Fantastic experience: Brandon was very thorough during my initial assessment friendly whilst remaining professional. Within a couple of sessions my shoulder problem I’d had for weeks was fixed and no longer a problem. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely go back in the future should I need to do so.

Fantastic experience: I have had lower back pain and sciatica for 3 years, and had surgery on a slipped disc 18 months ago. Brayden was very thorough, taking a detailed history. He gave me a programme of exercises and demonstrated clearly how to correctly do each one. Within a couple of days if following the programne, my back pain had almost completely gone, and I have had no sciatic pain since. The improvement has been so remarkable! I haven't needed painkillers at all, since I started the programme of exercises.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Flexcare for help with a very painful shoulder issue as a result of my work. I am really pleased with the relief and increased mobility I am feeling now after three sessions. The practice exercises on video sent via email are easy to follow and the manipulations and shock wave treatment are excellent. I particularly appreciate being able to reschedule appointments at quite short notice when work got in the way, and I find the service provided very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I was suffering with lower back pain to the point that it was becoming difficult to walk; thus significantly affecting quality of life. I was about to make an appointment to see a doctor but thought I would give Flexcare a try first. Ata performed a thorough assessment, explaining what he thought the issues were and embarked on a programme of manipulation and stretching, supported by a course of home exercises. He was very supportive when I had concerns and kept me on track. I am now pain free and managed to climb a Munro just after Hogmonay so I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: Went in with crippling pain that meant I was struggling to walk. Had an assessment and deep tissue massage. Found the possible root cause of a gym injury. Got given stretches to do at home. Honestly 1 session helped ease the pain like 85%. The other two sessions were to keep stretching and to monitor. I would highly recommend. I also sent my husband here for 1 session to help a back spasm and it stopped the spasm pain.

Fantastic experience: I went to Flexcare almost unable to walk due to Hip flex strain and glute issues. The pain was unbearable but Ata worked miracles. The exercises which I needed to do were extremely painful for me but he was very patient, caring and compassionate whilst still thorough. By the 2nd day after the treatment I was able to walk again with minimal pain. I went for another couple of sessions one with Hussain and one with Ata, both incredible. I am so happy to have chosen them for my treatment. Plus they open on Saturdays which is a big bonus. Highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I fully ruptured my quadricep tendon and had an operation to reattach it. I was left unable to bend my leg and mobility was severely inhibited. Javeria was my nominated physiotherapist. I cannot commend her treatment highly enough. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. She organised an exercise program to get me moving again and soon had my mobility improved. I was more than delighted with the professional and skilled service she provided. Fantastic experience: I received shock wave therapy to attempt to break up calcification in my shoulder. I felt like I received excellent treatment from a real expert in the field. I'm expecting a course of 5-6 sessions so the end results remain to be seen but I'm very impressed thus far.

Fantastic experience: I hurt myself and had trouble walking. After just two physiotherapy sessions, my pain got so much better. The physiotherapist explained everything clearly and taught me simple exercises like Self Mobilisation of the Sacro-Iliac Joint that really helped. Highly recommend!! :)

Fantastic experience: I contacted the team at Flexcare last week with a shoulder pain issue (bursitis and osteoarthritis) and I'd requested a steroid injection. The guys were kindly able to fit me in last Friday evening. The wait to have this small procedure done at my GP surgery would have meant a wait of several months and I was keen to avoid that. The Flexcare surgery in Lincoln was spotlessly clean and everyone was so friendly. After taking a thorough history of my issue and giving me a full explanation of the risks I was given the injection. I had heard that it can be very painful but apart from a scratch at the start of the injection it was virtually pain free. That night with the anaesthetic in the jab my shoulder issue was greatly relieved. Sadly that wears off lol. I am still having a considerable amount of pain in my shoulder but I am hopeful that over the next few days that will resolve greatly. If not I will seek further treatment options. I live up near the Humber Bridge and had enquired how much this procedure would be at the private Spire Health hospital in Hull. Shockingly it ran into £thousands. Flexcare charged me £150 including the consultation! I would happily recommend and visit them again.

Fantastic experience: When I first visited flex care, I was in so much pain, I had a constant headache, pain in the head, neck, shoulder and upper arms. It was my 3rd visit today and I'm pleased to say that I'm much improved. I still have stiffness in the mornings, but after carrying out the exercises that the physio recommended the stiffness is bearable after a couple of hours, my pain medication is substantially decreased 6 tablets a day to 2 a day! I would highly recommend using this clinic for any type of muscular injury.
