Fantastic experience: Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable osteopath. Ben initially resolved an issue I had with my wrist, on the spot in a climbing centre, I was previously told by an orthopaedic surgeon that I would not be able to climb pain free anymore, 5 mins with Ben and 5 years on and still no issues. I have since been to see Ben for some pain in my hands and left feeling better.

He looked at my body as a whole and targeted his treatment to my knee with manipulation, massage, acupuncture and cupping........he also taught me how to tape my knee for competitions. He has deep expertise in all aspects of body mechanics and deploys a range of techniques including physiotherapy, chiropractic manipulation, acupuncture and deep tissue massage. He’s also a deep thinker, bringing a mindfulness to the therapy in a way I’ve not experienced before - it also makes for good conversation throughout. He’s fixed my joint pain and trapped nerves quickly and painlessly, and as such I’ve recommended Ben to several friends - and do so again here.

Treatment has always worked first time, which really surprised me to be honest. Having been told I had a prolapsed disc and unable to move very well, thought I would step into the unknown. I was truly taken back but Ben’s work, walked out a new man! Acupuncture, manipulation, deep massage absolutely fantastic. Generally look no further, Body Care Osteopathy will cater for your needs. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Ben enough! He’s extremely knowledgeable and identified the cause of my on going back pain very quickly. He explained all of this so clearly and got to action straight away. I got a home program of stretches and exercises, which I’ve never got from a previous clinic. This really worked and I can happily now say I’m pain free! I’m so pleased to say I won’t be hanging my rugby boots up yet! Thank you Ben!

Fantastic experience: I visited Ben as I had neck pain since I started CrossFit. He was quickly able to identify the root cause, and his treatment made a big impact right from the beginning. He also suggested some exercise and stretches to improve my posture, which were super helpful. Can't recommend him enough!

He is very knowledgeable and professional, and he made my son feel at ease, despite the discomfort that he was in when walked into the treatment room. Fantastic experience: Ben has a good approach to osteopathy, his manipulation of my back and examination of my gait made a huge difference to the sciatica brought on by working from home during lockdown, sitting at a wholly unsuitable dining chair. I only needed a couple of appointments and my mild sciatica was gone.
