Fantastic experience: I was in agony with pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy, it affected my walking and I struggled to even lift my legs to mount a curb. Physiotherapy was not helping and a friend at an antenatal class suggested the Lauren James. I had 3 sessions with Lauren and the stabbing/grinding pain completely subsided. I can now function and go for longer walks which has helped my pregnancy. I CANNOT recommend her enough. Game changer

Fantastic experience: First time ever booking with a chiropractor. Karl came highly recommended for those suffering with dizziness and imbalance. From the moment I first called, I have been impressed with the kindhearted service. Lady on reception is utterly wonderful! A voice and presence to really make someone’s day. Karl was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel at ease and understood me. During the assessment, Karl really took the time to get to know me and understand my symptoms, treating me appropriately with some next steps to take home and try before our next session. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I hobbled in, in pain, and walked out pain free. Karl was amazing, through his questions and examination, my back problem was attributed to a broken foot 24 years ago and more recent thyroid problems. After some treatment the pain was relieved. A couple more sessions are required but I am now pain free and well on the way to full fitness again.

My son loved Darren. I've worked with a few Paediatric Chiropractors- Darren's explanations and methods made so much more sense. Loved his bedside manners. Reception staff were awesome too. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Newland Chiropractic for many years for routine and the ad hoc incident related injury etc. Recent I fell from a ladder which affected my back etc. I found also my legs and knees were impacted by the fall, I had lost power! Fantastic experience: I came to Jeff hopeful but just ready to tick off another way to try and get some quality of life back. I suffer with severe migraines, neuropathic pain and epilepsy to name a few conditions. I have been on oramorph, tramadol, blockers, ajovi and amitriptyline. Jeff knew straight away what was wrong, said he could make a difference. I was sceptical. Since my first appointment I have not had a migraine.. for the first time in my life. I've not taken pain killers. All I've ever known is pain killers. I haven't needed one tablet! I've drank alcohol -couldn't before I've danced and danced I've stayed up late I've put in contact lenses I've began living again! Planning, living, dancing, loving For very little expence!! I cant believe it.. I wake up wandering why I'm not in pain when I open my eyes.. I had to do an emergency stop on my car.. I was in agony. Went back to Jeff. He worked his magic and I was better then new. 5/5 100% life changing!!!

It is hard to find help for complex disorders and l knew on our first visit that Darren would help greatly. He is brilliant and always researching. Our son is making steady improvements under his care.

Fantastic experience: Now aged 73, I've been treated by many chiropractors since the age of 18 (my stepmother was a chiropractor). I've been a patient at the Newland Clinic since they opened about 25 years ago. Both Darren and Nicole provide exceptional treatment and I can't speak highly enough for both of them. I have total confidence in this clinic and warmly thank them for all the pain relief they have provided over the years. Quite exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Newland Chiropractic enough. My first treatments were for a long-standing whiplash and Nicole Oliver brought to an end the constant headaches and neckpain. I was so grateful to her. Recently I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia and Karl has been absolutely incredible. NHS say there is nothing that can be done, but chiropractic treatment has already helped the worst symptoms to go away! Karl has a gift. He can see the whole person. He asked a good question and it unfolded why I have had years of hip pain and unresolved, chronic stress. All of this has helped the hiatus hernia to form and is the underlying cause. I'm hopeful the hernia will subside in time. I had no idea that stress was affecting my body in this way. Thank you Karl and thank you Newland Chiropractic, absolute miracle-workers..

Darren was very attentive and listened to all our concerns, he made sure to answer everything in detail. He talked us through everything step by step and made sure that we were happy with everything being discussed. He discussed a treatment plan and gave us some at home exercises to do with our daughter. He gave very appropriate recommendations. Overall we are very happy with the experience and look forward to our next appointment which is in a months time.

Fantastic experience: I rang and got an appointment same day, ( which was amazing as I didn't think I had a chance) only just managed to walk in, but walked out brilliantly. It was Karl I saw, who explained things, what had happened, how it had happened. ( he is a mind of information and a very good sense of humour). I was put at ease, wasn't rushed . The price that I was charged was the same as it was 2 years ago when I went, which surprised me. 5 stars all the way. The receptionist was also lovely. Will also recommend Newland to anyone and everyone. Oh one last thing, they have a screen in reception with information on it. Thats a VERY good idea.

Fantastic experience: Having never before visited a chiropractor, I didn't really know what to expect. The whole experience was very professional from beginning to end. Lauren James was extremely thorough in her assessment of my condition and explained what was happening inside my body in a way that I could easily understand. She then carried out an initial treatment session. I have to admit that this was occasionally challenging, but my lower back pain had restricted my movements so much that I knew it had to be doing me good. She was asking questions of my body that I was too scared to ask myself. I am writing this the following morning .... So, how do I feel? A lot looser and more flexible, is the answer - I can put on my socks without squealing! No, I'm not completely pain free, but Lauren told me this was not going to be a miracle cure so not to expect an instant result, it will take a couple more sessions. I have also been given advice and exercises that I can do at home. At the end of the day, I am very happy with the results so far, and I am looking forward to the next session.

I felt like she understood right from the outset, how I was feeling both physically and mentally and what steps she needed to take in order to start to restore my well-being equilibrium. She concentrated on reiki techniques and a deep tissue massage on the whole of the LH side of my body; as I have suffered from chronic pain for the last 13 years. Roxanne took so much time and care, and it is clearly evident that she loves her work and making her clients feel rejuvenated. Today I can honestly say that I have woken up feeling more like myself than I have felt in a very long time. I’m not pain free but the pain is reduced and my head is calmer. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Jeff today, having seen two different chiropractors at different practices in the last fortnight, and who were unable to get a grip with my chronic back condition. Jeff showed his consummate ability, experience and professionalism in correctly identifying and initially treating my problems within the first session. I will happily travel the necessary 90 minute each-way journey for the required follow-up sessions. I have been having chiropractic treatment for about 30 years for my dodgy back, and I know a good un when I meet one!

Fantastic experience: Never been to a chiropractor before and didn't know what to expect. After some quite alarming cracking noises coming from my back and neck, I feel much looser already.

Negative experience: I called for an appointment for my elderly mother and was quoted £52.50. When they realised I wasn't a patient there and there was no "friends and family" discount, I was told the price would be £75. How can they charge an 80+ year old lady another £22.50 just because I'm not a patient there? Absolute rip-off! If they can offer appointments at £52.50, they should be able to do it for ALL customers. 9pm: Thank you for your response. Perhaps you should mention this to the rather curt lady who spoke with me from reception? She never once mentioned the offer & seemed to think I was someone else because she mentioned this in the conversation. Your practice was let down by someone who, had they explained this properly to me, would have not incurred my frustration. Mum has now been booked in with someone else in the city for a much more reasonable price, thank you for asking.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic for many years now seeing Darren each time. I have been struggling with post covid vertigo which has got worse even with medication from the GP. I visited Nicole on Tuesday as Darren was fully booked. I want to pass on my grateful thanks to her for working the "chiro magic" as I can't believe how good I feel right now. Such a relief from the endless room spinning and nausea I have had to deal with over the past few days. All the staff are professional, courteous and really care about you. Thank you so very much.
