She has been so patient and encouraging throughout my recovery, celebrating the small improvements with me and always giving me the confidence to keep going. Fantastic experience: Began sessions with Nathan with very limited movement and grip in my left arm due to tennis elbow. He was very reassuring about my recovery but realistic about the time it would take to feel better. I found the acupuncture very helpful, it is a quick process and although it feels a bit strange it isn't at all painful. I am now able to be back at the gym using adaptations and I couldn't be happier with my treatment. Thanks Nathan!

Fantastic experience: I hadn't had physio before and was apprehensive if it would help me. I was referred to Pure Physio Therapy and met with a lovely lady called Heidi. Discussed the issues I was having with my neck, she explained what has happened and demonstrated excises I should do at home that will help. I have also had 2 physio sessions on my neck. I can definitely feel the benefit, I now have better movement in my neck and am waking up with no pain.

Fantastic experience: I was referred via Bupa for shoulder pain with pins and needles. From the initial consultation, Nathan was friendly, quickly understood what was causing my issue, and clearly explained the next steps. Within just a few sessions at Pure Adelaide Street Clinic in Norwich, combined with exercises at home, my shoulder is now back to normal. I’d highly recommend both Nathan and Pure Physio.

Fantastic experience: I saw Sarah for a long-standing ankle and calf issue that had been affecting my and overall movement. The assessment was thorough and reassuring and the treatment immediately made a noticeable difference. Clear explanations and a sensible rehab plan. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Pure Physiotherapy for years now and they've helped me with many injuries and supported me to get back to running after an operation. I am grateful for their approach to runners, giving sound advice and treatment but understanding that active people need an active recovery wherever possible. Everyone I've seen has been fantastic and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Pure Physio enough - I was having joint pains for over 18 months, I had lots of doctor and hospital appointments and had every joint in my body scanned or x-rayed - I had also been prescribed several tablets. Someone suggested Physio and gave me Pure's number and Phin's name. From the minute I walked in to the final time I walked out the difference is amazing - so long as you follow the exercises and advice you are given your recovery will be so much quicker. Thank you once again, I will have no hesitation in recommending you.

Fantastic experience: Had 5 physiotherapy sessions with Nathan P. after a knee replacement . He was professional , friendly & very informative throughout my rehabilitation to strengthen the leg & get me back to my former condition. Nathan gave me exercises to carry on with at home & in the gym , increasing the level after each physio session , to help with muscle reformation . By listening & following Nathan's instructions I am almost back to my pre-operation mobility & flexibility. Thank you so much & keep up the good work .

Fantastic experience: Used pure physiotherapy through my work for a sciatica flare up which I struggled to get a grip of, had 3 sessions with Sam and now it’s back to where it was before at a level I can manage myself, will be using if another flare up occurs

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going for a few months for my back and the help I have been given is great. The exercises I have been given work a treat and the hands on from Sarah help no end . Sarah also gave me a few exercises to do for my knee as it is quite bad after a motorcycle accident , I walk in in pain and walk out pain free. Very professional service and very knowledgeable physiotherapists. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. I can not recommend them enough. First class service. Fantastic experience: First class professional service from Pure Physiotherapy. I had 10 sessions of half an hour every week after herniating a disc. I was given an app with exercises to do which started off difficult, however my physio Sam reassured me to trust in the process and keep plodding on. Every appointment was thorough and Sam genuinely seemed to care about my wellbeing and personal life. I found this comforting and it became like visiting a friend every week. Sam would massage and manipulate the vertebrates and loosen my muscles around the affected area with great results every week. He would explain everything from the skeleton and nervous system and how my body is reacting to certain movements and exercises. 100% reccomended!

Fantastic experience: Recently I had the misfortune to develop severe pain in my right shoulder. I contacted the practise and was seen very quickly and was diagnosed with referred neck pain. I had some immediate treatment to my neck and trapezius muscle and was given a set of exercises and pressure points to action. Within four days the pain has reduced dramatically and I am well on the way to recovery and back to Triathlon training. I received a follow up call to check on progress, which was unexpected and welcomed. The service I received was first class and I would throughly recommend Pure Physiotherapy. Carl - Attleborough

Fantastic experience: I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt the care I received was exceptional. My insurance covered me for three sessions but I saw a dramatic improvement after two, meaning my third session was focused on ensuring full recovery and long term maintenance. It was exactly what I needed. My physiotherapist, Grace, was professional throughout, but also very friendly and easy to talk to about my general health and how it impacted on my physio issue. A credit to the practice.

Positive experience: Staff were very friendly, but the treatment sessions weren't the best. By the time I'd re-explained my circumstances at the beginning of each session, there was usually roughly 15 minutes left for treatment.

Fantastic experience: After being referred thanks to a vehicle accident, I have found Grace especially, and all the staff that have helped me, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have decided that after such good treatment, that I will return and have some more sessions with Grace. I feel much better after each session and the shoulder pain, and lack of free movement I was suffering has almost been resolved. Thankyou Grace!!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Claire's beginners pilates class for over a year now. Being hyper-mobile, pilates has been transformational for my usual aches, pains and fatigue. Claire is a great teacher and with her physiotherapy background, she can easily cater/adapt exercises to your needs. The classes are kept small and friendly, which means Claire can give you her full attention each week. I would not hesitate to recommend her classes to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I was referred for physio on my shoulder and took the advice to try Claire’s beginners class. She has been brilliant, understanding my limitations and helping me adjust. I am now regularly attending her intermediate class on Tuesday evenings which have helped enormously to keep me upright and my shoulders much stronger, my consultant is very pleased with how stable my artificial hip is as I walk more evenly. Fantastic experience: Six months ago I first started seeing Pure Physio after suffering a concussion that turned into post-concussion syndrome. It was an incredibly difficult time in which i felt vulnerable and unsure of which treatment to seek. Pure physio directed me towards their lead practionier Finn who has supported me through the past six months with support, encouragement and positivity; using a range of treatments from acupuncture, physical manipualtion and vestibular exercises. Sessions always are on time and I couldn't reccommend him and the clinic highly enough. Having come through the worst of it, I am now seeing Finn for back pain, which again, he is methodically tackling with a range of treatments.

Despite her size, she has the finger strength of a prop forward and manipulated my muscles with ease. I have enjoyed my sessions but with nearly full recovery, I no longer need to visit. Fantastic experience: Pure physiotherapy was very good at communicating with me via text messaging immediately sending me my appointment and also a reminder on the day. Never having had physio before I was not sure what to expect but I didn't have to worry as I couldn't have asked for a better explanation and treatment for my condition. After just six half hour sessions and a bit of work at home I am now pain free and have full use of my arm again.

Having had bad experiences in the past elsewhere, unsure of acupuncture I trusted him, his professional skill & friendly holistic approach goes a long way to recovery.... you've lost a good guy, I wish him the very best, thank you Matt you have skill in your trade....
