Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Mason as a physiotherapist. He helped me recover from two quite challenging injuries, and thanks to his knowledge and professional approach, I was able to get back to normal much faster than I expected. Mason is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely supportive. He always took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident throughout the recovery process. If you're looking for a physiotherapist who truly knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about his patients, Mason is the right person. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Mykel in 2023 for pelvic pain in pregnancy, he was amazing, he treated pain I'd been living with for nearly 2 years in a few appointments. He always made me feel very comfortable at my appointments and was very easy to talk to. I simply cannot talk highly enough of him and don't hesitate to recommend him. Without Mykel my 3rd pregnancy would have been very uncomfortable and would have been a very unhappy time due to the pain i had experienced, so I can't thank him enough for what he did.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Mason Family Chiropractic recently and I’ve been really impressed so far. Mykel has been great at focusing on adjustments for my neck (as that’s where my main problem area is) and he even utilised acupuncture which was a new experience but not uncomfortable. Fantastic experience: Mykel is a brilliant chiropractor. I contacted Mason Family Chiropractic when I was experiencing lots of pain in my right shoulder blade. After only a few treatments, the pain had gone away. Mykel also taught me specific exercises that I can do to improve strength in my lower back - an area I had also be struggling with. The exercises and his expertise both helped to ease my pain and made me much more comfortable overall!

Fantastic experience: I contacted Mykel when I was 35 weeks pregnant. I was suffering with severe pelvic pain and I was desperate for some relief from the pain for the remainder of my pregnancy. Mykel is experienced with carrying out treatments on pregnant women and I knew I was in safe hands. I had 2 appointments per week up until my due date and with every appointment my pain was easing. After 3 weeks I was virtually pain free thanks to Mykel. After being given crutches by the hospital I thought it might have been impossible to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy pain free but I am so grateful to Mykel that he was able to take the majority of my pain away. Fantastic experience: Mykel is an excellent Chiropractor. His treatments have really helped me manage my neck and back pain. He really focuses on my well-being and gives beneficial advice. The hands-on treatment he provides makes a huge difference in the mobility of my body, along with relieving pain and tightness in my neck and back. He also shows me different exercises to work on to help relieve pain. He takes his time throughout the session, it's never rushed which is really important. He also discusses other factors that can cause myself having tight muscles after a workout and has provided guidance on where I may be going wrong. He’s a top chiropractor and I’m so glad I chose him and no one else. Seeing him has really made a difference in my health.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Mason Family Chiropractic initially for back and neck pain. This has been something I've struggled with for years and never had much luck in finding treatment for. With a mix of Chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and sound advice from Mykel, I've finally felt some improvement! Not only that, he has advised me on other aspects of my health such as low energy and fatigue. Again, something I've been struggling with for years and had been fobbed off by doctors about. Mykel is easy to talk to and genuinely cares. I've recommended him to family and friends already and will continue to recommend his services to anyone in a similar boat that I was!

Fantastic experience: Having visited numerous practitioners over the past 6 years & still in lots of pain, needing regular treatment which would often be very short lived. The treatments have caused me more painful issues on many occasions. Feeling frustrated with my TMJ, & other issues not dissipating. I've been to approximately 12, including 3 chiropractors. 1 who refused to treat me & told me to go to a Rheumatologist. Dr Mason has really helped in 3 sessions already. I'll never go back to an Osteopath again (I tried 8). His generous special offer is too good to pass up.

Fantastic experience: I have had 4 treatments with Mykel so far, and can really feel the benefits from the treatments. I suffered with breaking 9 metatarsals in my feet, tearing ligaments and soft tissue. I also have had issues with my coccyx since the injury, as a result from falling down concrete stairs. After giving up with the NHS waiting for referrals for treatments for years, I was encouraged to seek help from a chiropractor by friends and I honestly feel very happy with the treatment so far and can feel the difference in my feet and coccyx. Fantastic experience: This was the first time I had been to Dr Mykel Mason and after one session my back felt absolutely fine . After his initial examination of me he explained very clearly what he thought was wrong and what treatment he was going to do .He filled me with total confidence before the treatment began and that allowed me to totally relax on the treatment table. A very professional man and I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting him again should my back go again.

Fantastic experience: Mykel Mason has transformed things for me. From constant daily shoulder and neck pain, I am now pain free. It's also put a stop to my headaches. Seeing Mykel for a course of treatment over around 7 weeks my mobility has drastically improved, solving problems I had been suffering with for years. Fantastic experience: After over two decades of knee problems and a car accident a year ago, I was in pain and was willing to try just about anything. Mykel listened to my list of problems and has been able to help me in all areas I had issues in and some places I didn't even know I had problems. He's friendly and genuinely happy to help, even with my children in tow he still manages to do my treatment and answer the hundreds of questions my children ask.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for a course of 6 sessions after suffering horrible back and shoulder pain for months. Mykel had pretty much fixed that in 2 sessions, and then helped loosen up other joints and relax other muscles so not only do I now have no pain, I feel better and stronger than I did before. Fantastic experience: Mykel treated my son for plantar fasciitis for 6 months with fantastic results. From being in pain for 2 years after exercise, he can now return to football and running pain free. Chiropractic treatment worked where physio didn’t. He also has quick, simple exercises which he can continue doing to prevent it returning. We can highly recommend Mason Family Chiropractic for a friendly and professional service.

Fantastic experience: I have found Mykel's treatment to be very beneficial in loosening my back and improving my range of movement. He takes time over the appointment and explains carefully, using visuals where needed. I feel that he is uncompromisingly honest about the changes he can make but also the changes that he can't. Fantastic experience: Mykel has always looked after me and everyone else I know that has gone to see him. He has helped me a lot when my knee was causing me a lot of problems, I recommend him to everyone who needs a bit of TLC for their body. He always is full of useful advice, and one of my favourites is to look after your body like you’d look after your car or your house, so if you are reading this and haven’t been to see him yet, book an appointment, get you body a good check and just trust me that you’ll feel much better!

Fantastic experience: Having never been to a chiropractor before,I was very dubious,but Mykel was very approachable and friendly and clearly has excellent knowledge and in depth understanding. My symptoms and history were covered in depth, and I really feel like he was able to get a good idea about how my symptoms have progressed. He answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand, and I would definitely recommend him. The physical assessment was very through. Now I have been receiving treatment for a few months I am feeling so much better and am not getting anywhere near the amount of pain between appointments that I was, to the point where I can almost just have a top up of treatment. I am 100% certain that if I hadn't gone in when I did by now I would be on even more painkillers from the GP with no hope of actually feeling better, just continuing to mask the pain and actually letting my body get in a worse state by doing so. I really can't reccomend Mayson family chiropractor enough, beginning treatment there really has been a life changer.

I actually travelled 22 miles to see him rather than a local practitioner for several reasons: *I found Mykel to be an intuitive, fun, empathic and highly professional practitioner. He really listens and takes into consideration not just the symptoms you are physically presenting with on the day of your appointment, but your general health, lifestyle and history. *I was diagnosed with a neurological condition that gave me several movement disorders. Mykel’s unique skill set helped me back to better mobility and improve the signal between my brain and limbs. He played a key role in my journey back to walking, enjoying freedom of movement and being able to rely on my body more. He also helped me with phases of numbness and tingling in addition to injuries over the years and the general stiffness, aches and pains that come with ageing and chronic health conditions. *In the waiting room, I sometimes chatted to other patients and they all said two things: how they were feeling great results and what a lovely person Mykel is.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, professional and easily accessible in the centre of Ipswich (in the Regus building just across from the football ground - ask reception if you need help). I chose off the basis of previous reviews and was very happy with treatment. Don't be confused by the Eastbourne references - apparently Mykel practised there for years and the family have recently relocated. Informative and no pressure.

Fantastic experience: Mykel has been a great chiropractor for me for a number of years. I am person that likes to understand how things work and Mykel is always explaining his treatment and also how to maintain your body to ensure a pain free life. His extensive knowledge and personality makes you feel at ease and confident with his treatments.

Negative experience: I phoned up to book an appointment, asked a few questions. I felt forced by the lady to book an appointment as she kept going on about the special offer and how I would miss out. I asked about an x-ray and they said they only do it when they feel it's necessary. I then found out that they don't have x-ray equipment !!! How can they tell me what's wrong with my back if they don't have an x-ray?? Felt as if they just wanted tmy money and did not care about by health! The reviews are all fake, as the practice has been only been open for a few weeks.There are reviews from 'clients' saying they have been treated for years!! How does that make any sense? Avoid this place! They are dishonest, misleading and just want your money and don't care about your health. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Mykel has been my chiropractor for a few years now and I can't explain enough how amazing he is. He has seen me pre pregnancy for my aches and pains and tailored the treatment to me then. Then when I fell pregnant a year and half ago he has seen me from the start and was able to safely adjust me throughout right up until my due date. I felt in great health during my pregnancy, especially with the supplements, hip support strap and the adjustments from Mykel. Even though the birth was brilliant, I had aches and pains after and Mykel has treated these also. He is kind and caring too! My little one and husband has been seen by Mykel as well so the wealth of knowledge he has is unbelievable! Thank you Mykel!

Fantastic experience: Mykel is lovely and very professional. I’ve started seeing him only a week or two before my baby is due and he’s been incredibly helpful in such a short space of time. He has the proper cushions and supports for pregnancy which make things much more comfortable. He works with both soft tissue and the typical bone clicking chiropractic stuff. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ve gone from barely being able to walk and stand for more than 5 mins (which I’ve had for most of my pregnancy despite seeing physios and a different chiropractor), to being so much more mobile and pain free. It’s made the prospect of labour much less daunting and allowed me to feel positive about my post partum physical recovery. I plan to keep seeing him over the next year as I recover from pregnancy and hopefully get back to my previous level of fitness. I’ve had a really rough 2 years medically, put on a lot of weight and completely lost my athleticism; Mykel has given me the hope that I won’t be stuck like this forever and can get back to loving sports and exercise like I used to.

Fantastic experience: I generally suffered with back and shoukder pain and had also dislocated my knee cap 5 years ago. Countless physio sessions didn't make much progress. HOWEVER over the past couple months of seeing Myke my general discomfort is gone and my knee is in the best shape and strength it's ever been! It's been wonderful to see true progress working with Myke in such a small space of time. Myke is always happy to hear how I've been and my progress since my last visit. He is willing to take the time to explain what's happening and what the treatment means to me and answering my many questions.
