Fantastic experience: I am pleased to be able to share with would-be attendees to this clinic, that is a pleasant experience to partake because the physio. gives you their attention, time and expert knowledge in a caring & constructive way - i.e. explaining why you should do certain exercises and why doing these exercises will help the individual when you are finding daily tasks difficult. I felt safe and confident whilst doing my exercises in the clean environment. On my second visit, it was good to be told movements in my joints were better from me regularly doing exercises I'd been advised to do daily - It was encouraging to be told that there was a noticeable difference in my movement the following week I attended this well-organised and clean clinic. ALL the staff are kind and friendly and you get a good welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to attend Lincoln Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic

I have been seeing Mr Paul Green for a number of years he is always welcoming and I have had fantastic help and advise whatever my problem has been. Would recommend anyone who needs to see a physio to come to Lincoln Sports and Physiotherapy clinis where you will be welcomed and treated with in my opinion the best practice in the area.

Fantastic experience: I saw Jamie at Lincoln Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries Clinic, both privately and through the NHS. After years of knee problems and four surgeries, I’ve worked with many physiotherapists, but my experience with Jamie has been the best so far. My recovery journey took six months. At the beginning, I needed crutches and even short walks, like crossing the car park, were difficult. During my treatment, which included post-surgery recovery, Jamie showed great expertise. He took time with assessments and created a clear, step-by-step exercise plan that focused on both strength and flexibility. The plan progressed as my recovery progressed. What really stood out was not just the choice of exercises, but also how clearly they were explained. This made a big difference in how well my rehab worked. It was clear from the way I was assessed and treated that he understood the specific weaknesses in my knee. I am back to full mobility and virtually pain-free. It has been a lot of work, but seeing progress keeps you motivated. I would recommend this service without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I have had multiple encounters with NHS physiotherapy in Lincoln over the last decade but my experience at Lincoln Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic on Cabourne Avenue has been the best. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, and the environment is clean and bright. My physio, Jamie Jenkins, has been superb from start to finish. He takes time to get to know your history, your current needs and then tailors a plan accordingly. Visits are a mixture of hands-on therapy, exercise, clinical reviews and great advice. This is backed up by written and pictorial exercise plans sent directly to your email with useful links to video clips, and the opportunity to ring for advice if required. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Clinic as your base and Jamie as your dedicated physiotherapist

Fantastic experience: Was referred from my GP with ITB pain. Jamie was very professional and thorough in his questions and examination. I liked the videos of the exercises by email to my phone so I could remember how to do them properly. Had 4 Follow up appointments. Pain and movement improved each time, and was given advice on exercise regime to continue when I was discharged. Excellent service.

Negative experience: I never had a chance to use their services. I was given them an option as a referral for physio. The phone went unanswered the majority of the time, when I did finally get through as soon as I mentioned I had been given a referral the receptionist hung up on me. Then whenever calling back it continues to ring and goes unanswered again. Seems very cold and rude if they did so intentionally, could be just a horrendous receptionist as I note there have been other negative reviews in a similar vein recently.

Negative experience: Pretty poor service. My wife came in and booked me an appointment in person. Gave all my details to the receptionist. I turn up a few days later for my appointment. Nothing on the system and not booked in. A complete waste of my time and incredibly incompetent service. Can't even get the basics right!!!

Fantastic experience: Pulled a tendon playing tennis so after a couple of days in pain I telephoned Lincoln Physio and sports injury and got an appointment in 48 hours. My Physio was Paul Green who was very professional and knowledgeable and after a massage he showed me a number of exercises which I needed to do three times a day, after about four visits I am now back to playing tennis albeit tentatively. Can’t fault Lincoln Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this practice for some years as self referred and been referred by my GP for treatment. I’ve had a number of muscular skeletal problems over the years - neck, leg and shoulder but mostly spinal and hip conditions that have been painful and affected mobility. I’ve always found the therapists to be professional, knowledgeable and considerate and happy to explain treatments and exercises. My recent experience with Paul Green - who has persevered with me over the last few months - has resulted in vastly improved mobility, significant pain reduction and a positive increase in my well being. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service, thank you. My daughter quite badly broke her ankle and being a higher level sportsperson it was really important to her to get back up and running safely. In just 12 weeks she managed to be in a place where she could compete (albeit an easier but safer routine) at a regional and national event. Paul listens, understands the needs and eagerness of athletes and their sport but ensures things are done in the correct and safest timings. Most importantly he explains things appropriately and has a great child (client) led approach. We have used Paul in the past and will continue to do so in the future as needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The first time was a long haul to get me fit again but Paul and Debbie stuck with me and their support got me back to hill walking again. Paul has supported me again getting to the root of my pain so I will eventually get back to fitness . Being listened to carefully and with an open mind has put me on course for getting back to hill walking again I highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I have just come to the end of my treatment by the fantastic Vicky Houldbridge! I have seen lots of physios in the past 3 years regarding back pain and none of them were able to help / diagnose the problem. I had MRI scans and Chiropractor treatments which did not help either. But Vicky invested her time and effort into solving my back pain and I have never felt soo good! A big thankyou to Vicky for her help I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went with no expectations but I was so wrong. Sam was very thorough and diagnosed why I was in a lot of pain. Sam gave me exercises to do and recommended insoles in my shoe. I went from taking multiple painkillers to none and the best thing it wasn’t painful to walk anymore! Thank you Sam.
