Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Shane consistently to deal with neck and back pain, as well as headaches, that resulted from a car accident, and the treatment I've received has immensely helped my symptoms. Shane is always very attentive to what my specific symptoms are on the day of each appointment, and tailors treatments around that. I especially appreciate his prompt booking and willingness to work with my home insurance, as I'm only in the U.K. short term. I truly can't recommend Shane enough!

Fantastic experience: Shane fitted me in for a session on a day’s notice after a training injury had left me unable to move my neck. I was due to compete the next day and despite having previously had chiropractic treatment with other practitioners, I was not very hopefully. However, Shane did a thorough evaluation, listened carefully and in one session, all my mobility had returned! He also fixed my longer-term shoulder pain in a follow up session and designed a comprehensive Personal Training plan which combines an injury prevention approach and targeted exercises for my sport. I really can’t recommend Shane enough if you are looking for a knowledgeable professional with a holistic and personalised approach and who really listens to you.

He went for a full inspection initially and then began the treatment but has also helped with how I can also get longer lasting results at home. Fantastic experience: From first contact my experience with Shane has been easy. Conveniently located in the city centre with on site parking, the treatment room is warm and inviting. Shane is charming with a confident, expert and gentle manner. In the first session he reassured me that I was very likely to make a full recovery and outlined the progress I could expect in the coming weeks. I wouldn’t usually enjoy a medical appointment but these visits were certainly not a chore. 100% 5 star rating is hard to maintain but I can absolutely see how Shane has achieved this.

I have had two treatments so far and, I am really happy with the results the neck/shoulder tension has just about gone and I haven't had a headache either. Fantastic experience: Excellent healing support and service for sciatica related pain and issues. Booking online is easy and straightforward. Shane offers a telephone assessment before your visit which was really helpful. His diagnosis was a very thorough assessment and he is very open and honest about what the issues are / could be. After a scan which showed the extent of the injury he made a plan for recovery. I am now in week 6 and the results have been amazing. A reduction in pain and definitely an improvement in movement. Fantastic experience: Absolute game changer! After years of putting off getting treatment for lower back pain from arthritis and various other niggles from a desk job and years of sport, I decided to see Shane. After initial understanding of my issues we began a series of treatments (inc soft tissue, manipulation and acupuncture) on top of planning and steering me through exercise plans to help manage and improve my issues. Throughout treatment and following plans out in place I have noticed a significant improvement in range of motion, flexibility and more importantly a great deal less pain.

Fantastic experience: Shane has helped my neck pain with a series of treatments. Acupuncture, massage and of course the manipulation. He’s super friendly which makes it all feel really relaxed. My persistent neck pain was caused by posture at work and driving long distances. With care and consideration, the pain has subsided and I’m moving freely. Fantastic experience: The reviews I looked at were the best of a list of Chiropractors in my area. An initial visit with my bad neck was assessed and comprehensive recovery programme put in place with a recovery starter plan which consisted of 3 treatments and an activity/rehab plan. I found that after even the first treatment there was an improvement. My goal was to get back to playing golf twice a week. I have exercises to help me work through any discomfort in the future. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really recommend. I first booked in as I was experiencing a lot of shoulder pain after going to an osteopath. Shane managed to squeeze me in with Bene after just a couple of days of me contacting him which was really appreciated. After the first session the shoulder pain had gone and after a further few sessions my neck and shoulders are feeling much less tense and painful which I’ve been suffering from for months. Fantastic experience: I hobbled to the practice in a great deal of pain, unable to work, let alone visit the gym or ride my bike. Shane gave me a thorough examination and, after just a handful of sessions, I was soon back to full fitness. Fantastic experience: I did something to my lower back, lifting the Christmas decorations down from the attic. I was in agony, and needed urgent help. Shane made arrangements to fit me in; and after one initial session the agony was no more! I am having a couple of follow up sessions to eradicate the problem completely. Fantastic experience: After quite a bad sports injury (muscle strain that affected my chest, shoulder and upper back), I booked in to see Bene for treatment and was glad I did. Bene took the time to understand the injury, explain what she suspected the problem was and then got to work to provide treatment. As someone who enjoys keeping active, I especially valued the time taken to consider additional mobility/resistance exercises and stretches to supplement the sessions with her. After a couple of months I had mostly recovered and since then have regained full strength and mobility. I highly recommend The Norwich Chiropractors, excellent service!

Fantastic experience: After having suffered from crippling sciatica caused by a slipped disc, which saw me practically bed ridden. I have been receiving treatment from Shane and my recuperation has been so rapid thanks to his expertise. Fantastic experience: Through rugby I had sustained an injury to my ankle. Due to this I was getting a lot of pain in my leg. I had one session with Shane where he massaged the affected area and gave me acupuncture and it helped me no end. I shall certainly be going back for more treatment!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Shane and his services acupuncture, he knew which side of my body was more painful and how to manipulate my lower back, I had been advised by other osteopaths and chiropractors that it was to tight to manipulate! Fantastic experience: After suffering a fall in June 2020 through a garage roof, I ended up in hospital for two weeks, with lumbar issues already, the fall had triggered thoracic & cervical spine problems. Fantastic experience: Shane is excellent. I occasionally ‘experience’ pulled/strained back muscles and since I’ve started to see Shane, every few weeks, I have not had this issue. He has also helped with my generic neck and back pain. Shane is super attentive, kind and helpful. He listens to all your problems, explains what he can do for you and makes a plan on how we can achieve what we want. Fantastic experience: I phoned Shane just after Christmas in pain even though he was on his Xmas break and didn't return to the 4th he kindly saw me on the 2nd, The service from Shane was brilliant, the treatment was spot on, and within a month I was back to normal. Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Shane listened extremely well to my pain issues and has provided targeted & appropriate treatment for each area of pain. This included using a massage machine on my back muscles (which is very effective), soft manipulation on my sensitive neck & on also acupuncture for the acute pain area which has really helped. I feel so much better & have now experienced pain free days after 3 visits.

Fantastic experience: Shane is an extremely well informed and effective individual who is open and honest with your own situation. Shane is comfortable sharing his battles with autoimmune disease. This is extremely rare and welcoming especially in my situation. I have significant joint issues / damage due to autoimmune diseases over the last 12 years. This is now controlled by high medication. Considering my condition movement and mobility is very good now. I was experiencing servere pain in lower back and hip, I This was effecting sleep driving and every aspect of my lday to day living.
