Fantastic experience: I’ve been having physiotherapy with Chow and massage treatments with Dan, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Chor is a fantastic physiotherapist, very knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely focused on helping you recover properly. She takes the time to explain what’s going on, gives clear exercises, and makes sure you’re improving between sessions. Dan’s massage treatments are just as impressive. He knows exactly how to target problem areas, relieving tension and helping with overall mobility. Every session leaves me feeling noticeably better. Together, they make a great team. They’re both professional, friendly, and really care about their clients’ progress. I’ve seen a big improvement since starting treatment with them. Highly recommend to anyone needing physiotherapy or a proper therapeutic massage.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Back in Motion. Over the past couple of years I have returned regularly for sports massage on my neck and shoulders. This has helped to relieve chronic migraines. Dan is very knowledgeable and offers really good advice. The treatment I have had has helped relieve muscle tension and reduced the frequency of my headaches. I always feel so much better afterwards.

Fantastic experience: do have anxiety so was anxious for my first appointment for arm n shoulder issue, lovely welcome from Dan , Salmen came out to greet me and take me through to appointment, lovely professional manner , explained everything, felt comfortable there and I did relax as appointment progressed and felt listened to as well which are all things important to me, advice taken and further sessions booked for treatment, going to try acupuncture alongside physio , reasonably priced and discount applied for paying full cost up front .

Fantastic experience: I have attended Back in Motion for more than a year for mechanical lower back pain. My physio Simran is very experienced and takes her time to explain the treatment and outcomes. I look forward to each session. We are trialling a new treatment called Shockwaves alongside hands on therapy, and I feel in very safe hands. ll of the staff are all very professional and friendly, and appointments can be arranged at fkexible times. Highly recomend.

Fantastic experience: Dan was Brilliant, I had been suffering with Sciatica for over 10 years after trying multiple places and different treatments Dan got to the bottom off it and after a few sessions I had some relief and by 6 weeks almost pain free Dan really looked into my problem and worked out a plan forward that has really helped Back in motion sprowston has a really nice atmosphere everyone is friendly Would 100% recommend and will be back to keep my sciatica at bay

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of pain in my shoulders and couldn't sleep. I was seen same day I phoned which was brilliant. Chor has helped so much in reducing pain and increasing the motion in just a few sessions. After checking on my movement I have guided movements followed by massage. Chor goes through e xercises with me to do at home making sure I am doing them correctly. All this is done with care, explanations and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: After being initially referred for physio due to a leg break which required surgery and pins, I have now started having monthly sports massages and the results are incredible. I was told that I would never be able to fully bend my leg and may have a limp for life but after 18 months I have full range of motion in my leg, no limp, I’m back in the gym 5 times a week and enjoying the same quality of life as before my accident. I can’t honestly thank the staff at back in motion enough, from the reception staff, to physios to masseuse’ they are incredible and now my monthly massage is the highlight of my month!

Fantastic experience: Vedha has, through a combination of treatment and exercises, alleviated most, if not quite all yet, the back pain which had got so bad I could barely walk. Fantastic experience: I have had a fantastic experience at back in motion they are such a lovely bunch of people. I had Pysio sessions with chippy who treated me and gave me lots of advice when I was not getting what I needed from the Gp and really suffering with slipped discs in lower back. Thanks to her I’ve managed to improve and feel much better. I also had treatment with Dan who is also a lovely person who made me feel at ease and helped my back pain tremendously! I then joined their rehab Pilates class with Salman who is a Pysio and he directly helped me in the small class to do the right stretches to enable me to have control in building up my back strength and wellbeing. It’s been a kind and welcoming place to visit and I’m so thankful for the help as I was very low with feeling in so much pain! Thanks all.

I would highly recommend that to anyone that has some sort of problem. My neck and shoulders haven't felt this relaxed in years. And to top it all off, it was so good and I was so relaxed after that I proceeded to sleep for 3 hours

Fantastic experience: I have been going to back in motion in sprowston every week for a year. I popped in one afternoon on the off chance that they may have time to squeeze me in for a quick massage due to my muscles been extremely tight in my neck causing a 2 week migraine but unfortunately all the staff had gone home, Dan who is on reception informed me that he is also a therapist so could help me so i didnt spend the weekend in pain. I had a 30 minute deep tissue massage which gave me almost instant relief. I cant thank Dan enough for being kind enough to offer a treatment even though he was all ready to go home. Thankyou Dan!!

Fantastic experience: Recently had a massage with Dan on my back/shoulders earlier this week. It has been feeling tight and sore due to a build up of knots from dancing. After the massage, my back and shoulders have felt so much more relaxed, more loose and I can feel the difference in my mobility when I'm doing my stretches. He made sure to check if the pressure applied was alright and answered any of the questions I had. Really great service!

Fantastic experience: Lovely warm receptionists welcomed me in on every visit (a rarity in my experience of health care). My appointments were well communicated, always on time and on the one occasion my physio Yashvi was away, I was made aware in a timely fashion and another physio stood in effectively. Yashvi felt very experienced and set a clear plan with the goals I wanted. She was strong and thorough. She managed my expectations and helped me greatly with after care. I would highly recommend this branch and have already booked another clinical massage.

Fantastic experience: Kartikee is honestly the best physio I have ever had. She is so thorough and encouraging, taking her time and having patience. I have had issues with my neck back and shoulder and Kartikee is the only physio I have seen to really help improve on the problems I have. All the staff are friendly, helpful and informative and very flexible. I can honestly say this is the best physio I have been too and I’ve been to several!

Positive experience: I've been in pain with my back/hips for some months now. I made an appointment and visited 'Back In Motion' today. Yashvi dealt with me. She went into great detail, asking about my health history, gave me a thorough examination and came up with the causes of my discomfort. She spent an hour with me explaining everything that could be done to help. She also gave me some hands on treatment and in doing so identified exactly where the problems were. Looks like it will be a long road to full recovery but Yashvi has instilled in me the confidence to carry on with the treatment she has offered... Thank you...

Fantastic experience: I attended following replacement hip surgery to replace a broken hip replacement joint.I was very nervous as the lack of progress following my surgery with the pain was making me depressed. The staff could not have been more professional in their approach to assessing me, determining what was the cause of my discomfort and then planning an exercise regime to build up the affected muscles and shoe insert. I have only been following this for a short time but the difference is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie has been instrumental in helping our 15 year old with his severe back pain due to a herniated disc. He has been in pain for months but since Stephanie has been treating him with massage, advice and prescribed stretches to do at home, his condition has improved vastly. We can't thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: Gemma and the team are fantastic, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Set in a modern clinic with free parking, everyone is welcoming and cheerful. The injuries that I sustained are improving weekly with a combination of acupuncture and physio treatments. Their belief that they could help with my pain and mobility issues has been such a tonic. I leave happier and calmer each time. They don't have a magic wand to fix everything but their treatments come close!
