Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Lisa since September last year, I had been taking my son originally for reflux but he also needs help with mobility. He’s 1 now and we will continue seeing Lisa as we notice such a big difference after each session. Lisa’s knowledge is unmatched and she’s a wonderful, kind and a gentle woman. As a mum I look forward to the sessions as she not only helps my son but helps me. I really feel she cares about my son, and me. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I visited Lisa with my 3 month old baby who had been suffering with torticollis. I was very worried about him as his neck was really stuck. My baby’s neck mobility greatly improved after just one session. After 4 sessions, and doing Lisa’s recommended exercises at home, he had full neck mobility. My baby was also referred for NHS physiotherapy but I honestly feel like Lisa’s treatment was much more valuable than this! Lisa’s treatment is so gentle I didn’t realise she had started working on my baby. She’s also very personable and I felt completely comfortable with her handling my son, even as a nervous first time mum. I would definitely recommend her for any mum considering osteopathy for their child.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Lisa for over five years due to persistent neck pain caused by damage to my cervical vertebrae. She consistently manages to ease the discomfort whenever it flares up, and over the years, she’s also treated other problem areas that have caused me issues. Lisa is highly skilled, not only in general bodywork but also in supporting the Invisalign or teeth-straightening process. During my treatment, she understood exactly how to work with my body to create the necessary space for my teeth to shift, relieving any tightness or tension. I genuinely believe Lisa is a body wizard—her work is both healing and therapeutic. I’ll continue seeing her for many years to come. She’s like therapy for the body and soul!

Fantastic experience: A family member went to Norwich Osteopaths in a very delicate state and was treated with incredible kindness and support, giving him the tools and guidance needed to seek further help at the hospital. He was later diagnosed with a serious, indeed life-threatening condition that may not have been discovered until far too late without Laurent's thorough, professional and thoughtful treatment. I would give 6 stars if I could. Actual lifesavers.

Fantastic experience: I hurt my back such that I was unable to walk or stand and was in a lot of pain. Laurent was able to see me with an emergencies appointment the next day. After the appointment i was still in a lot pain. However when I got home still in pain, I found that I was able to sit in a chair. As the morning wore on, the pain and spasms began to ease.  By the evening, I was able to stand and walk with little or no pain. This morning, after a good night's sleep, although still somewhat stiff, I was totally pain-free and able to walk and move about without any problems.  A miraculous recovery! So many thanks again.

Fantastic experience: I visited Laurent for hip pain, I found him to be respectful and attentive, listening to my condition and asking relevant questions in order to progress with my treatment. During my treatment Laurent respected my personal space and the manor in which he carried out my treatment, I never felt uncomfortable at any point. The treatment was primarily pain free, gentle movements, none of the pummelling of muscles I've experienced in the past. I would definitely recommend Laurent to anyone requiring an Osteopath.

Fantastic experience: Extremely pleased with the service provided by Laurent at Norwich Osteopaths. I was suffering lumbar pain having moved back to Norwich late-2022 and commuting 3 days a week to London. After just 5-6 sessions I am completely discomfort-free and also picked up many useful preventative tips to bear in mind for the future. The treatment room is a fantastic spot and Laurent is a very friendly, easygoing and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Osteopathy with Laurent. I felt safe in his hands, listened too, I received good advice and reassurance and my chronic neck tension and upper back feels soo much better after just three treatments. He is a genuinely nice guy too :).

Negative experience: 45 min treatment for neck pain £65 , we thought osteopath , help with joints and bones but hardly any contact and did nothing to help my neck strain / ache , sorry to say disappointed after reading previous reviews.

Fantastic experience: I've had an ongoing issue with my lower back for several years, & like a lot of people "just put up with it". I have in the past seen several osteopaths & chiropractors for a different problem & what that experience taught me was that not all osteopaths are the same. I spent a lot of time researching on the web looking for someone who had both extensive experience and many positive reviews, & Laurent fitted what I was looking for. A good sign is that Laurent is well booked up. Having made the appointment & a few follow up appointments I am so impressed with the whole experience with Laurent, and can honestly say for the first time in about 5 years I am totally pain free - that is such a massive statement to be able to make. I highly recommend Laurent, in fact I can't recommend him highly enough - I intend to continue to have regular "maintenance" check ups to keep my back in the best possible condition. I am so pleased to have found Laurent, I feel very lucky to have done so.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Lisa enough, I took my 5 week old son to her last week due to him crying in pain and we couldn’t figure out what was causing it - after the first session I couldn’t believe the difference in him, Lisa was so gentle and calm and definitely knows her stuff; he was SO much more comfortable after just his first treatment. I took him for a second session this week and I am again seeing a HUGE improvement with his colic, mood and sleep! This week he was happy being laid on his back on the treatment table and gave Lisa a smile during the massage. I am so thankful to her for taking the pain away for my baby, he is sleeping so much better and generally such a happy boy. I recommend to anyone thinking about it to take their baby, she has magical hands and does wonders. You won’t regret it!!

Fantastic experience: Laurent has really helped my elderly mum with her mobility problems. She suffers from Parkinsons disease so extra patience is needed to help her manoeuvre. He is patient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help with advice. So glad we found him.

He also treated my baby daughter when she was suffering from reflux which alleviated her symptoms considerably and enabled her to feed and sleep better as well as relieve her constipation. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment from Laurent, since 2004. At this time I had really bad sciatica, was in a lot of pain and could barely walk. With regular treatments from Laurent I made a full recovery and have been able to resume my adventurous lifestyle of Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Mountain climbing and Motorcycling. He has helped me with good advice on various sports injuries as well as generally helping to keep my back flexible and free from the niggles of an active life. Over the years he has shown me stretching techniques and joint opening exercises to counter specific problems. Fantastic experience: Lisa has worked wonders for my son. We have seen her since he was about 5 weeks old. His birth was rather traumatic and he was stuck in the birth canal for goodness knows how long. It was obvious after his birth that he couldn’t turn his neck to the left at all. I fully believe her gentle treatments have meant he now has full range of movement, developed at physical tasks faster and doesn’t have a flat head. Can’t recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: As a martial artist of 30 years, I have encountered numerous physical issues and ailments. I look forward to working with Laurent as he takes his time to discuss my symptoms with me, before tailoring his treatment specifically to my needs. I very much prefer this to the one size fits all approach offered by some osteopaths. Laurent is clearly very knowledgeable and takes his time to ensure that the muscles are warm and relaxed before beginning his treatment. Fantastic experience: I initially saw Lisa five years ago to treat my lower back pain after having my daughter. Thanks to Lisa I was able to fully recover and experienced no further issues until my second pregnancy. Lisa treated me throughout my pregnancy and is now treating me post-natally as my back recovers. Lisa is a miracle worker and I trust her completely, which is so important when you are putting your body in someone else's hands. My mum is now also being treated by Lisa for back and hip issues and echoes my sentiments.
