Negative experience: Where do I even begin.....I'm in absolute horror that this is a legal business. Clearly only cares about money rather than the people's needs..£1400 for 7min treatments at a time. Myself and my friend both came here, both with completely different issues. For some reason my x rays cost £100 and my friends were £60.00 for the same amount of pictures of my spine, which doesn't make sense first of all. To then be told we would have tailored treatment plans when we both got exactly the same plan and costs over £1400!!! I've gone elsewhere for much cheaper and longer sessions and my pain is already better rather than being over 1k down! Save your hard earned money people.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and professional team who are more than happy to assess you and your needs and tailor the treatment that is right for you. I have been seen by different members of staff who are all equally very good at their job. The treatment I have received so far has certainly helped me. Nothing is too much trouble and any questions are always answered. It is a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The management are friendly and helpful and willing to work with you when you make appointments or have any queries. I'm glad I found this place. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is suffering with back/joint/leg pain etc. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My 89 year mother has almost finished her 12 treatment plan here. I can not express the professionalism of the staff, but also the care and attention has been outstanding for her. Nothing is too much trouble. Her walking has improved with the pain significantly dropped. I would 200% recommend anyone who is undecided to make an appointment and not look back!

Fantastic experience: Lots of praise for Wen! He is a great guy and brilliant practitioner. I herniated a lumber disc last year. I signed up for a 12 weeks care package. my back was stretched, massaged and manipulated. Wen supported me through this and gave me some personalised exercises to stretch and strengthen my back. I now see him on a monthly basis for maintenance adjustments to my back The support and treatment that I received enable me to get mobile again. So much so, that I was able to climb and explore the Eyri Snowdonian mountain range over the summer. Thank you Wen!

Fantastic experience: I was really struggling with back pain when I first started going here but Wen has been amazing & after an intense course of treatments I am now down to once a month maintenance visits to keep any niggling aches at bay. The whole team are so friendly & Wen really knows which areas of my back need work & explains exactly what he is doing & why. Really recommend especially for anyone who is anxious of getting treatment as they really put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: I have had lower back issues for 20 years now since rupturing 3 discs in my lower back, leaving me with 2 prolapsed discs for all this time. This year I decided to try something other than repeating injections on the NHS which don’t really give me much relief anymore. Wen and the team have really helped me out with various treatments, most beneficial being the adjustments and the IDD decompression machine. I am now on a maintenance plan and have much greater movement than I have had for a long time. I would definitely recommend giving a visit to see if it helps you out as it has helped me.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I woke up one morning in complete agony down my leg! They had me in quick as anytbing to x-ray me! Turns out I slipped a disc onto my nerve which caused the pain down my leg! I couldn't sit or lay down or even stand sometimes! And I'm a farmer which obviously I sit down alot! They had me in and set up a plan quick as anytbing to get me back to work and within 3 weeks I was back to work and only half way through my treatment plan! Super friendly place would 100% recommend this place. everyone is very helpful and very friendly to talk to! Got me back to work quicker than I thought!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Wen a year ago as my lower back was painful and my upper back always felt tight. Since coming here my back feels so much better. Wen has been great at giving me advice on how to adjust my posture at work and what exercises I can do to relieve some of the pressure between visits. All the staff at Norwich Spinal Health are lovely, so welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Wow, this place is amazing . After fracturing my foot & wearing a boot I was left with horrendous back pain. Drs were no help offering me lots of pain meds that didn't help at all. I went here for my initial appointment & x-rays . Withing 24 hours they could see my spine was curved & had bone spurs at the base of it. Result . Wen had made a plan of all the treatments that would help. I booked a 3 month course. The IDD treatment I think was the magic wand to recovery. In a couple of weeks I could really feel the difference & walk a while without sitting down & grimacing in pain. Without the amazing staff (of which I met most of on my treatments) I can't imagine what my life would have been waiting for the Doctors to take me seriously. Waiting months (or years ) to get any treatment. This was worth every penny to have my life back to normal & get back to work. Thank you to all the staff who are the absolute best.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! They've helped me so much with my pains and mobility issues in my back, neck, hips, knees and shoulders. Wen has been an absolute lifesaver for me, he's been able to find exactly what and where my issues are and been able to correct them for me and relieve a lot of pain. The staff are all wonderful and highly trained and the staff on reception such as Chloe have always made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Fantastic experience: For several years I have had nerve issues and weakness in my legs, intermittent pain when walking and a stiff lower back but because I am still very active, the doctors would not investigate the cause which is the reason I came to the clinic as I do not want it to get debilitating as I get older. I was seen by Wen and, following tests and x-rays, he found that my L4 vertebra had slipped backwards and slightly out of line affecting the nerves. He devised an intensive treatment plan including manipulation, IDD, K Laser and massage. I am now around halfway through and already there has been significant improvement in my pain and strength but to me it was worth the money just to find out what was actually wrong, let alone treat it. I have never had to wait beyond an appointment time and the reception staff have been so accommodating in arranging the multiple appointments to suit me. All the staff have been lovely and the building itself is beautiful. Special thanks to Wen for his expertise and care and also to Bevan for the torture sessions (only kidding, I quite enjoy them). E

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Norwich Spinal Health since just after covid, having gone from walking with a cane, to functioning normally, and dropping to a maintenance program. Staff here are so friendly, and take the time to get to know you, and your lifestyle/hobbies so they can work with you, preventing any additional issues. The maintenance program is great, as I know I can tell Wen (my practioner) any issue I've developed, and he will work those once my initial checks are complete. It also gives me the option of booking in additionally if I do something dumb which won't wait for my next appointment... Cannot recommend NSH enough

Fantastic experience: Really friendly, calming environment, i'm extremely sensitive and they are very gentle with me. I spent years not able to walk properly and after about 6months I finally can. Would 100% recommend. My partner would also recommend after they helped him with his slipped disc.

Fantastic experience: I saw the details of this on My mobile and having real problems with my back and hips thought that I would give it a go. My initial appointment was with Wen and he went over everything carefully and fully. I had an x-ray and other measurements. Two days later came back for the analysis and signed up for a 12 week course, twice a week with two sessions on each visit. It has been really good. The normal manipulation plus the disc deck that relieves pressure on the spine, massage and an induction explaining all that you need to do. Stretching exercises and advice. I couldn't walk upright when I arrived and was in pain most of the time. Now I leave the premises without feeling my back pain which I have not done in thirty years. Everyone is great here, from the check in to the practitioners. Chloe, Emma, Anton, Bevan and Wen. A super team. You will not go wrong here. Well done.

Fantastic experience: First visited Wen because of severe headaches, after a few weeks headaches had virtually gone and I am now on monthly maintenance. Would highly recommend Wen, and have found the whole Norwich Spinal health team very professional.

Fantastic experience: I've always had neck/spinal problems for decades due to accident and old age. Hospital couldn't help anymore apart from pain killers. I went to Norwich Spinal Health, not really expecting much due to previous experiences at other places. How wrong was I, I'm much more mobile with a lot less pain, even cut down on my medication, I now go regularly and it's the best thing I've ever done. Fantastic experience: I was recommended this place by a fellow friend for my neck and shoulders, and since I've been going here they have been amazing! the team are some of the finest and most kindest I've met and it seems that they all truly love their jobs:)) Wen has been attentive and careful every time I've had him for the sessions and over the past 9 or so months, I have improved with the problems and gotten so much better in general thanks to him and the team. thank you all and I definitely would recommend this place when you have the time and money for it (it can be pricey but worth it honestly for the amount of stuff you get to do and the equipment and people you get to see and use to help with your issues)

Fantastic experience: I had suffered with back pain for months with the NHS seemingly stumped, howver Wen spotted the issue quickly with a simple x-ray. My quality of life has improved significantly since I started my appointments with Wen, who carefully tailored my treatments to accommodate my cerebral palsy. Fantastic experience: Any back pain is definitely worth investigating and Norwich Spinal Health can help. I had an extremely sore lower back problem. Walking was painful. My GP put me on pain killers, sent me for an MRI and recommended, medication and scarily a hip operation. I was shocked at this suggestion, (minor osteoarthritis shouldn't be this bad?), and thought there was must be an alternative. And of course there is. Norwich Spinal Health, under the expertise from Wen, had found a kink in the bottom of my spine. They provided an initial, intense course of adjustments and now monthly visits. My mobility is restored and am pain free, no medication or operation. I can enjoy life again especially gardening. The whole team are friendly and welcoming and would recommend visiting them for any back problem no matter how minor it seems. Well done Norwich Spinal Health and thank you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving treatment at Norwich Spinal Health for the past couple of months and have now been able to drop from weekly to bi-weekly appointments. I had been struggling for months with pain and so much tightness around my lower back and just hadn’t realised how many parts of my life and hobbies I’d put on hold because I was worried about causing more discomfort and increased pain. So happy i reached out to these lovely people. I couldn’t be any happier with my treatment, which has all been done with Wen. He has listened and I feel, tailored each appointment to me perfectly. The movements in my back no longer feel trapped or limited and the pain/discomfort I was experiencing is much better. My goal was to get back to general activities with my horses and be able to ride again- which has been achieved. 5* would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from spinal stenosis and peripheral neuropathy. An operation two years ago removed the severe pain mostly from my legs. I took up the offer of a free consultation and x rays. Wen was my designated practitioner, and he devised a treatment plan, which included IDD , (a spinal decompression table.), massage and adjustments . This was a 12 week plan, which has now finished, and I have just started a monthly maintenance plan. Both Wen and Gareth are competent, interested and very knowledgeable men. I thoroughly enjoy my visits here, and feel that my general balance and mobility have improved greatly. As well as my mental health, as waiting for referrals within then NHS has been very frustrating. Thanks to everyone here for their cheerful and friendly manner. As well as being very efficient and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend the clinic to anyone suffering with their back to give it a try.

Fantastic experience: Two years ago, just by sitting awkwardly, I twisted my back and found it difficult to walk and sit. I made an appointment with Wen and after three or four visits he put me right. Fantastic experience: I am very happy with all the treatment I have had . Before I came to Spinal Health I had been unable to walk properly and in so much pain all the time,. I was recommended by a friend and the treatment has made such a difference . Gradually, over the months of treatment by Wen, I was able to move freely and without pain . Fantastic experience: I see Wenn regularly and he has been a life saver for me. I was wearing support in my shoe made by the N and N. My right foot was so painful all the time it kept me awake. I no longer need my shoe support. I used to limp considerably, I no longer do that either. I can't praise him enough a fab guy.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to try NSH after I’d been seeing, and spending a lot of money, with a different chiropractor who wasn’t helping with an injury recovery. Naturally then I was skeptical, but being treated at NSH has been life changing. A big shout out to Wen Hii, who at the very first appointment/consultation, identified the problem with pinpoint accuracy and built a tailored programme for my recovery. Within 12-16 weeks, my movement and pain levels have improved SIGNIFICANTLY, and I am now back to a normal routine of working out and playing sport (where I couldn’t for a whole year). Wen has been superb all the way through, and modified the programme as and when, all according to my personalised needs. I am genuinely in awe of what has been done without the need for surgery. If you have any sort of osteo or spinal problem and are a bit skeptical like I was, I promise these guys, especially Wen, have the knowledge and skills to put you right. I went from barely walking and in constant pain to being active and driving an MX5 which 2 years ago was unthinkable. My 30 mins massage was relaxing , comfortable & a joy to my body as it'd been too long without one ! Should you require Chiropractic services you will not find one as experienced as the Owner Neil , not only has he a wealth of knowledge under his belt, but he and the rest of the staff are continually striving for more with having the most up to date equipment and more ongoing training. The whole business is run like a fine tuned engine. This is THE place to go if you are seeking exceptional service , experienced staff , professionalism at its best in one of the most historic buildings in Norwich. Fantastic experience: I have suffered from increasing back pain for many years. Every time I contacted my GP's, they would prescribe medication, however 3 - 4 weeks later the pain would return worse than the last episode. After the years of back issues that left me unable to move an inch without agonising back spasms, I started to look into alternative help and found Norwich Spinal Health. I will admit I was sceptical at first if the clinic would be able to help me , due to my pain being such a long term issue. 2.5 years later I am now pain free and after the initial course of adjustments, I have a one monthly appointment to check all still ok. When I first arrived, I was in excruciating pain, dealing with ongoing issues in my back, neck, and shoulder blades. After having X-rays and following a thorough, tailored treatment plan, I gradually progressed from weekly sessions to monthly maintenance appointments, which I’ve now been attending for over a year to keep everything in check. Wen has been treating me from the very beginning, and I truly can’t thank him enough for his care and dedication. Fantastic experience: After suffering from a painful neck and headaches for many years I signed up for an intensive programme of treatment with Wen. My pain is now gone. I continue to visit once a month to keep it in check ( I do a lot of driving which aggravates the condition) and I can’t thank Wen enough for all his help.

Fantastic experience: I have had a severe scoliosis since age 13 (as i was told by a dr it would grow straight so consequently it got a lot worse) I was advised not to have an operation instead had physiotherapy. This was back in the 60s. Since then I have carried on with no pain until recently. I was told on my initial examination at Norwich Spinal Centre in 2024 that I had osteoporosis which was the reason I was feeling discomfort in my lower back. I have now been seeing the osteomyologist for a year and am very pleased at the improvement. No more discomfort. I accepted long ago that I would never have a straight spine but I have been told I am standing much straighter by continually exercising. So it's never too late !

Fantastic experience: Wen has been instrumental in my much improved mobility. I first came to the clinic in February with degenerative disc disease, with very limited mobility in my back and hips, and in constant pain. I noticed a slight improvement in a short space of time, Wen knew exactly where my problem areas were and set about freeing me up and after several weeks of adjustments, IDD and massage I have hardly any pain in my back, I can walk without limping and can even exercise on a daily basis. I can’t thank Wen enough. 5 Star treatment

A wonderful friendly wait the treatment works wonders, I have been going to Norwich spinal Health for 8 years and it has kept me active and able to continue skiing/cricket and more Importantly reduced my lower back pain to avoid medication. Fantastic experience: Professional and friendly service from the whole team, particularly Wen who has helped me look after my hip& back, after many years of pain. He has given me exercises, adjustments and advice and can always find the right 'spot' to work on! The receptionists are helpful and friendly too and there is parking right outside. Fantastic experience: After almost 25 years of lower back pain caused by a slipped disc and various other aches and pains (including neck and shoulders) I visited Norwich Spinal Health in March 2023 having seen an advert online for a free, no-obligation, spinal health check. Following the check, I opted for a treatment plan and following a consultation and X-rays was diagnosed with various spinal conditions for which I received weekly treatment initially, gradually reducing to monthly maintenance. I’ve now had two years of monthly adjustments and Wen is fantastic. He is always friendly, approachable and makes me feel welcome. Each appointment begins with a brief consultation and when treatment takes place, Wen explains exactly what he is doing and why, and offers lifestyle advice and tips too. I can honestly say that I look forward to my appointments because I know that if I have any niggles Wen will be able to treat them and I always walk out feeling a few inches taller and pain-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wen and Norwich Spinal Health.

Negative experience: After 1 talk, 2 x-rays, 4 session's and £300 on my back, did nothing didnt take away any pain ! wanted me to do 2 session's a week for 18 session's! but would not crack my lower back only the top which did nothing, got a free session's with another person now I have to wait 4 weeks WLF. Don't bother people total waist of time and money.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, paid over £1500 for my course of treatment, was going quite well at the start and I was feeling better. Towards the end, especially the last session, I felt a lot worse and was in severe pain shortly after my last adjustment. I complained to reception about it and they said they would get the boss to call me to discuss. Didn’t receive any call or anything. Very poor. Don’t waste your hard earned money going to this place, check the other reviews and look around.

Fantastic experience: It was such a pleasure to have treatment by Wen at Norwich Spinal Health. It took a while, and I’m not completely pain free, but because of the X-ray at the initial assessment I discovered I have scoliosis. I’m so grateful for Wen’s work on freeing up the muscles that were desperately trying to keep me upright. Always smiling and friendly, Wen has managed to transform me from a scrunched up ball of stiff cardboard to a smooth satin ribbon flowing in a gentle breeze! Plus, the staff are all really nice, it’s a great venue, and the latte is good too! Thank you Norwich Spinal Health, and especially Wen, for getting me up and (not quite) running again!

Fantastic experience: An amazing practice. Friendly Reception Team who are always on hand to help. The chiropractors who I see are Neil and Gareth, both exceptional. Helping keep me mobile pre&post op. I can’t praise Kasey enough who is the sports massage therapist who has helped me so much through my total knee replacement. I now have a great bend. Chloe who is also a massage therapist is also amazing. What a Team. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Spinal Health highly enough. Wen has worked wonders in treating my symptoms of Fibromyalgia. Muscle and joint pain has reduced, headaches are not as frequent and I have more energy. After 9 months of treatment I am well enough to return to my former profession. Fantastic experience: After years of upper back pain & trying many different treatments I found norwich spinal health online. I had a consultation & X-rays with Gareth he found the problem straight away he told me what they could do to help me. I paid for a 28 session treatment plan & started the next day. After having two treatments a week I was amazed to see a improvement after 2 weeks. Then after each treatment I began to get my life back I could get back to enjoying the thing I love most & that is walking my dog on the beach. I've now almost completed my 28 session & can't believe I feel like a new women. I can walk miles. I feel better physically & emotionally. I can't believe it, its a miracle. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. My back was in so much pain, standing for more than a few minutes was torture. I started with multiple sessions a week and gradually dropped down to monthly. I think I was with them for 2 years and only left because moved home. The team was so kind, friendly and just pleasant. They always remembered my name at reception, offered me a drink, and we're there just to chat to. I now understand a lot more about how to care for myself and I feel like I am back to normal again

Negative experience: I came to the practice last year after suffering with my back due to heavy lifting at work. I saw one of the osteomyologists and done a treatment plan for 12 weeks having adjustments done (6 weeks - seen once a week. Further 6 weeks - seen every two weeks). After a few weeks of adjustments they started to ease the pain and then suddenly after lifting more at work my back pain came back and was constant that I could not wait 2 weeks for my next appointment. I told this to the osteomyologist I was seeing and she then suggested I see the chiropractor for a session. I saw the chiropractor and he said for my next appointment to go back to my osteomyologist although she wasn’t available on the days I could do so I ended up seeing the chiropractor again for a further few sessions. The pain was still there and in the end the chiropractor was baffled on what he could do and suggested that the pain could just be down to heavy lifting at my job. So after hearing this and spending £600 on my back for it still to be in pain I cancelled my future appointment and have never gone back with no resolution.

Fantastic experience: I initially went to Norwich Spinal Health to help with my posture. It has been nearly a year now and I can't recommend Sam and his team enough! They have been wonderful and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I also recently had a "sports massage" and I have to say that it has done wonders to my back that has been very tight over the past month. Overall an amazing establishment !
