Fantastic experience: I can honestly say Jonathan is the best chiropractor I've had treatment with. I've had a lower back problem combined with posture issues for a number of years. He's pinpointed the exact joints and other areas causing issues using scanning technology, and he's provided me with long-term, holistic treatment specifically tailored to my issues. He's also provided me with exercises to do at home, which have been the most effective compared to others I've tried. Both of these have helped me form long-term habits to improve my posture, and my general health as a result. I can't recommend the practice enough!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! Got a same day appointment, was in so much pain, but after my first session with Jonathan I walked out able to move my neck with the pain reduced. Regular treatments are reducing my symptoms significantly and Jonathan is such a caring person. Fantastic experience: I was hesitant / worried about visiting a chiropractor for the first time but so glad I found Inspired Chiropractic. I started to feel the benefits of visiting Jonathan after just one visit and just wish I had gone to see him sooner. I am practically pain free now after weeks of next and shoulder pain. He always explains what he is doing and answers any questions I have. I am always greeted by the friendly and helpful reception staff (Molly and Olivia). A professional, caring team.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Went for my first session on 22nd November. Today is 5th December. I went with agonising sciatica which was debilitating. I felt the difference from my first visit and have attended the suggested sessions since. Today I am completely pain free and moving towards reducing my sessions to 2 per week instead of 3. I did not believe this was possible 2 weeks ago.

Fantastic experience: I had 18+ years of pain in my neck, shoulders and back. Over the course of the last few weeks my movement has increased and the pain decreased. Absolutely amazed at what you've been able to do to my body in such a short space of time. Truly thankful.

Negative experience: Avoid. Thought I was spending 40 odd quid and he fast talked me into a nonsense scan and then the treatment was extra, the bill was 180 for less than an hour, add to which the treatment did nothing for the problem and now my neck clicks in a way it didn't before. No matter what is wrong with you the treatment will be the same: clicking your spine. Personally I'd never see another chiropractor as I've since read it's not based on science and can be risky. The consultantion should be free, as it is at other chiropractors. If you have pain then find a physio or a good massage and do some yoga and stretching, there's no magic fix.

Negative experience: **PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION** Yes there are many positive reviews but I urge you to pay very close attention to the negative, as whilst we are in the minority, engaging in chiropractic input with this practice can prove catastrophic. I sustained a back injury in July 23, which resulted in a protruding disc of my L4/L5, impinging on my left nerve. Recovery was slow due to pregnancy, but once baby was born in November 24, I started to make good progress through pilates and chiropractic input (a different chiropractor). I would say I was 80% back to my baseline and able to engage in every day activities. A couple of weeks ago I decided to lift some furniture, which resulted in muscle spasm and discomfort around my back, hip, pelvis, and left leg. In a panic I googled and found Jonathan and made an appointment in the hope that he would address the discomfort I was experiencing. The first session included a thorough assessment and adjustments. Although my hip felt slightly 'looser' I woke up at 3am dripping in sweat, with severe pins and needles in my arms, and what I can only describe as being in a state of panic. I called the practice at 7:15am and Jonathan rung me back at 9am to explain what I was experiencing (he gave it a name beginning with P which I can not recall) and suggested that whilst not ideal it can happen and he would adjust my treatment plan accordingly. The following day I returned for further treatment with some trepidation but believing I was in safe hands given Jonathan's reassurances. Jonathan proceeded to carry out further adjustments, including what felt at the time as quite a forceful adjustment on my lower back. I felt some discomfort upon standing but was assured that treatment should offer some relief. The following day I could not weight bear AT ALL. I had the most excruciating pain that I have ever felt going down my left leg which caused me to be completely immobile. Musculoskeletal have prescribed gabapenton which I am taking alongside over the counter pain relief. My engagement in every day activity has been minimal and I have suffered beyond belief. I emailed the practice and received a very long winded response from Jonathan to mitigate any responsibility. I need to be very clear that, yes I had a pre existing injury, yes I had exacerbated that by lifting furniture, and yes I was experiencing some discomfort when I sought input from the practice. However, I was still able to walk, engage in every day activities and care for my son independently. I went to the practice Wednesday and could not walk Thursday. My husband had to take time off work to care for our son and I have needed help from family members to get through each day. I have also NEVER needed prescription meds in the 2 years since I sustained the injury. I am currently engaging in private physiotherapy twice pw. From physio's assessment, knowledge and expertise they believe Jonathan's treatment to have aggravated the nerve causing an acute flare up and sciatica. Chiropractic adjustments carry significant risks, which I was not aware of, and physiotherapist's are regularly having to address injury caused by chiropractic input. I wish I had sought help from a private physio from the off as their input has been invaluable. This is my account of exactly what happened. Jonathan's attempts to dismiss this further questions his integrity and authenticity. He even denied having called me! He has already provided a detailed email account denying any responsibility and no doubt he will do the exact same in response to this review, as he has done with other negative reviews. I have no reason to lie and I very much feel there is a place for chiropractic input, but it also comes with a risk, especially when there is an injury at play. Just trust your instincts. I wish I had!! Edited in response to Jonathan's comment - thank you for acknowledging that your treatment exacerbated symptoms. A sorry would go a long way given the pain and discomfort you have caused, albeit unintentional.

Fantastic experience: I have attended this practice for several weeks and found the treatments to be very effective beyond my presenting problems. My aim was to take preventative action against recurring back problems and long-standing shoulder injuries. The treatments have been life changing. Apart from better flexibility of joints and back, l am also sleeping better and less anxious. Jonathan is caring and informative, listens to your symptoms, and clearly knows what he is doing to assess the gradual adjustments. It is not a quick fix, but l would definitely recommend chiropractic treatment and this practice.

With my back I know it's a long recovery but I am confident everything will come right. Pain is not normal and for a long time I ve just ignored it and kept going until it got too bad, I should not have ignored it for so long.

Fantastic experience: I sought out Inspired Chiropractic after suffering with two herniated discs and severe pain. I had previously been to my doctors who put me on double stength Cocodamol, Methocarbamol and Gabapentin which made little difference and I still continued to suffer every day with pain, as well as constant pins and needles in my legs. After 3 weeks of sessions with Dr Jonathan Wilson I was almost pain free and no longer needed any medication. 6 months later I am completely pain free, my mobility has improved dramatically and I have never felt better. I honestly can't thank Dr Jonathan enough for his incredible professionalism, knowledge and fantastic support since day one. The knowledge I have gained around the nervous system, how it affects my whole body, the treatments that are right for me, the after care I can do at home, etc.... have all been fantastic. Negative experience: Reception staff friendly and helpful. However, I found my appointments extremely rushed and quite impersonal. All of my follow up appointments, I was only in the room around 5 minutes. It's a lot of money to pay especially for 5 minutes, I was led to believe all follow ups were 15/20 minutes. I had barely got off the table and didn't even have my shoes on before the chiropractor was out of the door to the room I was in, and in to the next room saying hello to that patient. I felt like I was just another number, just another £50 for 5 minutes work.

Fantastic experience: A very beautiful place with warm and kind people! You immediately feel a sense of calm, even if you’re anxious about the problem you’re facing! The girls at the reception are so sweet and try from the very beginning to make you feel comfortable! Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical at first and was desperate. The team was reassuring and patient with my worries and questions. I do feel the appointments from Dr Jonathon have made a difference in pain levels in my chest and back over time. With this, I do also feel my posture has improved and I’ve seen a reduction in headaches. Also, shout out to Molly and Karley on reception who are friendly, welcoming and help to keep your mind occupied when you’re feeling nervous prior to an appointment!

Fantastic experience: Had chronic upper back pain, pinched a nerve, couldn't walk was crawling around, Jonathan gave me emergency appointment within half an hour after seeing him I could walk again. The next day was almost completely fine. Would highly recommend

Negative experience: Avoid , this man charged me around £800 , I was not healed, all he ever done was click my neck. He would run between me and other clients constantly during my treatments would leave me there , then after a 15 minutes would send me on my way , both my collar bones are now permanently out of line, visibly raised and are very stiff and will not move. He's a con artist , don't waste your time and money, I eventually saw an Osteopath who treats the whole body not just cracks your neck... he cured my back problems but was unable to realign my collar bones. Jesus will not be happy with Jonathan on judgement day and he knows it... I hope if you read this message, and you still go , it will dawn on you too that he's not curing but he is draining your precious cash. Best of luck send him love he needs it.

Negative experience: I received treatment here for a few months to try to fix post-partum hip and back pain. At my first appointment a series of tests were done and was told my results were so bad I'd need a regular programme of appointments 2-3 times a week for a prolonged period. About 3 months later follow up tests were done and the results were almost identical but I was told that the test results don't actually matter very much. I'd feel better after each appointment but the pain would return pretty quickly, and over about 3 months of treatment there wasn't much improvement in terms of how long I'd feel ok for after an appointment. I was desperate, in pain and sleep deprived so I convinced myself it was working well. Then Dr Wilson kept encouraging me to seek out private scans and tests for an unrelated health issue (which then resolved itself), and to go to a place he recommended. At that point I'd spent around £1k on his treatments and couldn't afford more. I made it clear in my first appointment that I'm LGBT and he would often bring this up in ways that were uncomfortable for me. In an early appointment he asked me why I wanted to be a parent, given that I'm LGBT. He'd often ask me to give my opinions on LGBT news stories he'd seen. I stopped my appointments after he suggested that me being LGBT might be linked to "a hormonal imbalance". He would also often explain the basics to me of topics that I had told him I'd studied in depth, or about my work. At the time I was breastfeeding and he would repeatedly ask me about this, and about the clothes I wore to enable me to do it, which made me feel very uncomfortable but I didn't want to raise the issue for fear of it becoming more awkward.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Jonathan for a year, and I can't recommend him highly enough. His expertise and ability to put you at ease are exceptional, and he has significantly improved my back pain. I'm truly grateful for his care. The reception team is always welcoming and friendly, making each visit a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly of what Dr Jonathan has done for me, from walking in virtually broken, to be able to work and play golf ever since, something that I didn’t think I would be able to do. The way He explains the process and the need to maintain the body rather than expecting a quick fix, is invaluable. Very Highly recommended

Negative experience: Dr Wilson came across as a Quack! It was two days ago that I went there and my body is still recovering: more back pain than before, tiredness and diarrhea. I didn't receive any aftercare instructions, or get any information about why he did what he did, and I was in agony as he made the 'adjustments '.

Fantastic experience: I have found all of the staff very kind and helpful, and the service has been immensely beneficial. After a flare-up of an injury, I have noticed significant improvement since starting my visits here. I am now becoming more flexible and strong again, with a better awareness of where my issues actually are. They are also understanding of my mental health needs and empathetic.

Negative experience: I recently visited "Dr." Jonathan for some chiropractic services, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite being promised effective treatment, all I received were a few basic nerve releases, which did not provide any significant relief. Each session lasted barely 5 minutes, yet I was charged £40-£45 per visit. Initially, he wanted me to come three times a week, which would have been an exorbitant amount of money. The initial consultation was particularly concerning. I was charged a whopping £140 for a superficial diagnosis that provided no clear insight into my condition. The entire process felt dubious and unprofessional. After realising that there were no improvements in my condition after nearly 7 months and having spent over £2,000, I decided to stop attending.I strongly advise potential patients to be cautious and seek alternative chiropractors who provide genuine and effective care. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Fantastic experience: Can’t rate Dr. Johnathan enough. I have always suffered with headaches, lower back pain and shoulder pain. After my first visit I felt instant relief. He has helped me understand how to look after my back and maintain it.

Fantastic experience: After thinking I was a lost cause! I'd been under the local hospital for years and with neuromuscular atrophy, back pain and a few other issues, I didn't think any one could help me but after my son crazed me to go with him as Dr Jonathan had made a great difference to his body, I agreed. I can now stand straight and the muscles in my mid back have relaxed and no longer throb and can now turn my head left to right. I have a long way to go but I can't thank Dr Jonathan and his lovely team enough. A 10 star rating isn't enough.

Fantastic experience: I come here weekly to help with abdominal migraines, that I have been diagnosed with since a young age. I used to have them weekly and they could last for up to three days at a time, no matter what I did to try to prevent them. I’ve tried every tablet my Gp and the Neuro team can offer but no results. Since coming here for three months, my migraines have significantly reduced to one migraine every three weeks and they normally last a day or two. Without the help of inspired chiropractic I didn’t think it was possible to get rid of the migraines but we are confident we can with these early results! Fantastic experience: We found Inspired Chiropractice online when I looked for ways of helping my newborn get more comfortable sleeping and laying on her back. She can now play on her back and started to sleep on her back also (naps only but this is a huge progress!). Whilst she was being looked after, I also sought help with post-partum issues which have nearly disappeared now! I no longer feel any sciatic nerve pain and even managed to go for a jog yesterday. Fantastic experience: Genuinely so happy I found this practice, I am 27 & I’ve been having problems for a while without any help that was working. From my first appointment i threw away everything I thought I knew about my body because I was wrong! Jonathan took me through everything slowly explaining everything so well so I understand! I paid for the extra scans and oh my god what a difference it makes when you can see the full picture. So happy with the progress so far and can see a difference already. Dr Jonathan is also so smart and funny and makes you feel comfortable! 5 stars & cant wait to continue my plan! Fantastic experience: After 6 months of seeking GP and Rheumatology advice and treatment for sciatica , neck, lower back and hip pain with no relief, I decided to contact Dr Jonathan Wilson. I was originally very sceptical that he would be able to help me but after three sessions within my tailored treatment plan I am already feeling immense benefits with walking with less pain, my leg not giving way resulting in me falling and able to sleep a bit longer before feeling uncomfortable, all these positive changes resulting in better mental well-being. For anybody who is sceptical about whether chiropractic therapy is right for them I would strongly suggest giving it a try if you want to get your life back. I still have a way to go in my treatment but Dr Jonathan Wilson has helped me more in three sessions than two other medical professionals in the previous six month's. Living in a medically vulnerable household my request for staff to wear a mask so I could continue to protect my family was met with no issues which I am very grateful for. My diagnosis and treatment was explained in depth with a clear written report. Each session I am given opportunity to ask questions for any clarification. All staff were extremely helpful to meet my needs and help me relax, I would most definitely recommend this service in the future to anyone I know who would benefit from the service provided . If you are living a life in pain which is hampering your daily life, Dr Jonathan Wilson may be able to help start your journey to a pain free life so you can regain your life back. I am no longer a sceptic about chiropractic therapy, my only regret is not having sought help sooner than I did as my injury would possibly not have been as bad and I know in my case the pain of suffering would be less as it already is after three sessions. Fantastic experience: My experience at the inspired chiropractic this morning was fantastic the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. Once I saw the doctor who i saw this morning knew exactly what my disability was before I didn't have explain myself disability which I have to most medical professionals which took a load off. I also surprised that managed to get appointment on same the day as i rang.

Fantastic experience: So my first chiropractor appointment had been elsewhere two days before seeing Dr Wilson. I attended with a view to improving my chronic migraine experiences. On the first appointment elsewhere my migraine had been triggered worse than it had in years, so the first time I saw Dr Wilson I was incredibly nervous of exacerbating the pain that was already over shadowing me. Dr Wilson had a very thorough investigation of my history and symptoms, including triggers. During our first session he was very comfortable setting me at ease, relaxing me...which is rather essential when working with muscles and bones. And by the end of the appointment I was free of the migraine that seemed to be hanging around. I'm now 4 sessions in and have been migraine free...even through a hormonal surge. I'm gently getting my life back together, being more physical...like moving furniture, cleaning, and today walking the dogs...something I've been unable to do without issue, as I have a rather strong furbaby. Not only Dr Wilson, but the reception staff, are both so warm and welcoming. Whenever you step in to the Practice, you find yourself just releasing your concerns and feeling comfortable. The motivational style imagery on the walls may seem "yeah yeah", but when you've experienced an adjustment session you realise that the Practices approach to wellbeing is not just face value. It's about looking at the whole you, not just the area of pain. I found re-reading the imagery after a session meant something completely different to when I went in. I cannot recommend Inspired Chiropractor highly enough. I realise that one size doesn't fit all, but for me and my migraines, this is a perfect fit.

Fantastic experience: Been going to see Dr Jonathan for a few months now, only seems like it's time to share my thoughts. I have a very manual job and had lots of pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back. The first appointment was very thorough with a full scan of my back, which revealed where all my issues were and there were a lot! Started with twice weekly appointments for 8 weeks, followed by another scan and assessment of my progress. Now down to once a week. I'm feeling better more energetic, with better mobility and improving week after week.The staff are wonderful and greeted on first name terms. Dr Jonathan is great and in my opinion the best in Norwich.

Fantastic experience: I first encountered Inspired Chiropractic some 12 years ago by sheer good fortune when I was suffering with such extreme leg and back pain that I could scarcely walk, but happened to park outside the clinic. I have since maintained fortnightly treatment which has improved and maintained my movement and largely eliminated pain. I would recommend Dr. Jonathan and his staff wholeheartedly and indeed have done so.

Fantastic experience: Going to see Dr Johnathan was the best decision I’ve ever made, my first appointment was so person centred (personal) it was detailed and I learnt so much, he talks you through everything step by step and why your body does certain things and how everything is connected. I’ve gone with a tail bone issue and already I’m feeling the difference, he is helping my neck and back. As he is great to chat to about anything, I feel he could sort the country out aswell . The welcome you get from the team is wonderful, Emma was the first person I spoke to, she is always smiling and so happy to see you, she sat and spent time with me going through the paperwork. And remembering your name is extra special for me. It makes me feel valued. I generally look forward to attending my appointments. Fantastic experience: What can I say? The team there have been fantastic. After years of trying Osteo and chiros, who frankly I found to be mostly quacks, I had an NHS MRI scan which revealed major disc issues in my back. I knew only a limited amount could be done but Dr Jonathan has made INCREDIBLE improvements. He's structured, has a great support team and tells it like it is. He's hardcore, but funny. You may not like some things you will hear about what you've done to yourself, but he imparts knowledge and advice with a smile and an explanation. Most important - Jonathan treats everyone HIMSELF, there's no laying patients off to lower qualified staff, he literally is hands on with everyone. Secondly, he is A DOCTOR. He is a fully qualified medical doctor who chose to specialise in Chiropractic. Try finding another one of those. You won't. First thing he did for me was a general health assessment, blood pressure etc, and promptly sent me to my GP to get the appropriate blood pressure and statins treatment and assessment before he could start work on me. It's apparent to me that most people doing 'chiro' type of stuff are just kids with a degree in sports science, thats why generally they're hopeless. If you're looking for dramatic stunt back cracking noises etc or an instant cure, you won't find it here (ok there ARE some back cracking noises!). It's called adjustment for a reason, it's solid restructuring of the problem over a controlled period. Be prepared to stick it out. At first I was visiting three times a week. Think of your back like a boat with a hole in the bottom. Right now you are sinking. Jonathan is going to start to help you bale the water out while the hole is being fixed. Stop baling and you'll still sink as the hole won't have been fixed. You have to stick at it, yes it comes with a cost - like driving a car - you can save on petrol and tyres if you dont drive it, but if you want to drive you'll need to pay for running costs. The intensity has a reason - if you are in rough shape and you only get treated once a month, you'll never recover the ability for your body to heal itself, and you'll be visiting for ever, never really getting well. With Inspired you'll get a treatment schedule you need to keep to, THEN you body will start to heal itself and you can back off to maintenance - thats just where I am getting to after about 10 months - however I am a 'worst case' example, 5 damaged discs, overweight, sedentary. Your experience may be much faster. Finally Karly and the front of house team are a JOY, parking is actually pretty easy on Prince of Wales Road. There's a strong rumour that there are no Traffic Wardens employed by the Council so it's claimed you could park there for a year of visits and never buy a ticket... I can't possibly confirm that though. Inspired - inspirational.
