessions, post which the shoulder pain took nearly 8 sessions, however its now completely gone. As my shoulder pain is related to a specific tendon in the shoulder, Ryan has worked on that specifically and ensured that its completely cured. All the exercises that he recommended were also very effective. I would definitely recommend this clinic 100% to anyone who needs their injuries treated.

Fantastic experience: I had suffered with really bad neck pain for around a month and just left it to hopefully do its own thing. It did get worse so I needed to see someone. I saw James and we discussed the problems and he knew exactly what was wrong. I had the treatment done and he gave me some exercises to do at home. After doing these, it has really helped and I barely suffer with the pain anymore. James also made me feel really comfortable and followed up with me to see how I was doing. I will be coming back in the future if I have any other problems.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing JLB for help with my niggly ankle injury from running after 5 months of no improvement with another physio. Along with exercises I was given a lot of advice, and within a few weeks I am finally back to running consistently and pain free. James is a great guy, very knowledgable and well priced compared to other physios. I would not hesitate to return for help with any future injuries.

Fantastic experience: As with my previous use of your services the appointment was made quickly, and treatment followed. A conversation took place explaining my likely injury and required treatment. Only needed one session and following advice my knee appears to have gone back to its original state and only giving me limited pain. Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from Andrew Bannan regarding two separate injuries to both of my ankles. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and I felt relaxed and able to ask any question I wanted. He fitted a large amount of advice and information into my 30 minute initial appointment, suggested a good range of exercises that I wasn't even aware of for my condition and these were uploaded to the app as a reminder for me. I'd put off visiting a private physio for some time after originally being diagnosed by the NHS who gave me limited information which didn't improve my condition. I am now confident that with the range of exercises I have been given and the great additional advice from Andrew regarding my return to running that I now have the tools to ease my pain and eventually be symptom free. In need of urgent treatment for my arm and shoulder I found the clinic through an internet search and was impressed by the outstanding reviews. Booking was simple and I was given an appointment the same day with Ryan, who immediately diagnosed the problem and gave excellent remedial treatment as well as a course of exercises, videos of which were emailed to me before I’d even left the clinic. He relieved the pain instantly and explained why doing the exercises regularly would alleviate the symptoms. I did return for a couple of follow up appointments at my own request, and I’m so grateful for the improvement and the clear explanations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again should I need further treatment.

Fantastic experience: Went to Mark with a really painful, ongoing hip problem. After some investigation it transpired to be an issue with my back. I had always had a niggly back but nothing bad enough to connect the two. After receiving treatment on my back I am happily pain free again. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After having recurring knee pain caused by running for many months without any progress (despite stopping running), after just a few sessions with Mark I'm on the mend and starting to run again. All done with a very professional and informative atmosphere. Mark explained well what he thought was wrong, what my body was doing, and got me doing several exercises that have helped me recover, and allow me to self-manage going forward.

Fantastic experience: After a car accident I needed a bit of help and I was sent to see Andy. Through the months I have somewhat recovered although my lack of full movement is permanent. I am so glad I’m in hardly any pain and discomfort now which was so debilitating at one point I never thought it would end but exercises, stretching, and some acupuncture has eased these symptoms. I found the appointments were full of information and anatomy images to show what could be the issue with my arm - I am so grateful and have really learned a lot. Fantastic experience: Testimonial I suffered severe pain in my right arm and shoulder from mid-November 2020. The painkillers prescribed to me had horrible side effects. I had been told I needed steroid injections but could not have them because of Covid19. I contacted Rushmere Physiotherapy in mid February in desperation. The treatments, support and advice I received were exemplary. After three appointments my pain was negligible and I did not need to book another. No need for steroids. Fantastic experience: Adductors and Glute injuries I severely damaged my right adductor in a 10k race in April 2018. I deferred my VMLM2018 place, took almost three months off running and spent a small fortune with a local physio who was unable to get to the bottom of my injury. I consulted one of the Ipswich Jaffa running coaches, who steered me towards James, after which my injury immediately started to improve. James re-introduced structured running/recovery and provided me with clear and easy to follow home-exercises to complement the treatment room sessions. I particularly liked the fact that James explained why he was asking me to do particular exercises and the results they would deliver. My running continued to improve, and by the end of 2018 I was training hard for the 2019 London Marathon. Feeling confident and strong, I pushed a little too hard and badly strained my left glute, just 8 weeks before the big day! The injury was so severe that even going from a standstill to a gentle jog had me close to tears. A couple more sessions with James sorted things out and a few weeks later I crossed the line in 2:57:30 - I was almost lost for words! Recently James did a virtual consultation via Zoom and gave me some exercises to resolve a different glute problem. My only regret is that I didn't discover James much earlier in my running journey. So my journey began with the N.H.S basically writing me off as I've really struggled since my early twenties from chronic neck and back pain plus the horrible sciatica.(I was actually told i could only do 3jobs years ago...Weight Bridge Operator...Shoe Repairs and a.Petrol Pump Assistant) So fed up with all my pain killers etc i came here by recommendation,and my life turned...and I mean to the point I only take a fraction almost no pain killers,and my movement and lifestyle is quite unbelievably restored to what a 48year old man should be doing. The environment which this practice is in is so clean and very friendly...like an old car that needs maintained,I still go here and my mental wellbeing is so good as to the fact my health for me has been restored. Fantastic experience: 26/07/2015 - I have just finished my physiotherapy course at Rushmere Physiotherapy Clinic. I saw James during my time there. In our first session we did some investigative work and establish the root causes at the hip and knee that were causing me knee pain. A few months later of soft tissue work and strengthening/corrective exercises and I am much more stable at the knee and have no knee pain. Very happy. Would go again if something else cropped up.
