Fantastic experience: Fantastic sports massage with Alex this morning. He went above and beyond, listening to my concerns about niggles I'd been having during my marathon training and concentrating on problem areas. My tight muscles feel a lot looser now, so thank you Alex!

Fantastic experience: I booked in for an injury and rehab appointment with Alex and the whole experience was brilliant. Alex was warm and welcoming and completely put you at ease. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and I also came away with an exercise programme on the same day which was great. I feel very positive about improving the issues we established now, and will definitely be back for some more appointments going forward.

Fantastic experience: Alex is a wonderful massage therapist. He can apply extra firmness with the elbow (if you ask) to remove those pesky knots! He's also very mindful and respectful towards his female clients.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Wilson at Pea Green on recommendation from Paula who does sports massage to get my legs working after a hard run. And what a treat. Empathy and kindness shine through with expertise and knowledge. Wilson gave me a complete overhaul and identified a few issues with my ITB, Glutes and Hip Flexors that need attention if I am to get to the finish line at London 2026 in one piece. We have a plan for the next few weeks to build my flexibility and strengthen my legs and I can't asked for much more to ensure I make it to the end of the Mall in April 2026

Fantastic experience: Steph has used radial and focus shockwave therapy in combination with hands on physio to vastly improve a tennis elbow condition which I've been unable to shift for the last 7 months, and which had become really painful - a good 8/10 just picking up a cup of tea! After 3 sessions my pain was down to 1/10 and 3/10 on a bad day but is continually improving and I have been able to (slowly) resume my gym work, rehabbing and strengthening the elbow. Steph is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough - she looked at the problem systemically, not just in isolation - working on the soft tissue in my arm, chest, lats and mobilizing my neck - all of which were exacerbating the problem. It has made such a difference to begin to get back to normal after being plagued by such a seemingly innocuous injury and I would recommend Pea Green Physio in pain and who wants to get back to normal.

Fantastic experience: Following a serious ski- accident, I received 3 sessions of focussed shockwave therapy with Steph Smith-Rowles on the delayed union of my tibia. After these initial sessions, my next X-ray showed a remarkable improvement - the bone was more dense & a new healing callus had formed. My surgeon then recommended I receive a further 3 sessions as the treatment was obviously having a positive effect. I found Steph to be professional in all aspects of my treatment. She studied my X-rays & medical history thoroughly & devised a treatment plan which my surgeon confirmed to be 100% correct. Steph also suggested some exercises to further facilitate my recovery. She was very caring during the treatment sessions and the FSWT was straightforward & simple. My surgeon had advised me that it may be painful, but this would be a good indication that the treatment was being effective. At times I did find it to be uncomfortable, but Steph was sympathetic & encouraging, allowing for recovery breaks during the sessions. I would not hesitate to recommend this treatment to anyone suffering from delayed or non-union broken bones. Despite some initial scepticism before the treatment, I can wholeheartedly say that it has changed my life. I am now walking without pain for the first time in 2 years.

I left my initial assessment with a rehab plan that is available within a convenient app. I am already seeing the benefits and my only regret is that I didn't book the assessment sooner.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with hip and back pain for a considerable time now and have had no joy in getting to the bottom of it. Steph soon pin pointed the problems and has given me advice and a programme that will work the areas I need to come back to full strength.

Fantastic experience: I booked in for a sports massage ahead of a half marathon at the weekend and was able to easily find a convenient slot using the Pea Green website. I saw Anthony who was very thorough, checking over my history and whether I was nursing any injuries prior to the session. Anthony is a great guy, really warm and engaging and clearly very good at his job! While there were a few instances where my aching muscles were pretty upset about what he was doing to them, I practically floated out of the clinic after so it was clearly worth it!

Fantastic experience: I have struggled for months with a medication induced tendinopathy and with Steph's expert, patient help have moved from Aircast Boots and A&E to walking and exercising with care. Steph is not just highly experienced but also listens! She even contacted my GP with concerns about a potential rheumatoid referral and requested bloods be done, She was absolutely correct in her assessment and I now have a referral to NHS Rheumatology to check things. Steph' goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend her service.

Fantastic experience: Today I saw Steph for my first actual appointment, having had an assessment the week prior. I have to admit, I’ve never seen a physio before and was privately skeptical. I tripped and fell some months ago, and had elbow pain that was still bothering me over 2 months later. Steph poked, prodded, and did all kinds of things over 45 minutes, and NOW MY ELBOW DOES NOT HURT! On top of this totally unexpected result, Steph is so friendly and kind, and she really listens. Fantastic experience: Steph Smith at Pea Green is more than a Physio. I had multiple issues when I had my first assessment with her a couple of months ago. she pretty accurately identified what was later confirmed by 2 consultants and a number of MRI's and X-Rays. She dealt with me cautiously until the diagnosis's were confirmed and the work she did "on" me was exactly what was needed. Every time I have met her she wants to get to the root of the problem and find out what worked and has it improved my condition. Professional, exceeding knowledgeable and proficient.
