Fantastic experience: Harry was excellent, really helped my back in only 2 massages!

Fantastic experience: Aaron was excellent, quickly understanding my situation and coming up with a structured plan to help me rehabilitate after a bad back injury. He stripped the exercises right down and clearly explained how the recovery path would work and gave me initial exercises to do at home. Progress has been steady and positive and we add a bit more with every visit, working toward strengthening and breaking the cycle of injury. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Daniel is amazing. I went to him with a very stubborn ham string injury that refused to heal for over 3 months, and within a few sessions he'd got me fixed. His suggestion of strength training (I'm a runner) was something I'd never have thought of, but he was absolutly right. I really can't thank him enough. If you need a friendly physio who knows his stuff inside out and can perform minor miracles, he's your guy.

Fantastic experience: I booked in with Andy after a recommendation from a friend. He listened to the problem and got to work quickly diagnosing and fixing it. After my first session, the achilles injury I’d been struggling with for over 9 months was much better. He gave me some simple exercises to do at home that fitted around my lifestyle and training - so it meant I actually did them! Fantastic experience: I have had sports therapy with harry for over a year now for issues with injuries (mostly shoulders), recovery, flexibility and general maintenance and have seen massive improvement in the gym, rugby and mma. Fantastic experience: I booked in with Harry for a sports massage after experiencing neck and shoulder pain. After a chat about what I was experiencing he went straight to work to alleviate my symptoms, talked me through some stretches and exercises to help and sent me away in a much better state than when I arrived. Fantastic experience: I had a back injury back in October and managed to get an appointment within a few days with Jessica. She was amazing and within 4 weeks, my back and mobility was restored. It still aches every so often, but no where near like it was. I couldn't even do the simplest of tasks at it's worst, but that's no longer the case. Jessica gave me advice about specific exercises to help aid in my recovery as well as doing a small amount of hands on manipulation. Jessica was always friendly, listened and gave great advice and I would highly recommend Regen Physio.

Negative experience: Do not touch this company they do not care about clients in their Ultra Flex Centre in York . They do not take complaints seriously then try to blame the client for the errors they have caused. They take no responsibility for their actions and accuse senior professional Drs of lying about their diagnosis even though they are Drs. Their manager in York has no clue about customer service and even when you message the owner they ignore you as well. Poor poor company who I am glad are no longer my physio As per the manager at yorks response below it clearly shows how immature and unprofessional this company are and how little they know about handling customers. What an embarrassment for the company to have a senior manager write such a response. Google reviews are there to write a report on the company hence why they have stars to confirm the level of service we get in this case 0. Any professional company would have escalated this to the owner of the business to look in to and act accordingly

Fantastic experience: I went for a massage a few weeks back and Aaron was brilliant. He started with a chat about my work and day to day life to get a feel for what massage might suit my needs best and managed to find out what particular muscle groups needed work on. He gave insightful advice regarding how I can approach different exercises in the gym to strengthen the muscles and prevent future injuries which is something I wasn't expecting when going for a massage but super useful and something I am implementing in my gym sessions. He's an all round lovely guy and we had a great chat too, thanks for the massage Aaron!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Curtis. I was desperate for help to cope with the very painful & debilitating De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis in my dominant hand causing enforced rest from tennis. The 1 to 1 appointments, of which there were 6 in total, were perfect & included shock wave therapy & following exercises; there was no need to resort to Cortisone injections. This is how Physiotherapy should be done. I am so grateful to Curtis for his expertise.

Fantastic experience: I visited regen for an issue I was having with my hip as it would lock up and prevent me from being able to work in certain positions and was also having an effect on my training as a power lifter. I had a session with Harry who helped me find the cause of my problem and then worked with me to help stretch it out and stop me from having any pain. It was very effective and the environment felt very comfortable to be in.

Negative experience: Dissappointed my massage didn't make use of other tools such as cupping or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. The pressure was also very weak. Sadly for me didn't live up to the hype but atleast I tried it once.

Harry is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he has explained every step of my recovery process so far. After 6 weeks of immobility, I need immediate professional assistance in helping me walking again properly so that I can back to my normal life quickly. Before visiting Curtis, I suffered from plantar fasciitis, numbness, stiff and tightness of my ankle. Dorsiflexion is very limited. After ongoing consultations, I can walk pain free without a limb. It's a long journey but we did it. Every now and then, I am happy to keep visiting Curtis periodically to assess my condition so as to maintain my ankle’s flexibility and minimise the risk of further injury.
